I bought two mattress one for me and one for my son. My son loved his. Im just putting mine on my bed and I think I will like it as well.

These gentlemen were patient and personable. They were great when adjusting my order to add a base, after already ordering my mattress and having it all delivered on the same day of my move. I will buy my next mattress(es) from MattressFirm.

THEE WORST!! I asked the dude several times about the refund policy and he ensured that it would be free. It was a 300 dollar mattress and they said it was a 130 return fee. PLUS the mattress was so terrible for my back that my back wasn’t getting any good support. I had to go to physical therapy because 2 discs in my back moved! Lying salesman! Worst company! No compassion for their customers! Had to go to physical therapy for 6 months just to get close to walking regular and I’m still somewhat struggling! SMH! Don’t even deserve a star.

Raul was AMAZING!!! He truly went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find the mattress I needed for my daughter! He was calling all the other stores, offering to pick it up himself…who does that??? Honestly a very kind, honest, stand-up professional!! I highly recommend!!

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm Dedham this afternoon. They were so helpful and very patient with me. They went above and beyond tracking down a piece to put my latex bed on. I will definitely shop with them again. Whoever the owner of that franchise is, he should be proud of his employees. 5 Stars all around!

I went to Mattress Firm in Dedham to make an exchange of a weighted blanket that I had purchased for my daughter’s birthday. I mistakenly bought one that was too heavy for her. I cannot say enough about the amazing service that I received when I asked the exchange. Ken took care of the transaction and he understood immediately the importance of giving the right weighted blanket to my daughter and he took care of everything making sure that the blanket will arrive on time for her birthday.Because of his outstanding service I ended up buying a new mattress. He made sure that I was happy with my decision after he took his time describing each mattress. I recommend this place 💯 !!!

Everything went great. Bought my mattress and frame from Manny, he gave us all our different options, however we had been in previously so knew basically what we were getting. We were in and out very quickly.

Stopped in today to grab a Queen sized mattress in a box and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesman. I know that’s expected, but that’s not always what is offered. I have been purchasing furniture and household items for the last 12 months after losing my home and everything in it in a house fire. Trust me, this is not typical customer service. I will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to everyone!

Assistant Manager Brian Morrison has answered by text questions on Monday afternoon so I was prepared when I showed up Tuesday afternoon. He had me test the comfort levels of two mattress but I bought the one I have had again. He had placed cloths on the two pillows I used and we both had on our Masks. Again I am happy with Mattress Firm and expect delivery on Thursday.

Brian was awesome. He was super knowledgeable and made mattress buying easy. He’s very friendly with a great personality. I’m recommending my family and friends to him.

After 2 failed attempts at buying and receiving a mattress, I finally got the mattress AND customer service I deserved. Manny was beyond a big help! He broke everything down step by step, it was the ultimate experience. I give 2 thumbs up to his professionalism, customer care and for helping me find the PERFECT mattress.Now the mattress........I’m from Boston and have been working in the methadone mile area for a few years. Have you ever driven past someone clearly high, dozing off and wished you could sleep like that? THAT’S how good I sleep in this mattress. I work nights and used to have a hard time sleeping during the day, not any more. I sleep so good I wake up forgetting where I am. I don’t even know the name of this mattress because I physically can’t stay awake long enough to remember. All I do is lay in my bed. Stop being tempted by online mattress deals, get in your car and drive straight to this store. We had an amazing experience here because of Manny’s customer service and knowledge about the products. We arrived determined to spend very little and he totally respected that and didn’t try to talk us into something fancy. In fact, he was so happy to show us the rock bottom clearance mattresses, that we actually asked if he could talk to us about some of the more expensive ones. Reverse psychology? Perhaps! Effective? Absolutely! Manny is kind, funny, professional, and patient. We probably spent a good half hour changing our minds and he was totally chill. He tried to get to know us so he could better understand our mattress needs, but also because he is just a friendly guy. He worked hard to get us the best possible price. When I hemmed and hawed about the mattress cover, there was zero pressure. To upper management: this guy should get a promotion. Oh wait- I think he said he just did! Well, then maybe a nice bonus. We will absolutely be back!

When it came time to purchase a second bed, we didnt waste time shopping around and went straight to Thomas. Manny who was taking care of us, gave us the best bed EVER! He knew the ins and outs of every mattress. Manny and Marcus were very knowledgeable and helped us and other customers make the best decision for our bodies when it came to choosing a bed. I would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm if you’re looking for a new Mattress. We didn’t even have to wait for our mattress that long either, we received our bed 3/23/2019! Our bodies didn’t have to suffer over the weekend! :)

Sheila was incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me with my purchase. I had been to two mattress stores earlier in the night and was not satisfied with the experience at either. I just happened to drive by this place on my way home and boy am I glad I stopped. She really took care of me while simultaneously chatting me up about my recent trip to Ireland (she is from Galway). It was Bobs furniture store. Mattresses are reasonable in the pit. Depending on what you looking for youll find something there furniture wise. For me personally, I would buy anything made out of wood or wood fiber there. Dont get me wrong the furniture are nice, just not my style or taste.

After being overwhelmed by the Internet mattresses I finally made my way to mattress firm in Dedham! Janice was right there to help me pick out a new mattress. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and hysterical!!! I tried out a bunch of mattresses and found one that fit, which they knocked the price down quite a bit. It was also delivered the next day and I already love it!!! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Manny! He was patient, personable, and never made us feel pressured to buy - he really let the mattresses speak for themselves. He not only helped us to find the right mattress for us, but he also worked with us to figure out the best protection plan and add ons for us (pillows, mattress covers, etc.). I would definitely recommend Manny to my friends and family!

We walked in having done research and knowing we were going to buy something. There was only one other customer and only one salesman. We just needed to try the beds out and choose our favorite. At first the salesman mostly ignored us in favor of the customer who appeared to be trying to secure credit. We didnt mind being left alone to try things out. Once he realized we were going to buy, he kicked the other customer out of the chair by his desk and turned his full used car salesman approach on us, which was ridiculous since we had already sold the mattress to ourselves. The free adjustable base turned out to be only the basic model and every time we tried to ask him a question about pricing of the higher models, he deflected the question with his sales pitch. We chose a base based on our needs and he actually swiped my credit card without giving me a total. I was furious. I asked him to review the charges with me and asked him to clarify exactly when he had booked our delivery, which he had failed to discuss with us in his hurry to swipe my card. He was clearly so excited to have a customer paying for a mattress (as opposed to financing) he totally forgot to engage in any level of customer service. He did, however, tell me how much his back hurt and how many hours he had been working because of the Presidents Day Sale. Listen, I knew what I wanted and put up with his nonsense. But I am in retail myself and I would never allow an associate to behave this way towards a customer. If there is such a thing as a manager of this location, I suggest a customer service retraining.

Fred is the best sales representative. He was so knowledgeable about the mattresses and all of my options! He doesn’t rush you and spends time with you to ensure you are getting the best option for you!! Im so impressed by him, ask for Fred!!
