Theyre just making money off of the community. They take your money and then thats it, you cant exchange or return items even if youve only had it in your possession for a few minutes. Once you give them your money thats it. They use covid as an excuse but this is something theyve always wanted to do so now covid is the perfect opportunity for them to use that as an excuse. If you can buy clothes at a store and return to get your money back during covid why cant they exchange a unopened pack of hair or anything. They know people are gonna shop there regardless of what they do so they treat us this way. BTW theyre now called Chapel beauty supply

Terrible service . I came 20 min before closing and they declined me entering . Why have a closing time if you aren’t gonna honor .

They good the hair kinda high but they have unique quality hair. And alot of odds and ends products you might be looking for.

Went into this business to purchase some Ampro Hair Styling Gel. When I walked through the door the owner behind the counter called me sweetie pie. First mistake, I’m not a child.She then asked me what I was looking for, I told her hair gel. She then tried to explain to me all the brands she had. I knew what I wanted when I walked thru the door, so her assistance wasn’t needed. I located the brand I wanted but it was priced 3 times what I usually pay.The jar I wanted was almost $6 when I usually pay $2. I then proceeded to leave the store. She asked me if I found what I needed I told her yes, but it was over priced. Her response was, “over priced?”She was then very dismissive and told me goodbye which was very RUDE. Good luck to this woman and her empty business. I will never return.

I visited this store on yesterday...while browsing around for what I came for.I happened to turn around because I felt as though I was being watched...and I was correct...a store personnel was following me from Isle to Isle, just literally standing and watching...I dont thank Ill be spending any more of my money there.I would thank with a bueaty supply store that large they would have surveillance cameras..as to not just blatantly just stand and stair at Customers is the reasonI rated a 1 star.

One stop shopping, I was intrigued with how well the store is supplied.

I just went there 2hrs ago to purchase my baby a hat for prom and it was $40. So I went to see my mom and she had a better hat with a cheaper price and they didnt give me no receipt talking about final sale.
