I would trust with any job. They mounted a set of 165/40R/17s that had to stretch a little and did a wonderful job. A+ in my book.

Placed my order online and set an appointment. The staff is friendly and pulled my truck into the bay at appointment time. Easiest tire purchase I have ever done!

Just went for a wheel alignment... The work was pretty good but they dont line the car with any sort of protection or seem to be aware of social distancing at all.

Just like the rest. Wont fix what you came in for without telling you that you need a thousand dollars worth of work done. Will never return.

Im a huge fan of NTB and use them for all my car care. Went in to get a wheel hub bearing replaced at this location. After 3 1/2 hours or so they came with an estimate of close to $1000 to replace both front suspension assemblys. I called around and found another NTB in Birmingham. Said they could get to it first thing in the morning. 10 minutes after they opened they came back and said the wheel bearings were bad in both sides. I actually spent $1400, but my car is fixed. Maybe they need a more experienced mechanic? Wouldnt go here for more than an oil change and tires now.

I ordered tires through Simple tire they were delivered on Thursday my appointment to have them installed was on Monday so I show up they can not find my tires and tell me they do not sign for tires. I tracked them and got the name that signed for them it was the manager that I had been dealing with. They found them so I left the car they call me back and tell me my appointment is for Tuesday so I leave the car over night they tell me it will be ready by 9 at the latest and here I sit at 145 still not done. Do not use these people.

This is by far the worst place to get tires. You will wait well over the time they said and the services isnt great not even good. Even if you get a warranty on the tires you purchase it doesnt matter because they wont have it in stock so if you pop a tire they cant replace it so you have to buy another tire

So, Im updating my review because the previous one was with the old management team and several former employees in the last 2 to 5 months. The new team is apparently untrained. Im not quite sure if they are just inept or really good at fooling a lot of people just to make a lot more money. Either way, Im not impressed that they put out coupons for $19.95 oil change and it winds up being over $60 and then they wanted to put full synthetic in a car that has only known conventional. Maybe some people would say that it is ok to do this but if it is true then why has the same store used convention al oil for the past 3 years and now suddenly its not good enough? Really? and they previously stripped out our oil pan bolt and replaced it with a non-standard bolt. I can no longer support a company that does this to its customers. Apparently car repair is joke to these people.

Took ole reliable to get an alignment dialed in after doing some work at home. I was only in ther 30 minutes before getting back on the road! You can go as either a walk-in or you can schedule an appointment online!

These boys left a couple of my truck tires loosely put back on-- on 2 separate trucks-- on 2 separate occasions! Nah... switched to Shane at OK Tires in Decatur, AL, and we havent been disappointed yet!THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ONE IN MADISON, AL ON HWY 72.

Most recent time I went there, mechanic told me itll be an hour before I can get to your car I said ok, then he said another hour to work on your car I said for an oil change and tire rotation? He said yes, so that will be 2 hours for you to wait I said fine, Ill wait. After about 30mins he came back and told me all the problem he found in my car and basically telling me that my car is old and theres no use for an oil change and it needs to go to the dump. Look I know my jeep wrangler is a 2010 but it still takes me to work and I just visited GA 5days prior to that supposed oil change, so to basically tell me that my jeep is junk made me angry...anyway I took my jeep to a nearby 10 minute oil change place and they did the job, I didnt have to wait 2hours.

They need to teach there salesperson better customer service and to not have an attitude with only certain customers he was very unprofessional and very rude never had that problem until today they do really good work on your car and the prices are reasonable its just their customer service with the one guy Andrew with the smart mouth and attitude its just him everyone else is very nice I wont be back if I have to deal with him

Clean neat facility, friendly helpful staff. Worked to give me the best price on all the things I had done, explained and answered my question thoroughly. And another thing I really like is their website gives you pricing up front instead of saying to call for a quote!

Service speed was fine. Employees were well mannered. Concern point was upon leaving, I found my tires 5lbs under pressure. Whether accidental or not, I had to make a second trip. Be sure to check before driving away.

Wheel damage and refused to service my vehicle after damaging it cost me $334.00 to purchase a new wheel I will never do business with them again

Everyone is super nice and helpful. They keep you updated on the progress of their work and let you know of anything they find. Theyve always been super respectful to me. Honestly the people are really awesome and their work is great.

The staff have always been helpful up at NTB here at the Decatur location and they have made sure to offer competitive prices and get me the tires I desired for a cheaper price. Very knowledgeable staff, one associate even provided me with a “factory vehicle mileage recommendation check sheet” for me to be aware of what I could expect next maintenance wise

Great service. Sometimes wait times leave something to be desired, but they always do their best to make up for it. Always honest to the best of their knowledge(cant get it right 100% of the time, some things are trial and error) and willing to work with pricing to try to fit your budget. Oh, and the NTB card? They make it worth it!

