I hired them to do tile in my glamor bath. It was a gorgeous masterpiece when they completed it. I couldnt have asked for more.

If you dont speak meth-anese youll struggle to keep up. I was charged for multiple pewter beat down strips that were never installed even after calling and being assured someone would be back out. Months later still nothing. And the seam is great on one half of the room but the other half is gapped terrible.

Rock Bottom Carpets replaced the flooring throughout our house. They put in hardwood everywhere except the kitchen and bathrooms which got tile. We could not have reasonably imagined a better experience. We got a good price on the material and installation. The installers moved all the furniture before and after. Also, they were quite pleasant around the house. They did a great job, and did it expeditiously. I cant speak for all the Rock Bottom Carpets stores, but I would highly recommend to one in Decatur.

If u want glue all over your floor And appliances then give them a call!!! Completely disappointed!

I got an estimate and it was a good price. Decided to give them my business. Paid half down. I was lied to and then they wouldnt e en answer my calls. Have lost days work which cost me 200 dollars. Was lied to more. They were supposed to be here Saturday morning by 10, finally showed up at 5 to install. By midnight had padding down in living room and brought in the carpet which is wrong color. Installer contacted owner on Sunday morning and I still havent heard a word. I wouldnt recommend them to carpet a chicken house. Have no idea how they are still in business. Will give installer a good review. He was very professional, courtious and understanding. He should be the one running the business if they wish to stay in business. Right now house is still in shambles and torn apart. Have to return to work tomorrow morning and have no idea how or when or even if this issue will be resolved

Terrible communication on installation date and not disclosing that carpet samples they brought didnt come in rolls (BS) that would cover area without multiple seams.Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the installer was very understanding, professional and did what appears to be quality work.

Decatur store....poorly installed, wrong measurement up front, no communication for delivery, never called or came back to fix poor job after multiple calls.....will never use them again

Made a plan to get flooring about a month before we needed it. Tried over & over to find out when they could come out. At first they wouldnt call us then it was that person isnt here, they will call you. Then weeks later they called with excuses & they will call us back, so we still dont have the flooring. They never called back to do it!

Horrible customer service and work. Will never do business with them again. Jewelry came up missing, have no concrete evidence or video it was the person giving estimate that took it but I know it was there and the rude owner basically called me a liar cause I had no video of the crime. It was second time I dealt with them both times were horrible. Maybe I shouldve learned lesson first time

I have bought several rooms of carpet from Bill in Decatur and I’ve had issues with the carpet coming loose. I’ve had it repaired twice. The second time the guy tried to fix it he tore the carpet. The carpet is under factory warranty. Called Bill after couple weeks to find out when they were going to fix my carpet and he wanted me to have the carpet professional cleaned and I tried to explain to him that it had 3 holes in it but needless to say he couldn’t understand that the carpet was cheap.

It is the worst place

I wouldnt recommend them put flooring in my dog house. Had all thw flooring replaced upstairs. The crew stole perscription drugs, took a mini bose. Wanted me to pay for a job they hadnt finished. Bill the manager called me every day harrassing me over the money for a unfinished job. They brought there kids to work, my insurance doesnt cover your kids. Nails are popping up through the flooring and when i called Bill he wouldnt honor the work. He hung up on me. If you have thousands of dollars to throw out the window, he is your man. I posted the job on facebook. Dont use this company.

Salesman tried to tell my daughter the square footage of her kitchen was double the actual measurement needless to say rock bottom carpet is not the ones today putting in her new kitchen floor

Nice...pricey, but nice.

Product is ok but the service is awful. They did not arrive even close to on time for installation. Now I am having problems and they told me everyday last week that someone would be here and they still havent made it. Ill go elsewhere in the future.

Its bad I payed on Tuesday its now going on Friday and no carpet and I payed in full and now they will not pick up my calls pay the $30 extra and go with lowes rock bottom needs to wake up and do what they say they will this is on a rental house and about to do 3 more houses and it will not be them they are lying company do no t trust them
