Pharmacy staff are always on their job. Very busy and maybe a little understaffed (you can tell by some of their attitudes towards customers)some staff need a break or a few classes to teach them proper etiquette seeing there are plenty of people out in the real world that are struggling with different types of situations, to those staff I would like to say medication and insurance doesnt tell you who the person is or why their on a certain medicine. I do believe (as do several other customers I have had the chance to speak with in line) if there were more human beings working there with the courtesy as Tom we all agreed he is definitely an employee that understands his job and should be in the top tier of c.v.s. pharmacy Techs.

The Pharmacist Lydia and the Pharmacy Tech Caitlin provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to help me save money on my prescription. I always get good service when I come here!!! Thanks ladies!!!

Employee has no idea what the CVS reward system is. Have to ruin a coupon and end up with return it as after the coupon I still can get the product from amazon for a cheaper price... Beauty products are over priced.

This is a nice CVS store that I find fun to peruse occasionally. It can be tough to exit the parking lot on to providence highway during rush hour. But there is another entrance/exit on the adjacent street.

Place is awful! The other day I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and the technician was so rude! Now I just went to the store and the cashier was way super rude! Get name is jasmine. She kept talking to me like she was my mother! Telling me why I didnt tell her I wanted to pay for something separated... and kept saying my card was declined, everything she said was giving me an order! I said, you have an attitude problem girl, what she replied her voice sounds so much different when she heas an attitude... and kept talking... so rude!

I had a highly positive experience with the beauty consultant Diane when I was there today to buy some new makeup. She is very pleasant, professional, quiteknowledgeable so that customer is getting a valuable free service, guidance in what to choose that will work best. I thought I should share this and say thank you!

This was my go to pharmacy for my family and my moms medication until today. Today I was treated unacceptably at the pharmacy. My 100 year old mom needed a critical medication that she was out of, her doctor sent in the script last night.The lady at the pharmacy said they did not receive it and yet knew what it was, this is a lie she basically blew me off and blamed the doctors office! She did not care enough to even bother to explain the situation.I had to call the doctors office from the parking lot, found out they had sent in the script. Then had to go back in and try again. Finally the pharmacist explained that the script needed to be resent with a different amount.This other lady should be banned from the pharmacy, she could care less about the customers, totally inconsiderate and unhelpful, she wasted my time and delayed my 100 year old mom from getting her medications.I do not expect this treatment ever again from cvs.We can easily move to another pharmacy, weans is actually closer to our home!!

Brad Purga, a pharmacy employee employed at this CVS location, lacks basic human decency and any semblance of customer service skills. After CVS lost my prescription order and my physician had to resend it, for a medicine I needed on an emergency basis, Brad told me I would have to wait hours before he could get to filling my prescription. I was the only person waiting for a prescription to be filled at the time -- the middle of the day during the week. I pleaded with him about my need for medication ASAP, but he acted like a sociopath in his cold, apathetic response to my pleas. I missed hours of work because of this POS, who lacks ALL customer services skills. Isnt there a major influx of pharmacy graduates in this country? There has to be someone better that CVS could find to fill this position. Brad Purga, I hope if you are ever in need of medical care on an emergency basis, that you are treated better than how you treated me.

All departments are well stocked. Helpful and friendly staff. CVS minute clinic service is also available in the store.

I always go to this place .. I don’t know what is the problem the cashier always unhappy and don’t smile at me as if they tell me plz don’t return to us again.I expect this pharmacy to be a bad example. The employees represent only themselves. They do not represent the good and welcome American society
