Reached out to RavSpec for new wheels, after looking around they were the guys to go to. Mark helped me with sizing and how I wanted my fit to be. I ordered some wheels and tires with them and even though I got really nervous due to all the reviews, RavSpec pulled through. Biggest crooks in the Industry!! Doesn’t accept responsibility... Doesn’t know the difference between an M3 and Non-M3. Wish I can post pics to show the invoice of ordering M3 coilovers, the box with the part number that they sent for non-M3 coilovers, and now having to resort to legal action to get corrected because Mike O’Neill stopped responding after figuring that they were in the wrong. Is there no attach button to attach the string of e-mails as well? Answered hours after giving me a part number that I should’ve received (non-M3). Attaching my invoice saying application for an M3, no replies after. Crooks!PURCHASE FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER! Make sure to utilize social media such as Facebook, Yelp, Google, etc, before making a big purchase. I made a mistake, now having to spend more money to chase my $1700!! While searching for wheels RavSpec was the most responsive to all my questions from 3 wheel retailers. I ended up ordering from RavSpec because of their selection of in-stock wheels and pricing. After I ordered I had some questions and emailed late at night. To my surprise they replied right away. I can’t remember any business replying after hours like that. I really appreciate that!

If I could give this company no stars it would still be a vast improvement over how they conduct business. At this point I honestly believe this company is knowingly defrauding customers by collecting money without any intention of ever fulfilling the order.I’ll start by saying first off, my story is not unique. Do your homework, read the reviews on google and Facebook, read their comments on social media. This is nothing unique and it seems to have been going on for a while. I ordered a set of wheels over 4 months ago, that were supposed to ship in 2 weeks. After about 30 calls, 15 emails and multiple messages I was able to get ahold of a guy who essentially couldn’t have cared less about my issue. He stated things were delayed and I would get a tracking number in about a week. Low and behold a week goes by and nothing. So another week and a half of trying to get ahold of them. Finally get through again and the same guy (I can tell by his voice) essentially tells me he never spoke to me nor does he have any updates on my order because the manufacturer was at some show. At this point I told him to cancel my order and refund me and here’s where I gets even better. He states that he is just in sales and he will forward my inquiry to the person who does refunds. No surprise I never received the refund, nor a call back for almost two weeks again. I figured I’d give them one last shot before making a review and called back. Explained my situation again to the same guy who basically said, “look there’s nothing I can do until the person in charge comes back in.” Luckily I paid with My bank card so in the end a chargeback (which they never responded to) got me my money back in full..I’m not sure what kind of business Ravspec had but what ever decency was in place is gone. I am a very understanding person but this is downright fraud. I urge anyone looking to buy from this site to avoid at all costs. I have filed a complaint with the NY State consumer protection department as well as the BBB in hopes of preventing this happening to anyone else.

Purchased my WORK wheels from RavSpec. To be honest, I didnt have any knowledge regarding wheel offsets and all that good stuff @ that time. I told Mark from RavSpec how I wanted my car to look & that I wanted to rock wider tires so I entrusted him to suggest measurements for the wheels for me. He showed me pictures as examples along with the offsets the pics portrayed. When my wheels came & after installation, they were perfect! Good people @ RavSpec. I was also honored to have rocked with them @ car shows this past summer :) I definitely without a doubt recommend RavSpec!

The first guy I dealt with was very helpful in getting me the ideal wheel specs but when I was ready to place the order they never sent me an invoice. No response at all so I went with a different company.

Ordered something on Sunday that should have been processed Monday. Was told it was processed on Tuesday. Was told it would go out on Wednesday. By Friday, Im thinking it doesnt take this long to receive this especially when Im in the same Eastern Coast and paying Priority. On Friday, Im told it probably didnt scan properly by USPS and they give me the tracking number. Im sitting here staring at the USPS website saying they have just been ALERTED, not even that theyve received the item. Furthermore, on Friday, I receive another email confirming that my order has been processed- FIVE DAYS LATER. Unacceptable. Whats more unacceptable is the fact that whoever is on the phone there has no issues to lie about a status. Im appalled that he thought the customer (me) wouldnt notice him lying when Im seeing via email that my order has JUST processed after hanging up the phone with him. I KNOW he just processed while on the phone. Terrible experience, especially because I needed this part quickly.

Only got 1 star cause they wouldnt let me go with half stars. Paid for my wheels and Im still waiting 2 weeks later for them to ship out after being told 2 Fridays in a row we will get them shipped out Monday I can say I wont be ordering from this company again.

