Just awful! Overcrowded, improperly managed and beyond cluttered! Bring a shovel with you to get through the aisles! The staff is always playing around and extremely unprofessional! They overcharged me by several hundred dollars the few time’s I’ve shopped here! Yes, they did reverse the multiple overcharges after 1 hour of total confusion on the phone with them! They will mask-shame you as well when you walk in the door! The invoice they produce is totally unorganized and poorly laid out which makes putting the items into your inventory extremely time consuming and laborious!Avoid this place.

If I could put negative stars I would. I set up a wholesale account and uploaded the necessary paperwork to be approved and was approved. On the website they have all buyers have a $100 min. Since they were close, I decided to go to the physical store. Once inside, I told them I had set up an account & showed the necessary paperwork. The issue I had (1) Having 2 employees standing (without facemasks, even though the signs requires facemasks to enter) in front exit and not being 6ft. (2) Being told that purchasing in store is $500 (but they could not produce anything that SAID that) even though the website says $100.(3) Being followed the ENTIRE time we were there. I did not read the reviews of this business BEFORE I went and I shouldve. I asked what would have happened if I simply ordered online with the $100 min? Response? We would have called you. You guys deserve every 1 star review you have.

Honestly, this store deserves 0 stars but that’s not an option. Tried to call on the phone multiples times to ask some simple questions but the person on the line was being super difficult. I wanted to see if they had a specific piece before stopping by and the guy couldn’t even bother to check. Decided to stop by as well and the in-person customer service wasn’t any better..

Our shop always spends $400(+) dollars with them. Although our experience with them today was TERRIBLE. Their store was a mess, their management had completely rude and Disgusting attitudes, and they have no idea what the hell they are selling you. I recommend you all stop giving these people your buisness and go to unique wholesale. Theyre awesome. Forget this place.

We visited Atlanta and went in A to Z wholesale Warehouse, People work their are so rude and insult us, told If you are member then and then you can go inside. Yes they have their policy of Business but they can say very politely to Customers that we have this policy. I feel like I am Beggar and their is no value of Customer. I Just want to see what Novelties Item they are selling and If I find it I can buy in Bulk if they give me Good Price.We are wholesaler in Gainesville, FL since 1999. We value our Customer so Good. I will never go in this Place again.
