Has some issues with another store with poor service and this store more than made up for it! Christopher was very pleasant and helpful. I so appreciate Will and his knowledge of plans and services and his excellent customer service. He knows his business and is passionate about taking care of his customers!
This was a great experience! We had some special issues, and the store manager, Will, took care of us, answered all of our questions, and got us an even better deal than I had researched. Will was very friendly, very patient, and really seemed to care about taking care of us. I really appreciate what he did for us. I used to work at this place. It’s under new management. This place has evolved drastically from what it was and it’s an amazing thing. The manager and the workers are very adaptive to a changing society, and very receptive of the staples. It might sound deep, but for work, or business, this is what you want to see. When I went to this store the staff was amazing. They handled my issues swiftly and got them corrected. I appreciate everything they did. I will soon be going in for my next upgrade hoping they can take care of that for me.
When you go to a phone store expect to be there a little longer. It takes time and it’s not always the reps fault. They wanna make sure you go out the door satisfied. Also the Chris that works there needs a raise. Seen that man run the store by himself 👍🏻 Good job young man!

Staff did not know what they were doing or how to set up service properly. We were told the service was active. T mobile shut us off 2 days later no reason no warning whatsoever. The workers do not know what they are doing would not recommend going here for any reason, no employee knows how to do anything.

Went in to buy 2 new phones, couldn’t get help from anyone in the store, spent about 12 min wandering around waiting for someone to come ask if I needed help. The only person that asked if I needed help which was Christopher had just finished with another customer, all of this while at least 2 other employees stood in the corner not paying Attention to their phones. The only reason I even bought the phones there that days was because of Chris.

Went up to get their home internet over 2 weeks later still havent received it. Called the store yesterday was told it was delivered and that theyd see if they could get another sent out. Still didnt get it. Finally called the customer service department. Turns out they never even ordered it and set up a pin for me that they never told me. And now saying it wont get delivered til August! This store is a joke and WILL IS VERY VERY Unprofessional!

They just messed up my plan, they stated I will have first responder plan. Got confirmation, and suddenly took me off the plan, and started charging me over 200$ every month. They need better training

Lets be honest, visits to cellular phone stores, now-a-days, is an adventure in itself. You have to plan to be there at least an hour if you are experiencing issues. I thank Will and Kya for re-storing faith in my customer service experience on Friday, April 30th. Having walked in frustrated and upset, I can say I walked out quite the opposite and was very happy they were willing and able to assist. Thank you both for your help! Sprint is the worst. Couldnt load a Google search for SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE (I have unlimited data plan) to be able to call them. Their response was upgrading a tower for 5g, so slow connections. How about you you upgrade your ability to not drop calls before you attempt 5g. Last month Ill be with them.

Had to wait 5 minutes while the girl stuffed her face with candy before getting any service whatsoever, wait about another 20 minutes while she try’s to figure out what she’s doing. No help at all, manager is just as bad I have since transferred all 4 of my lines to Verizon.
Ashley was bomb. Over a couple days and about 4 hours she helped me figure out my situation and we got the kids new phones. Lauren hung in there with her while my situation went over an hour past closing time one of the nights. Im pleased with my experience with her!!!!

S10 debacle. The phone never worked. 6 return trips and no resolution at this location. Manager not on site. They take your money and offer no assistance . Save your time and drive to Normal or Champaign. Either will deliver great service.

Wanted to cancel a line no longer needed. They told me they dont do that because they are a 1mobile Sprint store, and not a real Sprint store. (The sign outside said Sprint.)Then I wanted to check my wifes phones eligibility. Let me see your ID? Showed it but then they said, Take it out of your wallet.I told her, I came here to get a phone, not arrested. I left with a smart ass comment, Oh you have a nice day. Ive been a Sprint customer with 4 lines for over 12 years. No more.

We made the switch over from T-Mobile to see if we could find something cheaper. We were told our bill would be $119 plus if we switched we would get a free iPad for two lines if we brought our phones over. We signed up and asked multiple times if our bill would be the $119 and the iPad was for sure free because it sounded to good to be true and we were told yes each time. After less than a week it said our bill was available and its was $100 more than what we were told it would be. I looked further into the bill and we were being charged for financing the iPad as well as charged for a data plan for the iPad which we were not told about. We went in to find out what was going on and we were told the iPad is not free that we have to have a data plan with it because they cant just give out free iPads which we thought sounded odd too but we were told multiple times that it was a free iPad and we were never once told about needing a data plan for it. We were then told our bill was wrong it shouldnt be $119 and they werent sure why we were told that it should be closer to $140-150. We told them we wanted to cancel and wanted our money back that we were very unhappy. We were then told we should get a check in about a week. After a week the check did not show so we called and were told thats not correct and it would actually be about 60 days before we get the check and that we need to contact customer service about the issue. We called and told them the situation and we were assured the check would be sent out and should have it in about 2 weeks. It has now been 2 weeks and we still do not have our money back and after talking to customer service again we are now told that there is a dispute in place but they have to wait for their back office. I would not recommend Sprint to anybody looking to switch.

This move from AT&T to Sprint has a very regrettable decisions. I transferred 4 lines to Sprint 3 from ATT and one from Verizon. My Daughter transferred 3 lines. WE have both had nothing but trouble with the untruthful statements and double talk from the Sales dept and on line. NEVER AGAIN would I make this move and cannot wait to get out of it.
