Very customer focused, my total was alot more than I was told over the phone so the manager took care of me and made it right.
First off, I purchased my vehicle towards the end of June, I was beyond pleased with the service that i received while I was there. Tom Rash was a pleasure to work with, explained absolutely everything that I needed to know or anything that I had questions on. Patrick Ross was also more than happy to help me with the financing part of the deal, he was able to help me secure the loan on my own without a co-signer, which takes a great deal of time.Secondly, I have not been back to the dealership since I made my purchase. When I first returned back to the dealership it was to follow up on a service that I had worked into the deal, it covers the dents, wheel scuffs, and windshield chips. I did not know how to go about getting this fixed but with the help of Tom Rash, Steve Vachon, and Nick Girod, I was able to get it all taken care of.I am beyond pleased with the service I have received, not once but twice! I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car and also for any type of service on your vehicle.Well done Kelley in Decatur !
Worst service department ever. I call and always get a different service person. They never give the same answer and always give excuses as to why they dont cover something. They obviously dont care about returning business which is sad because my grandparents would only go there for service. They used to pride themselves on that.
