The sign on the door said they were going to be back in 30 minutes however i waited outside in 93 degree heat for way longer than that because i thought the bed i really wanted was in there. Get there and the bed not even there time is completely wasted

They charged me $3000 dollars for a bunk bed less than 8 months ago. Today my kids are sleeping on the floor and the tell me its nothing they can do. Furniture is made of cork not WOOD. They dont return your calls. Run far away from NU LOOK FURNITURE AND ACCEPTANCE RENTALS. PATIENTLY WAITING FOR MY DAY IN COURT!

Pretty nice and great customer service. Most of the furniture is similar to Ashley’s Furniture. I like that they have a payment play, price per month. Doesn’t go based off credit but rather your length of employment, bank account, etc.

Lots of cool pieces and very affordable. Sean was awesome to work with. The team did a great job of showing what they had without any pushy sales.

Ashley has the greatest customer service that I have ever experienced while shopping for home furnishings. Her manager on the other hand, not so much, he didnt even address me until he figured that I was going to purchase, but I politely ignored him while he rudely interrupted​ our conversation. Its because of her and the quality of the furniture, the reason I gave 5 stars.

I hate to say it like this but this place is the first furniture place that makes me feel unwatched, stalked, or poor I can freely walk around with out some associate trying to get comission. I love it here.

The experience in the store was anything BUT AWESOME, Sean was amazing... I made it clear that i needed the my chaise on my sectional on the right hand side and Sean promises me it would be.. THEN the delivery. I was told it would be delivered would be 3pm-7pm. They called me at 11am saying they are in enroute. I had to leave work run home for an unexpected timeand then the chaise was not on the right hand side as promised so the guys who made it clear that they were paid to deliver and set up only was nice enough to figure out how to switch it ( which had me later getting back to work, but im thankful) and they didnt have the ottoman. Called the store and was told I had to wait on Sean... I eventually talk to Sean who said he would bring it personally after the store close, so I cancel my plans to be home. I later get a call after I have been home an hour and say no Sean wont be bringing it but it will be delivered on Monday. I was very upset because my plans I cancelled really were important and had been made several prior and a deposit was made but I kept my cool. I asked for some type of compensation and was told that they would give me a gift card. Now the ottoman was delivered and they give me a gift card for $40 but the front of the gift card it says $100-300. Now we all know that there in nothing in this store under a $100. I love my sectional but I am all about customer service. Beautiful furniture but after this I wont go back.

I took my disabled mother here. I pushed her in on her walker. We were not greeted upon entering the store, and we were not assisted with entering/exiting/maneuvering throughout the store with the walker (Not enough room to roll her throughout due to the placement of furniture. ) My mom bought what she went for, because she couldnt find them anywhere else, and they do have nice furniture... but the customer service was horrible. I have sent many people their way, due to them being black owned, and having nice product. My past experiences with them were good. This one was not... AND WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE... For the amount of employees working, I counted at least seven, they should have been more attentive ti THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE...

They deliver damaged furniture and hire unprofessional drivers! If you are in need of furniture, look elsewhere!!And once again another lie from you rats!!! Your driver called 10 mins prior to arriving not an hour as I was told and as your policy states, so you have no clue what you are speaking on, and in addition, your unprofessional crab of a driver did not wait for 25 mins, or even 10 mins. This place is unprofessional and will be closed very soon. Pam, Chrystal, and Alphonso will all be unemployed!!

This company is horrible! I ordered the 3 room special and when I tell you the quality of the furniture was definitely not what we expected. The delivered is the wrong chairs to go with out dining table and a couch that was busting at the seams. I was rushed to sign the delivery form not knowing the couch was damgedb Needless to say I didn’t see the damaged cushions until a few days later once I had a chance to really inspect the furniture. When I reported the damaged couch the said that I waited to long to report it and it’s nothing they are willing to do to fix it nor did they care. I didn’t know I was paying for damaged or used goods. My advice do buy furniture from this company the quality is subpar and the customer service sucks. Go to a better furniture store like Ashley they use the same finance company.

Ordered furniture 16 days ago. I was told by Shawn at the Riverdale location that the products would be delivered on today July 20th between 9 to 5. An hour later I receive a call stating that delivery would be between 10 to 6. After 5 p.m. I place a call trying to understand when the products would be delivered since the employees Of the company were a bit confused. By this time I am mad because Crystal is rude to me threatened to fight me and now Im screaming at her. I contacted the Ackworth location, spoke with DD she claimed to have gotten in touch with delivery. Now they are saying their phones are dead. Next they claimed they were held up at another clients home for 3 hours and that yhe goods would be delivered by 9 p.m. mind you the establishment closes at 8. It is now 9 p.m. no call no show nothing but lies and bad business. I will never deal with this company again. They jusy lost a customer for good and anybody that I know considering dealing with them I will be there to deter any notion. These people do not deserve to be open. Do not use nu look furniture.

First I got a bed sent to me that was the wrong color and style.I had a queen and king headboard on layaway but one wasnt in stock when I came to pay the rest of the balance. And no other headboards were that I wanted. Bc there was no money back I cancelled the layaway and got a twin matttess and a damn ceiling lamp that is taking longer than the said two weeks to ship into the store no one knows when it will arrive. Never buying anything from Nu Looks.But the workers were nice ppl overall but the company is horrible.

Excited about new look thats own its way

Well I went into the store on last Tuesday Nov 8th and ordered furniture and Ashley called me from the decatur store on Saturday Nov 12th and said my furniture will be delivered on November the 16th between 12pm and 6pm I said I have to work I will be home by 4:00 I called back around 5:57pm and asked where were the delivery guys she said they are on theyre way they are a little behind well now its 8:11 PM and Im sleeping on the floor where is my furniture

I had the worst unprofessional service with nulook . I had to wait 2 weeks for my bedroom suit after i purchased. Once i got my order, My dresser mirror was damage, I was missing several pieces. I was told i was going to receive the missing item the following day, I am waiting 5 days now and still haven’t received. They are bullshiting everyone and has poor customer service.GO TO ROOMS TO GO!