These guys are the best in the business, I wanted bride seats but didnt know what size or which bride seat to go with, i explained to mark what i planned on doing with them and the car they are going into and he suggested the zeta lll’s. When i picked them up he opened the box and inspected the seats with me and showed me how to identify an authentic seat. What an awesome shop! They are the only ones on the East Coast with over 100+ wheels available to view and touch. Mark was so knowledgeable and made sure I knew the ins-and-outs of my cars fitment with my new Rays wheels. Easy drive and wifey was able to shop at the nearby Deer Park Tanger Outlet.

Great and excellent service before and when getting the sales. Once order and purchase is done, customer service dropped immediately. Been trying to contact them after the purchase was done last July 15 (its a SUNDAY and I still got serviced even though they are closed. WOW right?) since then up to now, Ive been trying to email and contact them with regards to the shipping information as well as the item being different from the description before sales is completed. Today is the 20th of July and has zero contact with anyone in this store. I work in Sales as well and customer service is my number 1 priority before and after sales. if you are reading this and you dont see or find any response from the management or to anyone at this store, its just simply means that these people doesnt care. Waiting for my credit card provider to dispute a purchase!

Decent customer service before the sale and to get the sale. Garbage service or support after the sale.We ordered 4x work vsxx from their in stock inventory for our GTR and a week after they charged us we still had no confirmation. We called 3 days in a row before someone answered us. She informed us wheels were on the trailer that just came in hopefully and shell get to them next week and that well need to pay for extra metal valve stems, so we did. Wheels got shipped out and we received them without metal stems, called ravspec and were told to run the rubber ones provided. I informed them the holes on the wheels arent round but oval and doesnt look like these valve stems will work. They told me theyre rubber and will adapt.Installed them and not even a week later all 4 valve stems broke because they got cut by the improperly cut valve stem holes from factory. I informed Mike at Ravspec of this and he said hell get with Work Wherls to tell him what to do. Tried to reach Mike a couple more times since then and hes ignored me each time.Took the wheels off my Gtr and took them to two tire shops who both confirmed wheels are cut defectively and that no valve stem holes should ever be cut on an angled part of the wheel but on the flat part only so the stem can seat properly. Asked for a refund and to return wheels or to get a working set sent out to me, was ignored.Filing a chargeback with my bank tonight. Id stay away. This place seems slimy and only worried about a sale.

Placed an order for a set of Work wheels back in December 2016 still havent gotten them. They wont answer my emails or call back. Also, havent gotten my $800 deposit back.

These guys got the game tight, from start to finnish. knowledgeable people with an exceedingly adept crew of techs. they know wheel specs, and know how to get the fit your want. they have good inventory compared to other venders as well. but that being said these wheels are still hard to find at times.

Kevin and Mark from Ravspec were very knowledgable about the product and the fitments needed for my vehicle. Originally I went and told them the offsets I needed. They corrected me with different offsets which were absolutely perfect. They were able to obatin the last set of Work Kiwamis in GT Silver in the Specs I needed for my G37s. Ordered some custom made Work CR2P wheels for my 2012 STI and had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Prompt replies, informative answers, and delivery within a month (3x faster than their estimate)! When having my wheels installed, the shop ran into some issues getting the TPMS adapters to work and RavSpec was on the phone with them troubleshooting within 30 minutes. They went back and forth with the installer for hours trying to sort everything out pictures, emails, phone calls, everything! Ultimately, the TPMS couldnt be mounted because there was no clearance for the tire to go on the wheel with it on the wheel, at least without potentially damaging the sensor. Seriously amazing company, couldnt be happier! Thank you!

So far I have purchased three sets of wheels from Ravspec and have had zero problems. A close friend also bought a set of rather large wheels and Ravspec shipped it on a well wrapped pallet to make sure the wheels were delivered safe. I will definitely buy all of my wheels from Ravspec. The customer service is great and the shipping times are far faster than most companies that import parts from Japan.

Bought a set of tail lights from their website that listed in stock. Emailed them a week later for an update and they responded with will ship them in a few days. Over the course of 4 weeks I requested updates then cancel and refund. They never responded or gave me a refund. Hopefully I can get my money back via credit card.

Worst company to work with. Stay away. Took almost two months to receive my front lip and still havent even received my rear canards. Was told I would get refund and two weeks to this day still dont have anything to show for it. Find a different vendor.
