I had my vehicle towed to the shop to replace my alternator and I also had the oil switch replaced. Work was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I would have my car serviced there again. I like to support small local businesses.

The techs are some great guys and not sure if this is the same office lady as some of the other comments are describing but she is very nice smiles and really courteous offered tons of support and made sure I wasnt bored in the waiting room by turning on the TV lol Im still here so I will come back with the aftermath of my vehicle being repaired...

Horrible experience. I took my Chrysler 300 in to get 2 new flex pipes installed on my car. The lady at the front desks is hella rube and no people skills. I get the car back. It still had a sound that there was a whole in the muffler. So I took it back to find out that they had only replaced one flex pipe (And that one had wasnt even put on right). Lady at the front desk seemed to have an attitude because THEY were at fault and got caught up. They are correcting the mistakes now as I type this. But if you ever come here. Be prepared to babysit them and watch EVERY thing that they do... If they do anything at all.

Hes been repairing my vehicles for the last 16 years and Ill go to him before I go to a dealership. Prices are very reasonable! I see the negative reviews on here however lets be honest, you go to a shop to get your car serviced, not for great customer service!

The repair technicians do an excellent job. I have no complaints about the mechanics. However, the office manager, Delores, has a nasty attitude and was not courteous at all! She could use a few tips on what customer service is all about .

Fraudulent, careless, and unreliable. Ordered a tow and they left me stranded at a major intersection at night. The driver claimed he towed my vehicle. Who does that?? Champion Muffler...crooks. Beware, youve been warned.

Typical Georgia rip off type of shop. I was here for some other business. The owner definitely doesnt know basic Automotive and lackluster mechanics.I would never hire to be in my shop. Owner has a bunch of cars for sale but theyre all halfway broken down. Hell scam you as I have seen first hand of his shade tree ways.Stay away from this place or your asking for cheap work and problems down the line.

Worst experience ever!!! I communicated with the lady at the front desk that Ill be towing my car there. Once the tow man got there the man Desmond told them he cant tow it there. I plead with them over the phone and got nothing but rude responses. The people there are rude and inconsiderate Ill never take my business there or reference someone to go there.

Old oil fresh oil.This mechanic Desmond #ChampionMuffler on Covington Hwy. In Decatur Georgia you may want to be cautious of because this is the mechanic that myself friends and family have tried to support for over 20 years and if he does us like that/this imagine what hell do to you?I told him that my water pump was making noise and had a wobble..He saw no such thing but said the front main oil seal and valve covers was making the mess and oil from front main seal causing it to leak.Of course after I pay this TRICK-A-DADIAN $400 bucks the next day water pump starts leaking....So he says bring it by should take 5 hours Ill just charge you for the part.Two days later car still sitting in de blasted place untouched!So I took it to another mechanic who fixed it correctly in one day(water pump)...I had to pay another $400 P&L, but that is how much when I despise you, the length I will go to show you youll need ME before I need YOU!As far as this oil leak though.....Best believe that will be fixed for free and Champion Muffler WILL NEVER SEE A PENNY OR REFERRAL FROM ME!#BBB

Dont ever take your car to this place im telling you. I dropped my car off for a 2hr job at 920AM went back at 230PM car has not been touched and they had locked my car behind the gate without notifying me. NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. TRUST ME
