I have been using auto line since I was 17 years old I have referred friends and family and never had a complaint. Amazing customer service and they keep their word. Ted owned and operated Auto Line for years. He is as honest and fair as the day is long. His son Brice took over a few years ago and he’s as good and fair as is dad. When you need a mechanic it’s never fun; but if you don’t find a good one it’s an expensive nightmare. I can promise you, you have found a good one here. They can do it all and they stand by it. That’s a hard combination to find in today’s world. There a good hard working Christian company that I’m very blessed to have found. Need a good mechanic give them a shot. Might be one of the best choices you ever made.

About a month ago I came to this shop cuz Abs and Traction lights were on. Over paid to get back brakes replaced $189. Then was given and estimate of work needed Bearings & Lower Ball Joints est. $1200. Come to find out bearings and ball joints are fine. Slay bar was the issue and spent $20 at Auto Zone and purchased all 4 sensors on Amazon for $80. Ladies beware with mechanics!!!!

I have been going to this place for about 5 years. They are affordable on fixing alignments and even allow a free recheck on alignment after. This last time they caught something seriously wrong with my steering bush. It was broken and if I hadnt take care of it it would have costed me a couple thousand dollars. The Lord told me to come here and I felt something was wrong, but I wasnt sure why until they noticed and told me. Huge safety issue. If it broke I wouldnt be able to steer and could have ended up in an accident or worst death. Thank you!

Took a 1968 C10 truck for alignment. Truck has been lowered 3” in the front and 5 in the rear. Dropped the correct way 2.5” spindle and 1/2” drop spring. This helps keep alignment with in manufacture specifications. Originally they charge around 150 for alignment with 22” rims. They wanted to charge me 200. This is without lifting it and looking at it. When I asked why so much the reason was,( it’s an old truck and it will take me longer). Truck has been restored and every thing in it is new.I respect business prices and if I don’t agree with price I just go somewhere else but, when they increase the price without even inspecting it, it makes me think they are trying to take your money without reason.

Just had an alignment on my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. Turn over was very quick but above that as I’m driving it home it drives straight down the road, steering wheel is level. For all the dodge owners out there we know that we usually have a slight pull,The cost was very reasonable compared to other shops I have done business with and might add was not completely satisfied with the end result as I am now.First time doing business With Auto Line of America but want be the last.

Hands down the most honest people in town. Did my AC work there which comes with warranty. Warranty was honored there with no hassle whatsoever, completely covered. Not to mention the culprit was not part of the original issue, that component was also changed at no cost.

Had a job quoted on my challenger at a different shop for $1700, took it to auto line they charged me $660. Not only was it a good price but they did a great job, had great service and even vacuumed and detailed the interior. I am moving across town but will bring my vehicles here from now on if at all possible.

I come here for alignments, but my past trip I needed heavy work (replaced wheel hub and rack & pinion steering motor). They do it all... And was able to get it out the same day. I like the way Tim always follows up with me to make sure I am updated during the repairs.

Took my truck there to get an alignment and it was perfect, but when I pick it up after leaving it with them for almost 3 days. I pick up my truck and the door hinge on the driver side was sprung and will not close correctly and i asked if they could fix the issue and I was told its an old truck it happens and that they could fix it but I would have to pay for it out of my pocket they have done and did do great work on my truck and trucks before but I am very dissatisfied with what happened, and I would not recommend there services

Have been coming to get an alignment for my vehicle here for years. Definitely recommend this place for the price. My only complaint would be that I paid for an alignment, but since my suspension was bad they would not align the car. Which is understandable but I lost the money that I paid. I had to fix the problem and go again. So my only recommendation would be that make sure everything is fine with your suspension before you go here unless you want to pay twice.

A great experience. I had a world of trouble under my car. Ted worked with me to prioritize the problems and I was able to split the repairs into three visits. Also, one of the problems was not as serious as estimated. The guys didnt just stick it to me, and I got out for less than quoted. Good people.

My son Jeff traveled from Dallas to Deer Park to look for a job but as soon as he got into town his car broke down and wouldn’t start. He did a quick Google search and found Auto Line of America was just down the street. The mechanic (Bryce) said he would have it fixed by 5pm which normally would be ok but that wouldn’t leave my son anytime to job hunt since he was only able to spend that day looking. I called the shop and Ted answered and I explained the situation he said he would see what he could do (the starter needed replacing). 2 hours later he called me back and said it was all fixed (at a great price)!Jeff then had the whole day for job hunting. The icing on the cake was Bryce talked to my son about what job position he was looking for and gave him a great lead and phoned his contact to set up an interview. I wish I lived closer to Deer Park because I would only get my cars repaired by Auto Line.These guys are the best!!

It was raining that day n they put my car outside with the windows down n didnt seemed to care that my car was getting all wet inside n that was not professional of them at all
