A clip on my pool pump lid broke so the pump wasnt creating a good seal, pool doctors came out and replaced the lid, put some glue on a slow drip, then charged $360 for that quarter of a turn and 6 minutes spent at my house. I had also asked for the cost up front but was told well send you the bill. Ensure you are receiving a full quote before allowing any work to be done, otherwise your mystery bill may cause seizures. Its really unfortunate too because had I been charged a reasonable amount it would have been a decent experience.

They are the best of all the pool stores Ive been to in Decatur, AI. One pool place Wells me something EVERY time i go. The other one is just too far, not sure about their care, but I recommend Pool Drs. Oh, Ive had my pool for about 12 years so I speak with experience, Ive only had to buy the closing down, opening up, and weekly shock and chlorine tablets from them. Started 3 years ago, and aint goin nowhere else. Steve, Missy, and Britany are great to answer your questions too. Definitely a 5 star operation!
