Found them extremely helpful. Employees were very considerate and knowledgeable. Immediate service when needed.

Local staff does their best to help but oxygen delivery is unreliable and corporate cant get it together and get tube feeding supplies out to a patient dependent on them. Weve been dealing with them 10 days and still no food. They are not proactive. They dont call you to tell you if they need something to get the order processed. They dont seem to care about the patient. Caregivers have enough to deal with without having to deal with a company that doesnt take care of business.

Theyre friendly. Theyre reliable. They make deliveries once a week if you need them. Ofcourse they have emergency service 24/7. My husband has another company, and they are very unreliable. Lincare is the best around.

Lincare in Decatur is extremely rude to their patients and unreliable. A friend of mine never has enough oxygen. They only come to town once a week and its around 11:30am. My friend has a standing appointment every week at that time so she is not home to be able to get her oxygen. They never call her on Wednesday to see if she needs any oxygen either. She called them to have them transfer her to Springfield and April got extremely rude and hateful and wanted to argue.Also on one occasion when we went to Decatur to physically pick up her oxygen tanks, one of their employees was driving behind us and almost rear ended us because she was busy reading paperwork while driving!!! Horrible company!!! Do not use!!!
