DO NOT LET THIS SHOP WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE! We live near Chicago, and my husbands fuel pump went out near this shop. My husband walked over and talked to the guy and was told he could do it right then! Of course he trusted that a simple fuel pump would not turn into several more problems and several more days! This guy totally has no clue what he is doing, he went from underneath the truck and cut the lines and snapped the bolt holding the tank. He claims it was all rusted and he couldnt help it however the bolt was not striped or greased! After two days he admitted he was trying to get the parts, my husband got the parts for him and after 2 more days he finally got to it! A one day job turned into 6 days not to mention the filter my husband gave him wasnt changed or returned! This guy didnt call once with an update, we called him! The price quoted was 400 something including the parts, the actual cost 550$ and all parts including the ones he broke were given to him! The guy smelled like weed and the helper in the shop was wearing a winter cap and sunglasses! My husband thinks he saw a hypodermic needle!- [ ]

We broke down on our road trip but got lucky finding Rainbow. Our mechanic quickly diagnosed our problem with our 74 Westphalia and got us back on the road in no time! Very honest and knowledgeable!
