Most 5* reviews here could be because the store asked buying customers to do so. I didn’t end up buying so obviously I’m not their “happy” customer. However, I’ll try to be objective and fair in this review.First the good things - this is a relatively bigger and newer store compared to other jewellery stores nearby. They have a decent collection of jewelleries as well. The salesperson was very friendly and courteous.Unfortunately the price is way higher than others. In fact the price of gold was quoted 35-40% higher than market value. The salesperson claimed that they offer $65.5 per gm of gold at their store but only for select items. Most others were priced such that it would come to about $100 per gram!I get it, maintaining bigger store and greater collection needs more money but at the end of day we as customers need more bang for our buck. 40% higher pricing is a deal breaker and in my opinion trumps all the goods this store has to offer. Hence 2*.

I have been to this location couple of times in past few months, and one thing I experienced is the level of customer service they provide. Priti is who showed us what we were looking for, very calm, and friendly attitude. Bhindi has beautiful collections and with the kind of people that represents the brand makes it even wonderful experience. Definitely will be going back for future purchases.

I couldnt be more pleased with the level of service we received yesterday. We went in to look at wedding bands and not only was the selection vast and beautiful but the consultants were AWESOME. Harsh and Ilesh were so accommodating and really worked with us to get bands we loved and also within our price point. They truly went above and beyond to come up with different solutions and alternatives and in the end we were able to order the bands we LOVED and are so excited to pick them up!
