Don’t do anything with this company. In summary I had an install completed and they had to replace old Verizon cable coming into the house. The pictures show how they left it. I tried to have a family member help but because the installer didn’t feed it under my railings he couldn’t. He was also not able to cut all the extra wires. I spoke to them and I’ve now had 4 broken commitments for them to come out, cut the wire and tack back to the house. The pictures don’t even show how much wire is just dangling off my house.
Most efficient service Ive ever received walking into a Comcast store! Went to swap modem. Was greeted at the door and promptly assigned to agent. They scanned my old modem to identify me...I didnt have to tell or show them anything except tell them what problems I was experiencing with the modem. They brought up my account, provided me an upgraded modem promptly. They even solved another issue that I didnt even go there for. I was in/out in about 10 mins and a very satisfied customer!
I went in to pay my Bill kiosk did not work they were a little slow had to pay bill manually. After I paid my Bill the guy asked “are you interested in xfinity mobile?? Umm no I did not ask about mobile services neither Iam interested STOP trying to sell more services unless a customer asks STOP BEING SO GREEDY COMCAST! The only reason I have Comcast because I have internet essentials for 9.95 a month otherwise would never get Comcast anything!!
Kudos to David Ozuna, Chris Lomba and Michael Murphy who didn’t stop until they figured out and solved my problem It took a lot of time and know how which they did with calm, professionalism, good humor and concern for me.I highly recommend this store.

DEFINITELY THE W O R S T PLACE TO DEAL WITH ANYTHING RELATED COMCAST/XFINITY. TOTALLY DISORGANIZED, WORKERS THERE DONT GIVE A F.. AND JUST DISCIPLINE PEOPLE TO STAND IN THE HEAT FOR OVER AN HOUR WHILE THEY CHAT WITH EACH OTHER AND NOTHING GETS DONE.
