The BEST costumer service I have ever come across!! From the moment I walked in, I was offered a ride home! The kindness of this crew is outstanding! Went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone m everyone. Upon pick up my car was washed and detailed. Having an car accident is a hopeless feeling, all that was washed away when I walked into Bestway!!

Platic trim was installed incorrectly truck took 3 weeks so be finished when it was only a damaged bumper and tailgate if you know every imperfection of your vehicle this mistake would catch your eye absolutely ridiculous

The owner of this shop is unbelievably friendly.When I needed a quote for my car, he explained everything step by step, he towed my car to his shop to fix it and he let me know in advance how much the charges will be.He did a great job.I personally recommend this shop.Absolutely great service, helpful crew and honest people.

Great body shop. 5 star service.

Don’t call for the towing services very expensive and will argue with you that’s its over 10 miles even when you show them on the gps it was 9 miles. They try to take advantage of people in a tough spot.

My daughter who is 18 a beginner driver was involved in an accident well this company came and was very Rude to my daughter and family especially at such a traumatic time they took her car with out permission and took it to there shop supposedly he was not gonna charge me storage for all 3 days but went back on his word and charged me anyway..I would never recommend to anyone to use his shop EVER Be aware of of money hungry shops that take advantage if people in a bad spot.
