I like this store OK, but Im excited about Publix coming near me. I had fried chicken and potato salad. I had to put the chicken in the oven for a few minutes to the cooking process. Chicken is great when its tenderness is easily apparent. But good once done.

I am a faithful Publix shopper and have been for many years now. My regular Publix is Henderson village location. After a long day working at the hospital I ran in to the north druid hills location to grab something for dinner. I selected a nice piece of Salmon and asked the clerk to cut it in half because I didnt need a big piece like that, she told me that all pieces of fish are cut in the morning and cannot be cut down anymore! We went back and forth for a good five minutes with her telling me I had to take the whole piece or select a different piece, I in response kept repeating myself that I didnt want the whole piece I just needed enough for two people. She very reluctantly cut it in half for me. While this was going on another customer that was waiting in line got tired of waiting and left. Last time I checked Im the customer and Im the one paying for my groceries. So please can someone let the woman in seafood know that! I dont want to come home and rant about the seafood clerk not wanting to do her job!

Had the most delicious bday cake for here. Even though i was unable to get happy birthday written on the cake i was given happy birthday signs for the cake.

Publix is a very nice grocery store. They carry a lot of name brand products as well as Publix in store brand. The store is very clean, it is kept very tidy and the shelves are kept stocked. There is usually an employee around who an answer your questions or provide assistance. Perishable foods are well rotated and kept in stock and are if the highest quality. I particularly like the deli area and its freshly cooked items. The prices are competitive. Nice place to shop.

Today I went to Publix in Decatur ( Shamrock Plaza) and this particular time I had a really dope experience. Today I met the manager Fe and she helped me tremendously! My girlfriend just gave birth to our son and I wanted to pick her up some flowers in attempt to brighten up her day and was disappointed when I look at the flower selection. I asked Fe ( CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER) for help and she immediately began to ask me how she could assist. I told her that I wanted some fresh flowers and she began to walk with me to the back where she created the most beautiful flower( Rose ) bokay I have seen in a long time. THANK YOU FE FOR YOUR EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I couldn’t be more happy with the roses! My girlfriend was extremely happy as well!! GOD BLESS YOU ! ❤️

The store was very clean and the prices were very good there. The cashier was so nice and greeted me and I received assistance with my groceries putting them in the car!!! Excellent service all around!

Friendly all the way through. A smaller neighborhood store which is great for feeling at home, and it never creates the problem of losing your car in a giant parking lot. Love this store!

Ordered two very simple subs online and went to pick up.. my sandwiches were in the wrong bags, no oil, no vinegar, I had lettuce instead of the spinach I asked for and no mayo on either sandwich. What is going on up there? Sadly, Im not around the corner and didnt have the luxury of making an additional drive to read out the ingredients on my receipts for them to correct their fault. Thank God I have mayo and honey mustard at home.

Went there for covid vaccination shot, very professional efficient pharmacy staff.While there checked also the bakery and other area. Good quality merchandise of very good quality.

This is my favorite Grocery store to visit with all honesty. There isn’t any other I would pick over Publix especially the one at Shamrock. Everything is self explanatory, well organized, and extremely friendly personnel. The deli is my favorite place within the store as I love their sandwiches and sub. Everyone should try them by now no exceptions. The store is clean and in pristine condition.

Got sold raw popcorn chicken for a toddler birthday party. More than 20 people ate raw chicken. Ask yourself if you want to eat from a place that takes food safety this lightly.

This is my favorite Publix. I used to live up the street, and despite moving from the area, I still visit this Publix regularly. The staff is very friendly and they have a great variety of products. This is not such a large store so the thought of shopping there is not exhausting.

My favorite Publix! Smaller size but usually has everything I need, and the employees are very friendly. In particular, the bakery department is amazing and they get me freshly baked items still warm off their racks. Very happy to be close to this store.

9/10 times the people are friendly, the store is clean and its super convenient. I write a few reviews here and there but like most people will usually write when I have an exceptionally good experience or a notably bad one.The bad: I came in today 7/22 for a pub sub around 1030 am and encountered Ruby who is the reason for my review today and the two less stars.She was rude, she didnt listen to what I wanted and had an attitude when you tried to correct her. She pulled my bread out and a fly flew out I asked for another piece and she threw the bread back in the pile like I was bothering her. This is the second time Ive encountered her and every time with the attitude. The lunch rush had barely started and no one was behind me + what did I do but kindly greet you and say thank you?Needless to say, the pub is in the frozen isle bc by the time I walked around I decided why should I pay for a sandwich that I didnt ask for but also accepted only bc I didnt want to upset Ruby any more than she already was.Anyway most people are nice, she should find another job (but it seems like shes already checked out), clean standard Publix. Avoid Miss Ruby though.

