Pandora store in Dedham. Average service but was excited to be acquiring my first set.It’s a pretty store with wheel chair accessible entrance. Cash and card are accepted and there is adequate parking.Pandora stocks unique sterling silver and gold jewelry with bespoke charms to enable one create a unique end product every time.There is a price bracket for everyone.
The service was exceptional. I had purchased some charms for my Mom ...which she as already had. So they did a quick exchange. And then took all the time my Mom needed to pick out the new charms. They couldnt have been more pleasant.
If I could give zero stars for this Pandora retail store, I would. This past weekend I was attempting to browse and purchase a charm for my wifes Pandora bracelet as I get her a new one each Christmas; however, the sales person proceeded to tell me that the counter in which she was working held all that was left of the bracelet charms. I knew this was a lie as I had been in this store several times and had purchased charms from charm selections housed in the other glass counters. Sure enough, I saw more charms where I knew they were. This sales person was just plain lazy! I agree with the other reviews of this Pandora store and will not shop here in the future. They should fire the whole lot of them and start with a fresh new crew.
They are great place to get jewelry but need a little more stock. Some times Im there shopping 🛍 for something and they dont have.
My experience at Pandora Jewelry was excellent. The sales person was very friendly and helpful by answering questions or concerns I had about the bracelet I purchased.
Assertive was good but didnt have the piece I was looking for in stock.
I came in to see if it was possible for my necklace to get either fixed or replaced because it recently broke. The salesperson there was very nice to me and she was very willing to try to replace the necklace for me she just had to speak with her manager to see if it was okay for her to do that because my necklace was a little over a year for the warranty. The manager initially said yes but they didn’t have anymore of the exact style of the necklace I had and so the salesperson suggested that I contacted customer service to see if they can find out if there’s anymore of the style necklace I had at any other store so I can exchange it for a new one. After I spoke with customer service the manager was very rude to me and said the necklace is over a year and she will not replace it for me. I was nice and kept a calm tone with her the whole time. I repeated the exact words as to what I was told from customer service and said “I don’t know why customer service would even tell you that because I’m not replacing your necklace”. I said okay and just walked out the store. The salesperson even looked at her manager like she didn’t expect her to say that herself and genuinely looked like she felt bad. I don’t know if the manager is bipolar but that wasn’t okay to say yes in the beginning and then immediately switch up.

The quality of Pandora has changed. The items break easily and get tarnished but the prices are still high. This store has especially bad management, and an argumentative manager

Poor customer service. From so call manager. This occurred 4/9/21 just after 230pm. She would not even give her name she I could file a complaint against her.
Out of most of the charms I wanted, nice salespeople but more or less waited for me to choose didnt help much with suggestions. I dont like in retail when theyre not sure about the inventory. As a valued customer, Id like you to at least attempt to find out or offer some solutions. Ask the customer more questions to assist in their purchase/your sale, instead of just waiting to take their order like a fast-food restaurant.

My wife was the victim of discrimination at this location on 11/29/2018 at 11:00am. My wife, a Latina woman, entered the Dedham location where she was met by two female Pandora employees: a manager, and an associate. When my wife told the associate that the jewelry was sold to her broken, the manager immediately intervened and said that she could not return the item because it was purchased at a Pandora outlet (store policy allowed returns from the outlet - something a store manager should know). When my wife informed the manager that she only wanted to exchange the item for one that was not broken, the manager brought the other employee to meet privately in the back room, leaving my wife alone in the store. The Pandora employees whispered and the associate returned to the store and pretended to look around the store for the item before telling my wife that they did not have the jewelry in stock. When my wife asked when it would be in the store, the manager replied, “We don’t know when it will be available. It would be better for you to go to another Pandora store.”When my wife told me what had happened, I instantly sensed that she had been discriminated against. To prove it, I, a white man, traveled to the same Dedham location that same day (around 8:00pm) where I successfully exchanged the item, which was available at the store. I reported this to Pandora who conducted an internal investigation. In the end, the district manager claimed that the manager was unaware of a change in the return policy, which is hard for me to understand. But, even the district manager could not offer a logical explanation for why my wife was told that the jewelry was unavailable to exchange when it was in the store that day. Also, when I asked the district manager if she could say with certainty that no discrimination occurred, she admitted it is impossible for me to say if discrimination occurred in this situation. I was told the manager and associate received coaching to better handle future situations, but was not told if any disciplinary action took place.It is my opinion that not enough was done to address what had happened and to prevent these employees from discriminating against other customers. I recommend that no one purchase anything from this store location. I plan on filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and encourage others who have experienced discrimination by Pandora to do the same.

Ill no longer shop here. Previously they offered rewards program, and conventently kept track of purchases, but now they do neither. Today I went to return an item I purchased just before Christmas with a credit card and expected them to credit my card. They said they cant do that, which might be true, but any other store I have shopped at does this, so I find it poor customer service and a continuation of the trend.They said that they would only give me store credit, which is not what I want due to the rarity of my shopping there.
Was incredibly busy. Of course, its Christmas time and I was told they just experienced a power outage.

TERRIBLE!!! Sales associate, her extremely long nails took her about an hour to sell us our merchandise. The manager should be aware of these things. I was the only customer there, and she was having a hard time opening the clasps. And complained that her nail polish chipped...LOL. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE
I wasnt too impressed with the customer service offered by the manager of the Pandora Store in Dedham, MA today.. After spending thousands of dollars in that store, my daughter asked them to fix a ring she bought. The managers own words - the ring is only worth about $200.. but she wasnt willing ( or couldnt fix) the ring and would not replace the ring because they couldnt re-sell it. I think when someone fills several bracelets, necklaces and your employees recognize her as she walks in - it is horrible customer service not to make a loyal customer happy - especially since the wholesale value of the ring was probably about $30-$40. I feel bad for her since she will miss buying there and for them, because they dont know how to take care of clients.. It hurst a business.
