Went by unannounced to discuss a covered RV space where Carla was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate our storage needs. We ended up renting 2 spaces for our newly purchased campers. The facility is spacious, clean and exactly what we needed.

I needed a storage unit to store some household items and small furniture while I organize my house and do some renovations. I went to two different places near my home, but this facility was much nicer. I like that it is gated with security cameras, clean, and the alleys and areas outside the facility are well maintained. Im a single female, so its important I feel safe while Im at my unit to drop off or pick up.Kim, the lady who showed me around and helped me decide on which size unit was very knowledgeable and courteous. The whole experience was pleasant, and I recommend this facility to anyone looking for short- or long-term storage!

I am very satisfied with my experience at iStorage on 14th st. Before arriving the Clara called me to let me know of a move in special before paying double for less than a month of service . She also help by adding a temporary 24hr. service due to my families lack of help and time frame. I definitely recommend this iStorage location, and will use it again if need be.

I’ve been an iStorage customer for 3 years now and they’ve worked with me every time I need to make a changes to suit my needs. I have one storage unit and two parking slips. The two parking slips where separated by an RV and I wanted To get both mine side by side. I asked Ashley if she could get the current tenant of the slip between my two to swap out with me and she worked it out. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

Ashley was WONDERFUL helping us with our storage unit. We’ve used this in our family for 12+ years and I can’t say enough good things about them. We’ve had no problems with security, bugs, mice or cleanliness. I’d recommend them highly to anyone!!

Completely Outer fenced and exclusive access entry gate with security cameras. A+ well kept Location. Also; there is a U Haul Truck on site to rent to move your goods. Month to month rent a great value.

We had a great experience both moving in and out! Staff is super helpful and will work with you as much as possible. We moved out because we didnt need a storage building anymore after we have a new garage. If we need any storage place in the future, iStorage in Decatur is the only place we will use.

I have been with IStorage for about 2 years now. My grandson graduated high school and was offered a full scholarship at Auburn University. As an average family we made the decision to rent my home and I would move in with my daughter and assist with getting him through college. So I packed up my most precious belongings and searched for a climate controlled unit for myself. The staff were most helpful and assisted me in getting an end unit so that I could get to my things easily if needed. Being a single woman and trusting your entire life being put into storage can be so stressful. However Ashley has been great, her kind words and helpful attitude have made me feel comfortable about leaving my life of independence and helping to write a new chapter in life for my grandson. I certainly hope that IStorage knows what a wonderful employee they have in Ashley. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone for their storage needs. Whenever I need a storage, I always end up going back to istorage on 14 Street. Ive been coming here for years. The units are very clean. This time when I got my storage, they were doing a 1 month free promotion. Ashley the property manager is wonderful. She is so understanding and professional. I havent had any problems with my things being stolen or damage. Overall, I will continue to use this company again.

I had one of the most outstanding experiences in the storage facility. The manager Jeannetta was very knowledgeable of the units very friendly made the move a whole lot easier. She showed us different sizes of units. And offered the merchandise they sell in the store. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise, and gave us tips on how to properly store items. Ive never been to such a clean facility in the years that I have been to storage facilities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone . I love having my items here. This place has everything security, fence in property 24 hour servlance you name it and Mindi is the best at helping me out in anyway possible.

The office staff is great. They are super nice, helpful and friendly. Nothing but good things to say about them.but you can tell corporate america has taken over. Ive never had to fill out so many forms in my life to rent a storage building. They wanted my car insurance, car registration, home owners insurance, etc to store items (car and household items). . Prices are also high. $25 paperwork fee. (or whatever you call it) and $120 a month for a 10x20.I just called and covered storage for my boat is $137/month. I can keep it in the local dry storage Marina where its kept inside protected from freezing and put in the water any time I want for $130 per month, with full service. You call their local phone number and it also goes to a corporate 800 number call desk. This place was a LOT cheaper before it became an iStorage franchise. (used to be The Storage Place).Overall it was a good experience and the office staff was great, and unit was cleane. I just thought it was high prices and too much paperwork.
