This is the second time I’ve been let down by this place. We ordered a cookie cake at 9am for my sons birthday party at 4 that afternoon. It was suppose to be ready for pick up by two. They called me at 1:55 to inform me that it wouldn’t be done. When I explained that it was for a birthday party at 4 and that we needed it by 3:30 she assured me that it would be done. When we arrived to pick up the cookie cake RIGHT BEFORE MY SONS BIRTHDAY, we were told it had just went into the oven and it would be an hour before it was done!!!! We are furious! This party was centered around this cookie cake that we didn’t get. We have asked for a refund… let’s see if we get it!!! We will never go back there. I will drive 30 mins to the other cookie store before I return to this location! What a joke!

Ordered a cookie cake a week ahead and actually had to change when it was ready due to work not letting me off even though o requested well ahead of time. Once they found it they had no problem changing it. I think the lady I spoke to on the phone was Jessica and she was just lovely and so polite.

When I picked up my cookie cake that I ordered on line to make sure the spelling was correct, the fisrt thing I noticed was my last name was spelt wrong. My name is Cater not Carter. The young lady at the counter asked someone to fix it. After a while, the agreement was made that the name was not as ordered. When showed to me this time, I saw that an exclamation point had been put after Cater instead of a comma. The young lady said, You want that fixed too? I said no and left because I was detecting negativity. When I looked at the cake at home, I see that my daughters first name was also spelt wrong. The cake had Shavome instead of Shavonne. I called the store to speak with a manager. I was informed that the manager was gone. I had to ask several times when he would be in before I was told the next day. I do hope I get to speak with a manager when I call back. I will repost then.

I coordinated a custom cookie a week ago. When I texted this morning, they said they didnt have enough time and they would have to make something else instead. I was unhappy, but, what can you do?When we got there to pick it up, they pulled through and got it done. They made it happen and pictures of the cookie have circulated among the friends and gotten many compliments. Thanks, Great American Cookie Company.

I would honestly give no stars. They didn’t have sugar cookies or any coke. They told me this after I waited five minutes on them doing whatever to come over and finally be rude. Go to a different shop.

Called to order a cookie cake. Was told they were too busy and to call back. Called back and got a fax sound every time. I realize there are busy times but there should be someone there to make sure all orders are taken care of.

They went above and beyond to make my sons wishes come true for a mario and luigi birthday cake! It looks amazing and did a great job! Thank you all i have one happy 6 year old boy!

Bridgestreet had very good fresh cookies. Beautifully decorated frosted cookies and super nice ladies working. They were very busy.

Ordered a cake for my best friend a Dr. They made a fantastic cookie cake for her.With a medical theme.

I work in a different store in this mall and when I came in on my off day tonight and took my two year old down there a couple minutes after 6, apparently when they close, they not only refused to give my two year old a cookie but they literally stood there cleaning up and acted like I didn’t even exist. No “sorry we’re already closed or anything.” Both me and the lady who walked up before me were baffled at the rudeness. Then I had to carry a very upset screaming two year old back down the mall. They didn’t care.

Wanted a design they didnt have but agreed to try. They nailed it!!!
