Ive never went anywhere else for car battery problems because Rexx has always been awesome and I like to support local businesses... I went in yesterday on my lunch break to see how much a battery would be for my car and Im not sure if the guy was having a bad day or what but he walked into the counter area, didnt look at me, didnt say hi, etc. He asked what I needed... sighed loudly, told me a price and proceeded to tell me that the labor charge would be more. I said ok and told him that my husband would be in later to pay for the battery and that I wouldnt need them to install it. I received another loud sigh and was told k. Never once did he look at me.. I was extremely put off by the rudeness because Id never experienced that before at Rexx. It was extremely poor customer service!

Well I took my battery in and ask him To check it and he did but didnt say anything about it. So didnt know if the battery was bad or just needed charged.. They did carry the heavy battery into the building for me and then took the new one to the car for me. They also suggested testing the alternator but by the time I got it installed back into my vehicle it was to late and they were closed. Then the next day found out it was actually the alternator. Lol. Thank you. I appreciated the help. Most places see a female and dont offer any help or suggestion but they did. Again thank you.

They got me a car battery but did NOTHING to clean the Corrosion off of the battery cable terminals or to tell me they needed replaced. Less than one week later I had to replace my cable terminals and was told by a Highly Respected Mechanic that they should have caught it.

For my auto, they cleaned the cable contacts, and replaced the battery for under $100, and finished in less than 10 minutes from when i entered. Their shop is very clean and organized and customer service is great! I will use them again for my other autos.

I was having trouble with my car battery, so after going to a local auto store(that was short staffed) my brother suggested Rexx Battery. I was pleasantly surprised how FAST, QUICK. FRIENDLY, and wayyy much cheaper than anyone around and I got the highest quality battery for the car. Jay and the Decatur staff are top notch and I reccomend them they are the best and they test your starter and alternator too. A++++ all the way!!!!

Gentleman stayed late to change our battery. Roads were bad and we called ahead cause was gonna be close to closing. He got us in and out fast and my sons car is good to go in this snowy weather.

They figured out the problem but they left behind residual problems without explanation.UPDATE! They did say after we called back again that they thought they might have known what happened, but didnt offer to fix their mistake.

They had the batteries I couldn’t get anywhere else. The staff were quick to help, and saved me from heaving to drive to another town to grab some specialty batteries! Very grateful these guys are in business!

Most times when you are coming here it is because you need a battery right away. Every time I have been here they get it right in and done quickly. Always nice! I would definitely recommend.

I had excellent customer service from the guys at Rexx. I had what I thought was a battery issue, got a new battery and brought it home.. replaced it. The next day my car didnt start after work but after second try of starting, it started. So I went back to rexx and explained the situation so they said it could be the solenoid. So they kept my car and the next day got the solenoid and went to put the starter back together. When they were putting back together they noticed it was the brush holder was cracked. They immediately called me and provided options of what I could do. I went with getting a new starter. So the next day they got it in and provided it to me at their cost because of the length of time it took to get it fixed and the manager said if I had any more problems they couldnt fix there, he would personally make phone calls to help me get it taken care of elsewhere and also advise others of what they have done to attempt to fix the problem. I just think it was awesome customer service. So far I have had no issues.They were also the cheapest in town for a battery. Highly recommended.

Had them rebuild my alternator. The rebuild worked for eight months and then a part that they didnt replace went out. I thought they had replaced everything, but they didnt. In the end, I could have bought a replacement alternator with a lifetime warranty for what they got paid for a one year warranty and not had to deal with the hassle of my cat breaking down twice within one year. I wont be going back.

Went in to buy a Harley Battery, best price in town, and the same battery you would buy at Harley. Just without the label, OEM quality and best price. Service was great, and the staff was knowledgeable.

Car cranking over slowly...took to Rexx and got in immediately and they checked alternator and it was fine...checked battery and they showed amp level to me and said battery needed replaced...they replaced right away and was out in less than 10 minutes...car starting great now...thank you Rexx!

I had them rebuild my alternator and when I picked it up the engine light came on and was flashing. My car almost gave out on me multiple times trying to make it home. It is currently undrivable. My car has never done this before. I am highly unsatisfied. Will not be returning!

Only place I have been getting my batteries since they opened their doors. Always good service, so as long as there doors are open and I am alive they will always have my business, also my kids.

Looks like just a car place, but they have pretty much any battery you need. Even a phone battery. Pretty pricey tho. Edit 8/28/2017: I found out that their phone batteries are just standard batteries and dont actually fit the phone very well making it near impossible to get out without damaging the phone and battery. As well as they dont keep a charge for very long. For these reasons Im bumping my rating from 5 stars to 1.
