Ive been working with Cricket Campers for about 4 months now as they have been completing a large project for us, and I am constantly impressed by their quality of work and customer service. Every single person I have met (Raven and Jimmy to name a few) has been professional, helpful, and just plain nice. It really is a pleasure doing business with them. I purchased a ladder rack for my 2016 ProMaster and had them install it. They seemed really nice and answered any question I asked. The only downside was I had to adjust the top where the ladder sits myself. This is something I would have expected them to do but I dont think it should affect the amount of stars. The was friendly and I purchased the ladder rack and had it installed for the same price other competitors were trying to sell just the rack for!! Amazing deal.

Went the extra mile. When they did not have the part they called around and gave us other potential stores and phone numbers/addresses. We found the trailer adapter we needed and did not waste a 300 mile trip to pick up our daughters car.

They had what I wanted in stock however is was a couple hundred more than online. The people there were quite rude from the beginning. I seen several GA DOT trucks so Im assuming theyd just rather deal with the big accounts they can charge high fee for versus dealing with regular customers. I spent over a grand there and they gave us the wrong kit. Called them guy was extremely rude and hung up. Called manufacturer who suggested them to me and let them know the deal. They are sending the correct hardware kit and apologized and apologized for their distributor cricket camper apparently they have received several complaints with them

I have done business with Cricket Camper for forty years and two generations, have had outstanding service and quality work. If there were any issues they were resolved expediently.

I am a white male. I was in there by myself. These people conversation that works there lets me know they are racist. Dont shop there. I bought a bed cover for another truck a few years ago and went to buy another one for a new truck and walked out after hearing them. They need to move off covington hwy and to the woods if they only want white customers.

I have been doing business with them for about 25 years. Even if its not right they always do the right thing. I cant say that for most of the business I deal with today.

Stay away, bad service.This is my third time that Im going back to this place, and then never get it done right, installations horrible im getting water from the rain. I sold the camper is completely cricket in the back of my truck im going back again over there hopefully they can do right at this time and I guarantee that I will never return to this place again.

They did a great job, very fast and courteous.

They ruined my van by trying to install a window. I have pictures of the installation that I will show anyone who is interested. My husband contacted them about their botched install job and the guys reply was oh, well I didnt know you wanted the premium installation What kind of stupid reply is that......Will never use these people ever again....my husband is paraylzed and we had someone paying to have this done for us and they totally ripped them off with this botched window installlation.
