Went to bring a part back for its Core charge. The Manager Mrs Tracy did a great job and was on top of it all! She was pulling parts sending out orders delegating part deliveries and on the phone and helping other customers! The store was clean and everyone was very helpful! Excellent Customer service and great 👍at what they do!

Came in for a idler arm pulley for my truck, and they had it in stock. Getting things Done!

Called the Deer Park location on Center. I was in need of a battery and for it to be installed. My battery was located in the trunk easily accessible but I was told it’s not under the hood we won’t touch it. I said no problem and went to Autozone on Spencer Hwy close to Center St. A young man named Jaime installed the battery with no problem or fuss. It was very helpful to me as my arm isn’t capable at this time to do the job (see pic of my right arm)

Who knew that changing a wiper blade could be so difficult. But thanks to the guys at Advanced Auto Parts...they got it done for me. Thank you so much. Advanced Auto Parts is MY store.

Am disabled. On two different occasions I needed my battery/alternator checked and an OBD scan. I parked in the handicap parking spot and called inside the store and told them what I needed. They were very friendly and came out to help me without me having to go inside.

I went in to Advanced after going to OReillys and Auto Zone. Both of the other stores DID NOT have the part I was looking for (VVT Solenoid for 07 Toyota Yaris). Advanced Auto Parts DID on fact have the part in stock and the price was comparible to what I would have paid elsewhere. The employee also mentioned that since it was an electronic part that it could not be returned and asked If I was sure that It was the correct part before I purchased it to save me from losing money. I appreciate things like this because most employees wont tell you things like this and would rather make a quick sale. Employee was prompt and I didnt jave to wait more than about 4 minutes to get my part and get out of dodge. Thanks
