I was reading the reviews and everyone of them was outstanding, so I decided to go there in person and see what they could do for me. The minute I walked in there Greg was so kind and generous. He was professional and explained things very clearly to me. He answered all the questions I had in mind and if I ever needed anything he said to give him a call. They took great care of my car and it came out amazing. After dealing with so many problems with the insurances, Castle Collision treated me like family. I felt welcomed and comfortable leaving my car in good hands. They even gave me a life time warranty on my car which is a great benefit. They were so nice to even wash and clean my car after all the work they had done. I also had bought a certain part of the car and Greg made sure that I was going to get reimbursed for it. Castle Collision in Deer Park did is absolutely Fantastic! Greg was able to give me a quote immediately, he offered some advice on my situation and made the whole process very easy, which was great because I had never dealt with an accident and repair myself before. He was great to work with!The car was repaired beautifully! Its a 1994 jeep and after the fact it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. The paint was matched perfectly, and they even adjusted the drivers door which I could never get to sit quite right. Looking at it now youd never know that was an issue. The fender was the part damaged in the accident and it looks better than it did to start!I highly recommend Castle Collision to anybody in need of body work for their car.

Castle Collision quickly and expertly brought my car back to its original, pristine condition, despite having sustained major body damage during an accident.However, the reason I wanted to write this review has more to do with what happened after. When I picked up the car, I noticed the low air pressure warning on dashboard, but thought nothing of it. A day later, I noticed a nail in one of the run flat tires. I know these run flat tired are much more expensive and troublesome to repair than normal tires. I brought the car back to Greg Griffen at Castle Collision believing that the nail had originated there, but not really expecting much since it had nothing directly to do with the repair and I didnt in fact know when the tire was damaged.Since most people hate long reviews, I will try to keep this relatively short. Greg and Natalia Rodriguez couldnt have been better. Within that day, they replaced the tire with a brand new tire of the exact same make, at no charge to me. This was not covered by an insurance claim and this was an expensive tire.It was really much more than I ever expected. In all honesty, they had no obligation to do anything. I realized that for them, customer satisfaction and their reputation was more important than collecting every last dollar. This was the best experience with any business that I can recall.

We had a great experience with Greg at Castle Collision of Suffolk. We had two car accidents within one week. Both times Greg had a tow truck at the scene within a half hour. One car was totaled and the other had major body damage. He worked with our insurance company and we received a check very quickly and they repaired the damage to the other car in under 2 weeks. The car looks better than ever. Plus the car was missing a piece of trim away from the damage and they fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend Castle Collision of Suffolk.

We than brought the car here because of the amazing reviews and he worked on specialty cars we have a Grand Cherokee SRT 8. (Note: My collision was not that significant, yours may take more time.) He was responsive to my emails and worked to get proper payment from insurance without me involved. He just got it done. When I picked the car up he went over the work done carefully while in front of the car. Very friendly.Repair 5/5: PERFECT I tell ya! The paint matched flawlessly; the lines on the pieces that were replaced were dead-on straight. The brand emblem was replaced, headlight -- perfect. He even took care of a minor ding I had which was not covered. Car handles great.Cleanliness: 5/5 - The car looked showroom new when he gave it back to me. He got it cleaned inside and out. I was not expecting it to look as good as it did.Prices: 4/5 - Seemed reasonable to me. Fortunately I didnt have to pay anything because of my situation. (Wasnt my fault.) Greg worked with the appraiser and got the prices figured out with almost no involvement from me.Parking: 2/5 - Parking here is VERY tight. The good news is that while my car was being repaired it was kept inside the garage.Speed: 4/5 - My front bumper, side panel and headlight repair took a little over a week. Considering the quality of repair the speed is no issue here.Reputable: 5/5 - The repair comes with a limited lifetime warranty in writing. I didnt even have to ask for it.Overall: 5/5 - Yelp has done it again. The good reviews here are not to be mocked. No need to go all over the place. Give him your keys.