I enjoy the service they provide. They make you feel like family. Not to mistake that they get the job done!

It was ok. The restrooms are located in the back of the store though. Popcorners White Cheddar was on sale for $3.99 but checked out and got it for $2 off using a built in promo code!

Employees are very friendly, courteous. Every time I see an employee stocking the shelves they ask if I need help finding anything. Every time! And I often do need help finding the things I only buy occasionally. Customer service is TOPS!

This is my local Publix and I stop by often. Was looking for something in the meat section that they had one left of but they were nice enough to check the truck that just came in to get me what I wanted. Always had good service and friendly people.

This Publix is always clean and the shelves are always stocked up. The staff is nice and they help you take your groceries to your car. WIC produce is all lanes so it makes it easy for families with WIC vouchers.

This location is small and doesn’t carry items that other Publix do. In addition to that, the employees are rude. I was walking out of the door toward the parking lot and one of the employees who was collecting carts almost ran me over and didn’t say excuse me or even apologize for being rude.There are too many location to choose one that doesn’t carry what I need and have employees treat me poorly.

Employees are fantastic. They will walk you around the store assisting you to find your items. We even got our COVID vaccines at the pharmacy. It’s a super Publix!

Pros: They ways have my Seafood stuffed Salmon pinwheels. I love them so much even at that #price, lol.Cons: They dont have a sushi station, neither does Toco Hills #Publix so I have to go to #Kroger at Toco Hills. So, this is why they lost a star. They gotta get with the times. But, the stagf is always sooooo friendly.I❤PUBLIX

We came here to play lottery once in a week . Everything was doing correct until we using the lottery machine, we put a bill on the machine but it didn’t gave us a ticket and when we talk to the customer service manger he says he can’t do nothing for us. That’s crazy and bad customer service we don’t want to come here again and we’re not recommending people to play lottery here.

Amber cashier needs to be knowledgeable of her job. I purchase a money order and used 2 different debt cards and she called for assistance to see if I was able to due 2 debit transactions, that was a waist of my time of course you can.

One lady making subs in the deli for a line of 5 people. Everyone else is doing busy work, not helping anyone and one lady is making subs one at a time for online orders, ignoring the line of people actively waiting at the counter. Had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich

I am trying so hard to come around to you guys. This one is a small publix so they dont have everything in every brand you want. Also its a hard floor plan for me to find what I need. Its always odd ingredients, and I know its not just me. When I go another person usually yoyos around to the same spots Im looking for an ingredient. We laugh as I ask are you looking for this and they agree. Usually one of us asks for help and its found in a really odd location. If I had a closer store Id likely pick it over this Publix.

I always thought that this Publix had better customer service than the Publix in North Decatur. However, the tall older white woman always displays a fussy attitude once shes slightly inconvenienced. I have never experienced this type of attitude from an employee out of all the stores Ive been to. Based on my observation, Im not sure if she has a mental problem...maybe.. but If youre not willing to do YOUR job, leave. Staff needs retraining.

No complaints..great service

I have been here over 10 times, just for convenience. I had my granddaughter‘s birthday bash, birthday cake made here. It was sliding when I got it. It melted by the time we brought it to the party. Every cashier in here was rude and should be ashamed of theirselves. The publix that I know, does not exist here. Everyone is mean. No customer satisfaction. I shopped at Publix for years. I spoke so highly of it. But this particular store, makes me feel like policies have changed. I will never come here again. And I will never go to another one, because of how I was treated.

Great chicken tender sandwiches

I am disabled and carry my groceries on my walker in a basket. Well, my basket tipped over. Publix employees to the rescue! 3 lovely ladies got everything off the floor and back into my basket.Above and beyond with an awesome attitude. Thank you for caring and helping!

This store is always bright, cheerful and a delight to shop in. Its staff is always so pleasant, professional, and willing to help. I can always find great deals. Its my go-to place for fresh fruits and vegetables. My only complaint is with the seafood- too much farmed product and not enough wild caught, fresh whole fish. I have to go to a farmers market for that. Otherwise, very Happy and satisfied with this Publix store. Oh, I cant forget its pharmacy- great staff!

Not given to me in Google maps but I remembered where it was. Located off of Lawrenceville Hwy, across from North Dekalb Mall. Nice, clean and helpful staff. Picked up a few things for a sick friend. Everyone has a mask on but some customers didnt nor did they feel the need to be apart 6ft. Check our my video for more info.

Trudy, the pharmacist, is awesome. Came in for a flu shot. She came to the window to help, got me processed and later administered the shot. She is very customer/patient focused and very friendly.
