I stood in line at pro desk waiting more than 30 minutes for a clerk to wait on me. I saw a woman walk up and say, Let me call you some help as she grabbed her purse and ran off from her job. They have one man working the entire pro sales area. This place sucks.

Bad costumer service at pro desk. Employee named Jerry S has bad attitude. Second time this happens with same person.
