My family and I moved to this area last year in May. Bob Brady is the only Chrysler service department here. I was forced to utilize their services due to this and not having time to go more than an hour away for another location. I will say, my initial impression was not good. However, my most recent maintenance visit went very well. They were accommodating with getting me in quickly, they called and updated me about my car before the end of the day (which in the past visits then required me calling them to get an update), they addressed my concerns and showed a genius level of professionalism that I have experienced at other car dealerships elsewhere. I am happy that I stuck with them and am hopeful that this is the start of a great working relationship. I may actually consider upgrading my car with them now.

Just wanted a cup holder replaced under warranty and didnt want to make a special trip just for that but was told if it wasnt replaced they would return it. So I took off work early and made a special trip just for the plastic cup holder to be replaced and they ordered and replaced the front cup holder that was perfectly fine. Now will need to make a second trip for this rear cup holder to be replaced. This my first trip with service since purchasing the vehicle and not happy with first impression.

Scheduled an oil change here and was pleased with the quick service and reasonable cost.

Two words: inconvenient and deceiving. I received a recall on my vehicle, and against my better judgment I took it into the dealership to have it serviced. The first appointment I made, I dropped off my vehicle and the next day they called and said they did not have the part. This meant I had to go back pick up my vehicle and wait for them to get the part.about a month later they call me and say the part is in and I can schedule an appointment. So I schedule my appointment and drop my vehicle off. I asked the individual if the service department could check my washer nozzle as I thought it was frozen up and not putting out fluid. Mind you I brought my car in for a free recall; what I received through a text message for my estimate was about $1900. They suggested I replace my tires and have my spark plugs changed and have my washer nozzle replaced for $100. The other service was the fuel injection service, which I actually took them up on.After declining everything and receiving an invoice for $220, Im going to pick up my vehicle and the price tag was now $289. When I asked what the discrepancy was they told me there was a $65 diagnostic fee to check my washer nozzle. So it would seem that courteous customer service no longer exists. My expectations were already low for a dealership, because I know their primary goal is to rip people off, but this was just unheard of.do not bring your vehicle here, they will overcharge you and try to get you to do services that you dont really need.

I was once very satisfied with doing business with Bob Brady, but over the past five years my opinion has changed. Their customer service is terrible. After buying two vehicles from them - new, not used - they cannot find you in the system. When bringing one vehicle over for service, you cannot schedule a window treatment re-application on the other. They want you to come back next week. That doesnt work very well when you live 45 minutes away. Maybe they are that busy, but I doubt it - not for a ten minute task. Perhaps the Ram service tech could not understand what I was asking him. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Bob Brady Honda, nor Ram in the future.
