Purchased a 2008 crown vic police interceptor with 108k on 02/26/2020. Started off rocky because car cut off on me across the street but the next day I got a battery and the car has been running good ever since. Just have to see why the heat doesn’t work and should be good from there. I had great first experience buying car from Five Points Auto!!

If anyone could of have had the hardest time getting financing for a vehicle, it was me! This place though was able to do it, and I am more than appreciative. They have top-notch customer service. Great so far! We viewed one of the cleanest Escalades ever for about one week. We finally decided to visit the lot and dealt with Joe (good dude)! The process was expedited through Kevin (thorough dude)! Were very pleased and allowing us 90 days same as cash....NO COMPLAINTS! Thx

The customer service was amazing. My car broke down at the spur of the moment and Ms. Destiny helped me on such short notice! BUT They threw my in a lemon and refused to fix the problem. The car will go from 80 MPH on the highway to 0 MPH. And they said nothing was wrong with the car. It’s only been TWO WEEKS!! Now the car is smoking from under the hood. Had mechanics at the police department (I’m law Enforcement) look at the car and they said everything under the hood is totally wrong and wired wrong!! They refuse to put me in another car without ANOTHER deposit! Now the car is at the station being examined and they’re about to be Subpoenaed to court under the lemon law. I’ve been patient enough with them not wanting to fix the problem! I’m over it!

I purchased a BMW ONLY 3 MONTHS AGO and since then it’s been nothing but a waist of $5000 and the owner always hides behind his staff that doesn’t help do anything but lie and take your money. I made a list of things that needed to be done to the vehicle after making the down payment (No rear view mirror in the car, no wind shield wipers, leaking coolant, head lights going out, brake sensor and tire pressure sensor) now the amplifier is out so the speakers don’t work. All they called me for was pick up note payments but not for any repairs. The other day my engine shut down on me while I was driving almost causing me to wreck and I fear that the engine is locked up. I been waiting days to get an answer and they still haven’t given me anything not even a vehicle to use for work and to take care of my kids. Owner Still nowhere in site too busy living the best life while I’m suffering.

Take this advise from a well knowledgeable young man. This dealership is the WORST dealership in dekalb county. I back my claim with this statement because for one they do know that they’re cars are not expected to last for long. If you want a car that will stop functioning on you after a week or two you might as well save your money and get a rental or use Uber/lift. They knew they had sold me a unreliable car that I paid 5000 cash for without even having an emission test done. That’s illegal. Then I gave them the chance to resolve the issue after a few weeks until the day of the complete break down and the owner said “ he was sorry and there was nothing he could do for me.” As you can see from my experience this company doesn’t believe in morals and what’s fair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU WILL NEED A CAR. Of course there’s no credit check when your being sold trash. They are not about the people and I don’t understand how the staff enjoys or tolerate the backlash they receive daily. I witnessed a couple of customers complaining during the same event. I should of drove right past this place when I had the chance. STAY WOKE.

Do Not Go Here they are selling lemons on the car lot. I bought a car 3days later engine start acting up, the owner himself told me the would fix it and I could make payments until it was paid off . The day I went to pick up my car he told me I owe 2700$ and I had to pay it all in full or he would not give me my car back. Even had my car on the lot with the rest of the cars for sale . I strongly advise anyone in their right mind to never ever buy a car from here or their other location on Flat shoals . Very deceitful, very rude and no professionalism what so ever . Wrost car buying experience in my life.

The worst place to buy a car, I mean the worst. I bought my car Feb 23rd and on the 25tg my transmission was slipping. They claim they was goning to fix it but never got fixed. They didn’t want to give me my money back because they cars are as is. As is a lemon 🍋 that’s all they sale is lemons. Ruven claim he wanted to help me out but everything he push me toward was worst then the first car. They have no integrity or moral they just want your money be careful shopping here. This was the worst experience ever!!! DO NOT GO here🙄 the car they sold me transmission failed in not even 24hrs. I brought the car back they claimed they was going to fix the issue but never did! This was feb 23rd when I purchased the Nissan ! Went to trade in at a real dealership, told its been in two major disabling accidents and the $13,000 I have financed is worth $5,000. I was so screwed over. Everything they do is crooked. The worst unprofessional business I have ever been to. They turn off the check engine lights so once you drive off the lot and you drive for 2 days you stuck in your car. This sounds like the same shady people that was located on Memorial Drive and Rockbridge Rd. They have since moved from that location and reopened here. They are very scandalous and they sold me a car and the breaks was scrubbing so bad and they had me sitting in the office for 8 hrs and did nothing.

I informed my salesman Paris by text that I needed to know when they were open again, he immediately called me and I informed him 10 codes popped up including ECM the ABS system and the rocker arms in the engine. He said bring it in Monday morning. When we finally got to speak to CINDY the owner about getting our $1000 down payment back she had a smart a** attitude and said WELL YOU DIDNT BUY A 2016 VEHICLE! Basically she sold me a vehicle that wont even pass emissions.... They disconnected the battery to clear the codes from the computer! They know what they did! They put the scam in SCAM ARTISTS! TO CINDY- you get what you put out LIFE-VENGENCE IS MINE SAITH THE LORD! Please share this post so nobody gets ripped off!

Short story: DISHONEST.Long story: These guys are selling absolute pieces of junk and are completely dishonest about their vehicles conditions. I went today to look at a Mercedes I found on Autotrader. The photos looked very good and there was nothing in the ad about the car having issues. There were many mechanical issues I found within 10 minutes (car would shut off as soon as jumper cables were taken off, the car was showing current fault codes for the hydraulic suspension [couple thousand to fix], the braking system, the stability control, and probably more that I didnt look at), the windows would not roll all the way up on either side, many interior panels were removed and lying inside, and even more problems that I wont mention. However, the three times that I asked for the rundown on the cars condition, all I got was weve never had any problems with it, except the battery! Complete crap, and it is guys like this that give dealership an untrustworthy reputation. STAY AWAY.

I came in and purchased a Durango from them for cash. I knew there were issues with the vehicle, but they were far and above what was related to me. The thing died on my way home and I had to get road side assistance and replace the battery. Upon THAT happened, I learned that the problem with the exhaust leaking wasnt what I was told, but that the entire exhaust manifold was completely missing from the vehicle. Now its costing me an extra 2k to get the thing driveable. Ive contacted them and they do NOT return your phone calls if you have any issues. Kevin and his staff were personable, certainly and everyone was nice, but I am not happy at all with the way things went down and I would never recommend anyone buy here.

Rueban sabag has overpriced cars and is a snake in his own regard. He told me I am not a fortune teller when the car I bought from him had 5000 $ worth of repairs right off the bat. When you go to the lot there is only a handful of nice cars the rest of the cars are comparable to the local junkyard. Furthermore, the whole staff has no class and from a customer service standpoint it was an awful experience. However the worst part was dealing with his wife who was incredibly over entilitled and could use a nice pair of running shoes in my oppion.

This car lot is very terrible. They sold me a lemon. Refused to fix the problem. Then had my car towed for missing 1 payment. Also took items out of my car and told me it wasnt their problem and to make a police report. Terrible customer service.
