We use the Publix bakery frequently for work occasions. They are prompt, and have excellent service. The staff are willing to help, and even approach you to see if you need help. You never have to search for someone, and they are always so nice.

The staff at Publix Emory Commons are angels!I brought my 5YO in for a flu shot which turned into a 45 minute debacle of trying to get the shot in her.The pharmacist must be the most patient person in the world, and did everything she could to try and make my little one feel comfortable.Another employee told her a sweet story about bravery and yet another employee brought her a balloon.They finally got the shot in among loud shrieks that were likely heard all the way to Fulton county, but the stellar staff at Publix Emory Commons didn’t bat an eyelash.Thank you! I’ll always be a Publix customer.

The chicken was still warm when I got them and cake slice was still fresh. Self checkout was fine. However keep in mind I did all this shopping about 930 p.m.

I didnt separate my tomatoes and bell peppers, so I put them all together on the scale and counted them all as bell peppers since it cost more but got treated like a thief for paying extra money. No one seems very friendly either, customers or employees. Maybe it was a bad day though, but I probably wont be back

The market is always clean, organized, and the workers are always courteous and helpful.

The pharmaceutical staff was so helpful and kind. The young woman outstanding with customer service and existence. I was just coming out of the hospital after my daughters surgery,,and left my phone in one of their electronic carts. The managers and clerks even was concerned. The young man in parking lot went back in store, to search the electronic carts. HAKIM was my hero that day.

I had multiple people ask me if I could find what I was looking for. The one item I couldnt find the person stocking the shelves led me right to. Who would have thought that muffins would be in the frozen food section. Again though, its Publix and not necessarily organized in a logical way. Great people working the store!

No notice after 2 days of my MDcalling in my prescription.I called. Problem with your insurance…they typed in the letter I instead of the numeral one. Why didn’t you text me? ‘. Don’t know’.They also didn’t have one of my prescriptions which I was out of.‘ it will be here in 2 days’Why didn’t you call another Publix and see if they had it?‘We don’t do that’I did get an unconvincing performance of an apology.If incompetence is your thing, these people are for you.

Ugh. Really?I went inside in a hurry, grabbed a salad, southern Cobb salad, paid and left . When I opened it, no dressing! Ugh. It is a Very expensive salad and they don’t double check ?

Disappointed in this store, essentially with being a larger store in the metro area. Out of many items, even after checking with staff. Think I will find a better Publix in the area. I have shopped at Publix quite frequently for 35+ years. My favorite grocery store, but not this one.

Ive used their floral department a few times and they have come through for me everytime. Not only did they put together a beautiful flower arrangement for me but they always do it with a smile. Love this place

This is my first buying food from Publix and the food was labeled incorrectly. I went to the deli to buy some fresh wings, they had some labeled for same date, I visited. It was not what, I expected from Publix.

The store was clean well stocked. Grabbed a few items we needed. Only employee we interreacted with was the cashier who was pleasant.

I was very pleased with the young man Im the sea food department He was so nice 🙂🙂🙂 had the greatest smile 😂😂😂 on his face. And I was looking for some chilli he told me whiçh Ile it was iñ. Then he went to make sure that he was telling me the right Ile. Wish I had asked him his name because I didnt know that I would have a chance to tell anyone about him. And he was a very handsome young man.

Normally shop publix on ponce. this store is better stocked than ponce.its roomy and clean. and the folks there are nice.

It was more so an in and out but from what I did experience, it was an ok experience.

Its Publix, you already know how its gonna be. Clean as can be. Well stocked. Boring review..because theres nothing to say...its how a grocery store should be.

Overall this Publix store is better than the one on Panola Rd except the Deli here has a minor flaw that can be corrected very easily.....The Deli in this Publix location need to seriously get the workers who prepare the online orders replaced with better workers since they messed up my online order 2 times recently.In short dont rush these online orders like no one isnt reading what should be prepared in the online orders properly especially the few times so far I been in this Publix more customers show up in line for the Chicken/Lunch-items somewhat more over the Subs sandwiches at this location.1st time they forgot the Tomatoes.2nd time they get Black Pepper seasoning mixed up by adding the WRONG item as you all can see the Black Olives(in the picture) in the sandwich instead of the Black Pepper seasoning, [SMH and Facepalm!]. Any of you see black olives written in the order? NO because thats not what I wanted and It shouldve never been in what I ordered from the deli at this location.Sooo sad shame... This shows that its best to get in line to have your sub sandwiches fixed when you arrive in this Publix location until they get these deli workers coordinated better to do the online orders properly or Replace them with better workers in the Deli area at this location.

The staff at Publix helped me to get connected with an Uber driver. I had been waiting a very long time for a taxi. One staff member made sure that I had transportation to get home. The other staff member helped me to helped me connect with Uber. I thank Publix for its great customer service and public relations. It was getting late and I was waiting for the cab. Went to get my flu shot and also received my $10 gift card woohoo. Went straight to the deli to get me my favorite vegetarian sandwich. The pharmacist location was superb the pharmacist administered the flu shot and she was very professional. Went throughout the store checked a couple of sales picked up a couple of things was disappointed that they did not have my favorite diet Sunkist Orange drink. They were completely out of stock. The cashier great customer service. And the young man who packed our groceries was very nice. Love this location we will visit again

Publix delayed me today. Caused problems with my transactions and resulted in others who were waiting on me to be late as well. There machine did not process my money order despite having done this with my card multiple times. The customer service representative acted is if it was my bank. There was no problem with my bank!! I had to call 5 times to my bank, placed on hold because they needed to check my debit card for any issues. Then i had to drive to my bank all for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with my bank. It was publix system. And the representative did not even try and find out that it was there system. Ridiculous!!!!

Cleaning wipes were available at the entrance with the grocery carts. Employees were wearing masks. There is directional signage on the floor, if only the customers would pay attention. They had paper towels this trip, which I havent seen in a while. Plenty of toilet paper. Publix is always well lit, the floors are clean and the produce is fresh. I ❤️ Publix.

Anytime I feel like eating a healthier meal, I like to order my usual herbed albacore with kale salad... and a side of zucchini if they happen to have it that day. If I feel like indulging a little bit, I also love ordering it as a hot plate with their tasty mashed potatoes. When its in season, I always order their watermelon agua fresca, its so refreshing and sweet.

The customer service at the deli sucks. It’s usually understaffed which is why we ORDER ONLINE. today we placed an order for a 1:45 pickup. Starting at 2:10 I started standing in line to ask about my order. At 2:25 I FINALLY got waited on. They FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER IN THE PICKUP AREA. Deli service is the worst part of shopping here.

I have been shopping at my neighborhood Publix for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

Consistently slow and unorganized deli.I have ordered subs online multiple times close to an hour in advance and when I arrive no sub has been prepped. Second time I had to wait in line for 20 min to get to order to find that the online order receipt was just sitting on the counter because they were just helping those in line.

The best Location in the city! The prepared food and Deli teams are the absolute best! Very friendly and knowledgeable Thank you
