Awful customer service. On the phone they tell you one thing and in person they tell you another thing. And they definitely dont know how to finish projects on-time. It took them 5 hours longer to finish my installing my hutch package and I had to call to ask for updates, they didnt call me like promised. Poor management.
Possibly the worst customer experience Ive ever experienced. From the long hold times to the lack of coordination between customer service (phone) and store itself. They promised something they could not deliver. If I could rate it a zero I would. 4 hours of total driving time to get my vehicle to them so they could install a hitch which they still don’t have after I expedited the order and agreed to pay an extra fee for speedy service. Still on hold (40min) to get a refund for services not rendered. Just awful.

Order hitch 2 weeks in advance paid for it.Had appointment on Monday morning 730am to have it put on.Got their the parts was not their guy states come tomorrow we will have it.I call Monday evening and was told my appointment is set for Friday morning at 745am.Got their no parts again manager is not in.No one seem to know nothing.I ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else.Poor piss management got to do better.Im frustrated because I could have took some where else and got it done if I only knew.
