MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. NO COMPLAINTES WHATSOEVER AND THE TECHNICIAN THAT WORKED ON MY CAR DOING OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATE WAS WONDERFUL AS WELL AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE BODY SHOP THOUGH HAS BEEN TRYING TO FIX MY CAR FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND THE BACK HATCH STILL LEAKS. MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP MORE THAN I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE IT. I CANT OPEN MY HATCH AFTER I WASH IT OR IF IT IS RAINING BECAUSE IT LEAKS INSIDE. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISSAPOINTED.
When I walk into a dealership I am there generally to buy and dont like to waste my time or others. Justin was there to help quickly, knew what I was looking to complete and ensured I was processed in a timely manner in my new vehicle purchase. I would recommend Justin for future car purchases.

First time here. I had a great experience, they had the truck I needed and we got the deal done. Justin, my salesperson was great, answered all my questions and took great care of me. Before my visit, Jeff answered all my questions via text, email and a phone call. He sent me pictures of a truck they literally just had delivered. Do Not Trust this place! If you call and talk about a vehicle and they tell you they won’t do a hard hit on your credit report, they lie!! They lie horribly! We were told they would Not do a hit on our report unless we test drove and decided on a vehicle. We talked about one and decided first that we would go in and look and test drive one and then if we were interested in a vehicle, we would proceed!! We only talked over the freaking phone!! Within minutes, 11 points was knocked off of my score!! I never gave them permission and never went and decided on a vehicle! In fact I changed my mind and decided not to and they went and done it anyway! Awful place to do business with.

In addition, the Decatur dealership has the most personable and knowledgeable finance manager I have ever encountered. I have worked with Steve Ground more than once, and it is a joy to interact with him. The service department was the reason I bought my car from Miles. All the members of the service staff are courteous, polite and respectful.
As always, everyone was so nice and pleasant there. The only thing they didnt do was reset my oil tracker, but I looked that up on Youtube and did it myself, so no biggie.

Had to have the radiator replaced in my 2019 Chevy Blazer. This was a factory recall/defect and at No cost to me. Just wished someone had advised me before it started leaking and I had to take it in to see what the problem was.

The new Equinox I bought in February was in the shop 7 days after I bought it. Then 6 weeks later it was in the shop again for 15 days and they still can’t find out what’s wrong with it. The dealership basically has told me to deal with the vehicle that I bought there.
Best car salesmen around...no pressure. They keep in touch with you after the sale, knowledgeable and very friendly. Service Department (Nick) is the best as well. No pressure, fast service, recommends what needs done with prices. They wont do anything until you ok it...unlike other service departments Ive been to.
My fiance and I came in not really knowing if we were going to buy a car for him. He had it arranged to meet Kyle Johnson (salesman) that helped us and was very patient with my husband. My fiance originally wanted a different car, AND even though Kyle tried to see what he could do about payments, he ended up with this beauty. Kyle was really nice, and made sure that we were taken care of. (Even after we bought the vehicle and left). A huge bonus was that there was no pressure to buying a vehicle, and Kyle answered all the questions he could. When my fiance made his decision, we meet with the finance manager Stephen Ground(not Brown. Lol). He is very friendly. He helped us save a bit of interest and we even got GAP for the vehicle. Miles Chevrolet may be the best dealership experience I have ever had! This is on top of bad experiences and sleezy salespeople.John Stadler is THE BEST sales rep ever and was extremely helpful. I live out of state (4+ hours) and John filled every request I had including sending vehicle history, taking LOTS of additional images, bringing the vehicle to a local shop for evaluation and helped arrange everything so I was in and out in a short time.The entire staff is really customer orientated, transparent and never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or felt as though John only wanted to make the sale. The used car manager even came to introduce himself while I was waiting for the finance manager, Steve Ground who could have had a second career in radio. He was extremely helpful and again, transparent with the financing. More importantly he was never pushy with add-ons, just explained my options thoroughly to help me make the right decision.I would 100% purchase a vehicle from Miles and, I 100% recommend using John Stadler as your sales rep if you are looking for a sales person that is organized, has good follow up and is extremely helpful.Bonus - Because I came to purchase the vehicle by myself, I decided to rent a Uhaul to tow the other vehicle I drove down there home. I picked up the Uhaul and John, Jason Knecht (not even involved in the sale) and some other staff members, helped me load the other vehicle safely. I cannot express my gratitude for all of the help from Miles Chevrolet that day. I know who I will be calling if I need another vehicle.**I only gave 4 stars for quality of work as the detail staff needs to up their game on the interior vehicle detailing. I did point out a few areas that needed to be gone over again, and John quickly got the vehicle back over to be re-detailed. However when I got the vehicle home, I needed to spend time to get the interior from 90% to 100%. Exterior looked fabulous and I would rate at 100%.**
My experience at this dealership was actually pretty fun. Most people would think the haggling and dealing with all the paperwork is a hassle within itself, but it was all pretty painless. Buddy was kind enough to safely drive me the 2hrs to get to the dealership. I felt very comfortable with Mat Snow introducing himself via video and showing me everything I wanted to see and know about this car. I live out of state, but didnt hesitate about this purchase at all. The Finance department ( Robert Frazier) was very professional and made me feel I wasnt being sold into packages that I really didnt need or want. They all worked well together and I felt a nice family camaraderie at Miles Chevrolet. Even corresponding via internet was on point. They were quick to respond and helped me with any questions I had about this vehicle. Mat truly made me feel comfortable throughout this whole purchasing process. Thank you Miles Chevrolet, Mat Snow, Robert Frazier, Michelle, Buddy, and to all the other employees I encountered to make this one of the happiest days of my life. I lost my other corvette to Hurricane Harvey, so this was my materialistic rainbow to this natural disaster. I love the fact that I could just drive in without an appointment. I was met by a service dept. employee (who was wearing his mask), and told him what I needed. He then ushered me into a comfortable (and cdc appropriate) waiting area. The wait was short....and after paying my bill, I was on my way in less than an hour. Im very happy with the service!

