Very knowledgeable about the instruments and does a wonderful job working with the customers goals specifically

Its a small business so they may be used to certain things. Sometimes phone calls go unanswered. Sometimes, they step out without a note. I got the instrument from a flyer from my sons school. You dnt have to make payments to them if you rent your instrument so you dont really deal with century music like that. They really are sweet though, the 2 ppl I have encountered.

Very satisfied with the service thus far. Great prices and they were very hands on. They even took time out to explain to my son the importance of taking care of his instrument and how he could pay his way through college.

Very Rude! I have been here twice. Both times very rude! Came in the 1st time to rent a instrument. I couldn’t because I’m currently not working. Which is fine and understandable. So than I ask well how much is the cost of the instrument. I was ignore and discarded so I left. Contemplated on going back. Well I went back this time to get a instrument( my old instrument) repaired . The lady at the counter seem friendly however the same guy from the last time completely cuts her off to say that the repair person wouldn’t be in until Thursday. I was trying to ask if someone can simply look to see if it’s even repairable. He cuts me off again. I let the lady behind the counter know that this was my second time coming and being treated like this. Very disappointed, very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend going there AT ALL. Very sad how we treat one another. Especially when we coming in to give them business! I will be going to the one on Memorial Drive. I recommend you do too!

This is my go to spot for everything. I have been going here since middle school for me and now I go for my daughter. The prices are fair and the knowledge is great across the board. Dont cheat yourself by going to a store with no neighborhood roots. They love music in a way that most wouldnt understand and they will always get you what you need.

My initial phone conversation was unpleasant as it seemed I was interrupting the owners busy day. I realized that he was knowledgeable and so I went against my initial impression. My visit was quite the opposite. The staff was very helpful and guided my choices. I would recommend that you use their products and services especially if youre like myself (parent of a new music student)

Mr. Mullin was an absolute gem for me and my daughter. After being treated completely unfairly at another music shop, we came here and had an amazing experience. I would recommend Century Music Center for anyones music needs!

Mr.John Mullin is a great guy and provides a wonderful service to our community and the instrumental music educators in Dekalb through Newton County.

I called about lessons, the guy that works there was rude and not helpful. Ill take my money elsewhere, oh and I inquired online first....still no answer. they wont be here long.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER!!!!!! EVER, EVER, EVER!!! I have NEVER had anyone yell at me that is supposed to be providing a service. NEVER! You are taking this neighborhood for granted and it will stop. You should be ashamed.
