This is one of those Shell stations that has a ridiculously high pre-authorization amount ($95) for cards used at the pump. I dont think Ill ever visit another Shell station. In addition to that, the owner and his son are unaware of how their financial processes work. The only thing this location is good for is gambling machines (which theyve had since before they were legal in Georgia) and purchasing drug paraphernalia, if thats what your into. I suppose thats why they are located where they are, to help prevent the accumulation of wealth in that predominantly Black area.

Ive never felt so disrespected by someone I was giving my hard earned money. There was a problem with my pump and the gentleman, perhaps the owner, got into an argument with me about how well it was working. From the onset of the conversation he spoke to me as if I were trying to rob him of $5. No customer service, no offering of a resolution, no attempt to deduct possible reasons the pump wasnt giving me my gas. I ended up leaving, without my gas, and having to pay for gas again somewhere else.
