I am a current student at Emory University and thought I would give this place a try because it is very close to the school. This turned out to be a mistake.- First, I was told that the total price to fix my car from shaking would be over a $1,000 dollars. This was very suspicious because I had most of the these services performed about 3 months prior. After mentioning this and going back/forth with Victor, the price somehow dropped down to $480 dollars. This seemed even more fishy and I wanted to go with. However, by that time it either proceed with the repairs or pay our diagnostic fee that we failed to mentioned to you in the beginning.- When I went to pick up car. I was told not over the phone but in person that the total price would be a $100 more because they found an additional issue. Now furious by that time, paid the total price and got out of there. This was a mistake by me because I didnt realized until I got home and looked at the receipt that I had been charged a $110 computer test fee on top of the services performed. After calling Victor to discuss this he informed that this is a required service and will send me the test results that day. I never received those test results even after calling back two days later. I dont believe the test was actually done.

Andrea and Victor along with their staff have been very accommodating to me. They have a family environment and truly get to know their customers. I would highly recommend this repair shop if you would like friendly, fair service.

What a great guy! I usually leave complaints not compliments. The owner of this shop use to work for MB USA. I own a 93 Saab 900. Took it in for a diagnostic. They technically couldnt hook it up and do a diagnostic but did a eye ball test of the issues. He walked me through the 1,000 items wrong with the car. I was very disheartened by the lack of a precise diagnosis. But because of that, he didnt charge me. He couldve easily charged me for it because they did take some time considerable time to check the engine - but he didnt. I was pleasantly surprised.I will bring any business I can to him.
Victor, Andrea, Jerry..... I love all of you!!! MBM Decatur is Awesome. Much better than Mercedes of Buckhead and much less expensive. Never again will I take my Mercedes to a dealership!!! This is the place to go if you want your car fixed!!MA

I have been going to MBM for many years. I have never been treated except with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. I have owned and own several Mercedes as well as other makes and they have always found the problems with all of them. They bend over backwards to make sure you are completely satified. I would recommend them to anyone I know and have done so with many of my friends.

Really disappointing business, wanted to charge 170$ labor for 15 minutes of work, and then follow that up with a rude person on the phone . Have 3 bmws in the family and was looking for a good local shop to upkeep them down the road - but I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere
This shop, and its owners Andrea and Victor have been my ONLY auto repair place in 13 years, maintaining two of my cars in top shape.Due to their high standards, I would never consider letting any other repair people touch my car.They were recommended to me by two others whom have used their services as well, for 12 years,They have always kept me informed about future services and prices so their are no surprises. Also, I have brought my car in for minor adjustments, and they refuse to charge me.Transportation is provided when needed. Shop is very clean. All involved are knowlegeable and professional.I am an older, single woman, and have a high level of trust with MBM.
Weve been going to MBM for at least 10 years with our old Mercedes 300E. Thanks to Vic, his crew and Andrea, its still on the road. Ive never known them to do anything that wasnt necessary. They are very clear about whats going on, whats needed, and how long we can put off whatever it is. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable and very willing to discuss options and help us understand things. Vic is too, of course, and he has a true partner in Andrea. We feel very lucky to have found MBM and recommend them to friends with Mercedes and BMWs without hesitation.
Weve always had a good experience taking our vehicles to MBM for service. They have exceptional knowledge about all vehicles and Victor always seems to know what the problem is just from my description. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

They told me I needed a new radiator to fix a coolant leak and a new crankcase valve to fix my oil over-consumption problem. Fixed the radiator and the coolant still leaked (waste of money) So I replaced the coolant tank and that seems to have worked instead. Makes me wonder if they even looked at my car or just made assumptions (and I paid for this examination). So now I question if a new crankcase will even fix my oil problem. And they were not rude, but defnitely not friendly either of the 3 times I went in there. But they seem to work quickly though.

Best experience Ive ever had at a repair shop
I Am a Auto Dealer looking for a Trustworthy shop and this was not it, this was the worst decision Ive made in a long time. They had my car for 1.5 Days and rendered no service. When I was fed up with calling and waiting I went to the shop and asked for my car back. Victor lied and said we just checked your and we tested a whole bunch of stuff they touched Nothing Also lied about his pricing! People you have been warned. To top it off Victor made a statement that TRUMP was his hero. That speaks for itself for those who it applies to. Spend your POWER elsewhere!

Had I paid closer attention to the reviews I wouldve stayed away from this place. WARNING! Stay away from these crooks. Ran By Victor and His Partner in crime Andrea, his wife and viscous service writer. These guys are crooks. Took in my 2001 BMW 525i for valve cover leak causing car to smoke. I looked briefly at reviews but only paid attention to good ones. Left my vehicle with these crooks and when I called to check status Andrea told me she would call me back in an hour with status. 5 Hours later I get call and she says my oil pan gasket is leaking and my valve cover gasket is leaking. Said $250 for valve cover and $800.00 for oil pan gasket. After service was done I picked up car within an hour it was smoking again. I returned car and Victor said he would personally look at it. He calls me back a day later and says my valve cover was cracked and that it was a common problem on these cars. I asked if it was so common why did he not check for it the first time he fixed it. He apologized and said he shouldve but forgot. new repair would be $600 more dollars. I let him fix car car and came to pick up next day. I drove off and before I was 2 miles away my check engine light came on. Got car home parked in garage and when I left out to take it back to MBM in the morning I noticed oil spots on the ground of my garage. Went back to MBM and was told that it was old oil and that they ran my car with no gas which caused my check engine light to come on. They cleared it and rudely sent me away. Today there are still oil drips from my car. Afteralmost $11700 in repairs my car is still leaking oil. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Pay attention to the bad reviews of this place save yourself the hassle there are better german car servicers around. I forgot to mention that their lead mechanic offered to buy my car for $1200 while I was asking him about the oil leak. SURE SIGN OF A CROOKED SHOP!!! Beware!
Ive had MBM work on my 2010 335i twice and each time service was performed to my expectations, including time and budget. Living around the corner, it was a nice touch to get a ride from Victor to my house while my car was being fixed without having to call Uber or a taxi. Mechanically, theyve helped me do a basic 45K tune up (including plugs on the 335i, which go quickly with a tuned engine), as well as replacing the charge pipe and OEM diverter valves in the turbo system.They even noticed a rattle from my muffler (common issue on N54 cars) and called their SA at the local BMW dealer to see if I could have it fixed under the 100K emissions warranty law (which I didnt know existed). While I couldnt get that repaired, it was a nice touch. They also noticed a little curb rash on my wheels and helped me get my wheels repaired by their mobile wheel technician at a price of $60 less PER WHEEL than I paid in 2008, when I last had such a service performed.Its my intent to keep coming back to MBM.
I disagree PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!!! I took my 1999 BMW 740IL to MBM. MBM did a diagnostic on the 740il. I called Andrea several times to get a status on my car she stated to me that she will call me back within an hour. The next day came I called back and ask Andrea again whats the status on my car again she stated I will call you back within an hour. I went to MBM to pick up my car Andrea didnt have a report for me and she stated again that she will email me the report and a week has gone by and I got no report. I left with my car which I paid $98.00 for bad customer service and no diagnostic report on the 740il. When I left the shop I couldnt make it home because they bust my raditor which I just replace 3 months ago. I called to speak with Andrea she stated that they did nothing. She didnt ask me to bring my car back or and let us take a look at the car. I had to get the car towed to another shop to get repaired. PLEASE DONT GO HERE EVER IN YOUR LIFE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