I made the mistake of letting them replace a manifold gasket.. They didnt do the job correctly. When I called to speak to the manager, he said they leak sometimes and did I have anything else.. I am out over 6 hundred dollars.. I will never go back and will tell everyone to go somewhere else

I got a good deal on tires. They were very friendly and especially honest. They did a free alignment check (you might think they would come back and say you need one) but they told me I had one of the best alignments they had seen. They didnt know but I had one about 2 months ago and havent driven the car very much. I WILL GO BACK!!!

Do you LOVE scheduling an appointment to wait in shop for an hour on an oil change?? If you do... NTB is the place for you!! If you dont love excessive wait times for simple services, go somewhere else. Ive worked in a car repair shop. A basic oil change service shouldnt take an hour with a scheduled appointment.And as a bonus, one of the staff members told us they dont have any staff qualified to handle routine maintenance services that they actually offer.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. It was very busy, so they figured a couple hours. Went to run errands and it was barely an hour when they called to say it was done. I usually come here to get my oil changes, theyre great.

I know nothing about vehicles or maintaining them. Came to NTB in Decatur for an oil change, tire rotation, and to get a flat tire fixed. They were honest and didn’t overcharge me for services I didn’t need, and gave me discounts. I will be coming back.

I had a tire patched here. Service was well priced and well executed. The service staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable during my short wait.

One person in check in. Beautiful lobby and i see how they want you to feel like its all great but when you are standing in a line for 20 min just of 2 ppl in front of you bc of a long winded woman customer you walk out the door and give up. There needs to be another person at least on call to come from out back in emergencies like that to relieve the clog she caused. Two of the three people that she caused to be waiting walked out .

NBT is horrible. So I went in and bought for brand new Cooper tires for my car and got an alignment. After a couple of weeks it didnt seem like it was right so I went in for another alignment the mechanic told me it was slightly out of alignment but it was perfect then. Two other times went back and he said the same exact thing. It has not even been a month and I was back in there and a different mechanic told me it was out of alignment but that there was two bolts that he could not take off my tire and there was nothing they could do for me to put it in alignment I asked him why would it be that the other mechanics told me on 3 different occasions that they had it in alignment and he admitted to me that the guy had lied that that car has never been touched for an alignment after buying the tires. So it has been a month and my car still has not had an alignment after four trips into NTB Tire...

Dirty up sell tactics. They will take advantage of those without good car knowledge. Avoid

My complaint has nothing to do with the staff or their services here in Decatur but with Road Hazard purchased with full set of tires in May ...tire not in stock and it has been over a wk now that my vehicle has been on flat causing a vehicle to be borrowed until tire is in and replaced...This experience Ive never had until This company it self.Cant reach Corp office due to weather...

No thanks. I dont trust many places to work on my vehicle. NTB is one of them. For simple maintenance, this business fails. I want my vehicles to get back to me in the same condition as they were before I left them there.

Had four new tires installedTechnician did not install valve stem poperly had flat tire but they replaced it. After installing new tire dashboard tire light was on. I was told I would have to pay for tire breakdown and install of battery. Can not understand why they did not check sensor when tires were off

We have purchased two sets of tires had brakes put on & had been satisfied until my last visit when I was not acknowledged by name or spoken to like I had any knowledge about the car that I had been driving for three years & average 30,000 per year!They had entered my tag numbered & pulled me up before I came insideSo I was never acknowleged by name or talked to in a personable way at all; I know it is only tires but this is very non personable! I repeatedly told the worker that I did not have a gage that automatically showed me the air pressure on my dash information panel, but he kept telling me that I did ((without going to see for himself))! I left and have no plans to continue business with NTB! The new non personable way is too Creepy & for me & not a way for a company to build trust in caring about keeping my business!To me, NTB is another company that is removing personable service that built Americas foundational standards!!!I am glad that I have other choices!

These guys refused to fix a tire, so they could try to sell me one for $100 more than Pep Boys wanted for a tire of the same rating. When I got to Pep Boys to buy the tire, I found out they fixed my tire, saving me even more money.Not surprised NTB tried that. The Hoover store lied to my brother, and we caught them trying to extort him.Although this store put air in my tire to get to Pep Boys, customer service is lacking. It was still a lie. Nail wasnt in the side wall. He claimed it was sideways, so it probably touched the side.This said, after dealing with this guy, thinking he had us where he wanted, never will go to another NTB. I would rather walk, or get towed.