I had a non warranted tire replaced. Before leaving the service center I checked the tire pressures. I found 15 lbs difference between the two rear tires. The front two tires were incorrectly pressurized. I pointed out what I found and it was quickly corrected. It seemed there was a lack of attention to detail concerning this service visit.
Caleb was our salesperson on our truck we purchased. He was very polite and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we understood how everything worked! He even paired my husband cell phone with this truck so he was all set! Would recommend Caleb and this dealership whether buying used or new. A truly wonderful experience!

The service was performed quickly and at a competitive price (tire rotation and a recall notice resolution)If Miles really wants to stand above the others, they should give each customers vehicle a quick exterior wash and interior vacuum before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. It would add less than 5 minutes, but go a LONG way!!! If the vehicle was purchased from Miles, they should offer free wash whenever the weather permits.Cannot wait for the PLanDemic to be over so the dealership can resume providing complimentary coffee, donuts and popcorn for the customers

Went to get an old change for my vehicle and was told the price would come to $200. I was shocked and asked how it could be so high. The man stated then that there are two other services he would like to do as well. I denied the services as they are not immediately necessary, but I didnt appreciate the approach of telling me the price and then only breaking it down once I inquired. While the oil change was happening, I walked to the dealership side. I began looking at vehicles as my lease is almost up. No one approached me or asked if I had any questions even though I saw 3 people who appeared to be free. I finally went to someone and asked about the new Trailblazer. They stated theyre sold and he walked away. I did not appreciate the service and most likely will not be getting my next lease her.

I know that I did not have an appointment but thought I would give it a chance. The front driver side tire had been losing air and twice I have had a warning and filled it to the recommended 32 pounds. Again it happened that it was registering 27 pounds. I was thankful mechanics were able to fix the tire but would have like to know what was the probable cause for the continuing leakage. No one could tell me that except that they had patched the tire. That is fine, but I wanted to know if it was a nail, a screw, a crack or what was wrong and if the tire at some point needs to be replaced. This is a leased vehicle and I am trying to keep it in its best condition for either me to purchase at the end of the lease or turn in and get a new Equinox. Hope this is helpful.

It I could give them a zero star I would!! they didn’t get started on my car the day they were suppose to. They said my battery was good but still replaced it just to have my car die again two days later. They had my car up there for almost a week and still couldn’t get it right. Nick is a liar and if you get you car done there my sure you talk to the mechanic yourself!!

I would not recommend this dealership. My car broke down 500 miles from my local dealer and this dealer made no attempt to help me get back home or help with a rental car. I had to rent a car 90 miles away.The car that broke down had only 3595 miles on it. I was really disappointed that they did not offer to help.me get home or return my vehicle back to me. I even enlisted Chevrolet customer assistance to help out and the dealer did not respond back .

I sent Miles Chevrolet a message online regarding a vehicle I was interested in. Got a call from Destin and he was on top of it. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever received at a dealership. Stayed in contact with me through the process, sent me videos of the vehicle and the finance manager found me an amazing rate. I drove 2.5 hours to pick this vehicle up and it was everything they said it was. Everyone I worked with at Miles was top notch. I can’t say enough good things about these people. When looking for my next vehicle, Miles will be the first dealership I look at and I will gladly drive 2.5 hours again to work with these guys.

Kevin Camp . my salesman was outstanding from start to finish. He checked on me five times before I decided to buy this year. I mentioned that I was seriously considering the Traverse High Country. Each time one came into the dealership: Kevin called me and encouraged me to stop by and take a drive. He provided me with a brochure and told me lots about the car and why it would fit my Show Dogs and. The automatic up/down third row seat .. is every Dog Lovers dream. I give Kevin the highest marks for his professionalism and stick to it attitude with convincing me .. that now was the time to trade.
All of the team that I dealt with were very helpful. From my salesperson John, to the finance team and service I had a great experience. It took me about 3 hours to get there and I dont have any hesitation about making that drive again in the future if I want a new vehicle.
