Shopping at this location was great. I had to please two teenagers and we pulled it off. Theodore was really nice and very patient. My experience at Mattress Firm in legacy place Dedham was amazing. I was in a pinch and the staff was able to sell me exactly what I needed and even went so far as to put it on my car for me. I was amazed at the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff member I dealt with. I was in such a rush I couldn’t remember his name, but he was wonderful.

Great store wasnt crowded received service immediately. My entire family of 4 went in to purchase new mattresses for our 14 yo daughter and 16 yo son. Janice greeted us immediately, introduced herself, asked our names and the reason for our visit. She began by confirming the proper support level for both teenagers. Janice explained the entire store was color coded by support level which made trying different mattresses easy. The kids were each given different pillows that Janice confirmed fit their body types for use trying the various mattresses. Our daughter fell in love with her pillow. Had a great experience at Mattress Firm at Legacy Place today - Janice worked with me and gave me amazing service, was super patient, knowledgeable and helpful. And I got a great deal - she really made it work for me! Her co-worker was equally amazing. I hope my son will be happy in his new Purple mattress - cant wait for it to arrive.

Boyfriend and I were greeted by Janice and told her our price range. We tested out mattresses to see which one felt the best for both of us. We were offered a mattress outside of our price range, but ended up purchasing it because well a good mattress is worth the investment. Janice was pulling teeth trying to add on pillows and mattress covers. Even when it was time to discuss about delivery options, she told us it would be $80. She listened to us as we talked about how we were going to move the mattress in and get rid of the older one, but never offered another solution. A week after the mattress was ready for pick up, we were finally able to pick it up. Janice was not there, but we were informed by another representative that free delivery is available and they will take your old mattress. We were also informed that we could have received a deeper discount on the mattress and that this particular employee tries to squeeze every dollar out of you. Lesson learned! If you have an open budget then go to Janice, if you want a deal dont go to her. 3 stars because were both happy with the mattress.

We walked into the store and were greeted by Janice who was very knowledgeable and made a process of choosing the right mattress a breeze. We haven’t bought a new mattress in awhile and she introduced us to all the options available now and was very patient and unobtrusive while we tried different mattresses. We ended up buying a mattress there and hope we will be happy with our choice. The store is easy to find. Parking is available and the process was easy and painless.

Czar is amazing. Hes like a scientist of mattresses, and explained the support system behind all the different types of beds. He took the time to show us the difference between a traditional bed and the technology of a newer model, as well as the adjustable bases. He never pressured us to purchase, just showed us how each bed feels. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

My husband and I agreed we needed a new bed but that is all we agreed on. He wanted firm and I wanted soft. As soon as Janice approached us I knew this would be an anxious free and fun experience. With her personality and knowledge my husband and I agreed on the best bed! We can’t wait to go to bed :)

Cezar did a great job. He was very patient and knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain the science behind the mattresses and how they impact your sleep. I highly recommend him. Also, they are very good on value, reasonably priced with good quality.

My experience with this store was terrible. Although friendly, my salesperson convinced me I needed a softer bed, which didnt provide enough support for my back (an issue I mentioned during the sales process). She also did not respect my stated price range, especially after the credit check authorized a financing amount much higher than my price range.BEWARE: the 120 night trial is useful but definitely NOT RISK FREE. You will be charged delivery fees of up to $100 each way if you choose to exchange or return your bed, a 10% restocking fee on your mattress, and, if youre convinced to buy a mattress protector, its non-refundable. Mattress Firm may be one of the biggest but they are not even close to the best.

I had spent the day looking around for mattresses and let me tell you when I walked in and Katie greeted me, I had a good feeling. She asked me what my needs were and what my price range was. Im not very good with beds so I told her I wasnt sure but I did enjoy firmer beds. So we spent a good half hour to 45 minutes testing out beds and looking at pricing options. She told me about the Fourth of July sale so the deals were pretty good. All in all I got a queen size mattress some pillows and a mattress protector all for a reasonable monthly price. All in all it was a fun, stress free experience and Katie is such a great individual, shell help you get what you need.

I stopped in this location to browse for a new bed. I have extreme back issues and was in need for a new bed but not quite ready to pull the trigger. Czar was working that day and he was a godsend of knowledge. He asked a few questions and got to know me before having me try a few different beds. After about 1.5 hours of testing we dialed in on the right support for my lower back.Its been 5 amazing nights of sleep. This is the first time in as many years that I have gotten a full night sleep...I would suggest you ask for him.... if I could give 6 stars I would...

We left shortly after that interaction. She was intolerably rude.

Charlie and Janice, needs to have a better communication skills, I didnt need to see they werent agreeing much. If Janice needs help all he need to say is ok, not have everything ready without letting her know when she specifically asked him are you doing it. My fiancé and I just recently purchased a mattress from here. We were helped by Janice, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgable! Initially, it seemed overwhelming with all the choices, but Janice broke it down very simply. She was also really easy to speak with and didnt push us into anything we didnt want or couldnt afford.
