I called this store and spoke to a lady named Anna and asked her if they had a size carpet in stock in the color Ivory. She told me they did and gave me a quote on the carpet. I asked her if she could take a picture of the carpet and text it to me. She did, I liked the picture so I decided to go to their location the same day and purchase the carpet. When I got there it was the classic bait and switch.The Carpet she texted me didn’t look anything like the picture or the color Ivory. Then she tried to play dumb as if it was the same picture. Then she took me to a roll of carpet that was the color Ivory and quoted me three times the price. If you go to this store please be careful and do not deal with Anna. Very deceptive and not an honest person. I was forced to give this store a 1 star to post this review. Buyer Beware !!

The staff at the Snapfinger Woods store in Decatur provided excellent customer service and worked diligently with me to match the existing engineered hard wood flooring previously installed in my home by another vendor. Suzette even came to my home after hours to take measurements, since I was on a short time line for the installation. Would definitely work with this company again.

We have made purchases four times and in May 2020 had another whole house installation. Suzette, once again, offered expert advice on the color and weight of the carpet and with a price that was well within our budget. The installation crew arrived on time (actually about 10 minutes early) and was professional and no-nonsense. I usually don’t write reviews, but I went in today to get a small amount of carpet to fix a spot. Although I only spent $28 the salesman, Chuck, took the time to help me find the perfect match. We walked around and looked at over 50 different styles until we found it, he was very nice and attentive. I will definitely recommend to others.

Chuck was great. He helped me pick out my flooring and was knowledgeable without being the slightest bit pushy. His communication throughout was prompt, friendly and professional. The instal process went smoothly and the results look amazing. We love our new carpet! Overall, nice people doing honest work and providing high quality service for thier customers.

This note is long overdue. I had 800 sq ft of LVT flooring done August 2017. Coming home a year later, my house feels still feels and looks awesome. Suzette and her crew did a fabulous job all the way round. They were the ultimate professionals and even when I had a small issue, they came right back and fixed it. Last month, I referred Suzette and Carpet Depot to a customer that got over 1500 sq ft of LVT and other wood installation done. Their house looks amazing also. I highly recommend Carpet Depot Decatur.

They installed new carpet throughout upstairs 4 months ago and it still looks fabulous. No ripples to date. They were very accommodating with our move-in date and made it as simple as they could. We enjoyed working with everyone from the sales staff to the owner to the installers.
