Called earlier this afternoon for an oil change and was helped right away. Once I arrived I was greeted by Kyle and another gentleman’s name I cannot recite, and helped immediately. The oil change took under an hour and the car sounds great. I will definitely be coming back with all of car service needs.

The staff are super friendly, and very professional. They didnt upsell me on any car parts while my car was getting inspected. They also let me know the exact status of my brakes, and an approximate time frame of how much longer until I would likely need to get them checked again. As someone who loves cars, I can tell the people working here truly do too.

I have been coming here for a few years now after high recommendations. Today I had the liberty of working with Kyle whom was very helpful and pleasant to work with. A oil change that ended up requiring new tires was even a pleasant experience his tech walked me to my car showed me exactly why I needed tires I appreciate the work they do and I will be back in a couple days to replace them.

I never leave reviews- but if you need help with your car come here. Everyone that works here is great, they work hard and take care of whatever you need. After an accident in March, I took my car to the closest Mavis for repair. Come September, my car had an issue and my local mechanic diagnosed it as the same issue that was repaired. Something thats not terribly broken but needs repair sooner than later. I was advised to call Mavis and schedule them to repair as it should be under warranty given the part was changed less than a year ago.I scheduled an appointment for 8am. They said they had to examine the car first. Thats fair. I arrived and was 3rd in line (people really wait outside the door with coffee pre-7:50am). I expected to not be there long but was advised to come back. When I get my call back and arrive, they said everything looked good with no other explanation. I told them what my mechanic said, they dismissed it. I called my mechanic and they said just call back if it gets worse (they dont want to charge me for something that SHOULD be under warranty).A week later the problem got worse. I took it back into my mechanic and he sent me video proof of the issue. The video showed the tire clearly moving in ways it shouldnt. Unless my car was breakdancing while I was sleeping, Mavis was essentially the lazy security guard meme (google it) when it comes to checking my car.Seems like Mavis is only good for tires and only tires.

This is a great place to bring in your car. Mavis takes good care of their customers. They take you in as quickly as possible and get the job done efficiently.

Bukhari greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant to work with. He kept me updated on the status of my car and notified me right away when he realized there would be a delay in getting a part. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location next time.

This is my go to spot for routine maintenance. They never try to push necessary work on you. They make suggestions and let you decide. Kyle, the manager, is honest and straight forward. Cant recommend them enough!

This location is my go-to place for most of my car needs. The staff was wonderful today. I spoke/worked with Bukhari and Kyle today and they were great! My car was finished exactly on time and everyone was extremely professional and friendly.

Customer service was responsive and efficient but they ended up doing a break flush only if approved by me or my wife and ended paying more than what my budget was.I understand services are due in cars but if a service is offered it shouldn’t be done without the customer approving it.

I was in a big bind, I had a screw stuck in my tire and air was escaping quickly. It was 6pm and I knew it would be flat by morning and didnt want to have to get a tow. I called Mavis and they said to come on down, they fixed it within the hour and they even installed a new headlight bulb for me. They were quick, thorough and cordial. I would definitely recommend them.

I was recently there to have a flat tire repaired. It was 445pm. There were 3 empty bays, 2 mechanics, 1 sales person. I was told that theyre not accepting anymore customers that day and that I would have to come back the next day.

The staff was excellent and the technician Bryant was excellent as well very helpful and did his job properly my experience there I will continue to be a customer in the near future

Not a good one at all. Very inconsiderate of peoples time in my opinion. Customer service was good, but don’t go here if you have plans in the next few hours. Something will be found that HAS to be taken care of, and your there all day.

I had a flat tire this morning so I called and spoke to the manager Rob. He was helpful and professional. He advised me on how I can arrive safely and took care of me right away. I would recommend this location to EVERYONE! I have been here for oil changes and had previous great experiences, they never disappoint!!!

Had a great experience here at Mavis tires in Deer Park. Front desk was professional and very helpful. Mechanics were able to help me out with a separate issue. Overall great service and great turnaround.

Unprofessional!!! Dont bother making an appointment. I had an 8 am appointment for an inspection. However, when I got there, they told me that the inspector does not come till 9 am. Why book me for an 8 am appointment then. It was 9:30 am and the inspector still did not show up. Its like they have no concept of time.

Second time here,all always treated with the best customer service and I come all the way from valley stream just to get my oil changed here.

My car was kept overnight because caliper wasnt available. I was promised it would be done first thing in the morning. When I didnt hear from them next day, I called. I stressed that I needed my car by 2pm latest because I had a job interview. I was assured by the assistant manager (Ashley?) That it would be ready. At 3pm I just went there.Car wasnt ready. Interview was at 4:15. I missed my interview and the job opportunity. The assistant manager was argumentative and unprofessional. I had a great experience at Mavis in Commack. Apparently, at this location they play by different rules.

Mike at Mavis was totally professional and truly friendly. When a family member got a flat tire it was a lucky thing it was right near the Commack Rd location. Mike needed to find the lug lock for the tire (something I didnt even know about) and it appeared at first to be lost but he didnt give up until he found it. The replacement went quickly and his manner was so concerned and considerate, making a frustrating experience into a very nice, human exchange. 5 stars.

I used to love this shop, but I think the recent merger of Mavis and STS had ruined it. I brought my sons car in for new struts a few months ago, and his axle broke in the way home from the shop. How could they have missed the damage working so close to the axle?Then brought my own car in for new struts, and soon after, my stabilizer links failed. Ive come to the conclusion that this shop should not bye trusted with anything other than a simple tire replacement.

The manager Neil always takes great care of me for all my family car needs. He keeps a very skilled staff that always does the job right the first time! I highly recommend this location

Kyle and Robert we’re both extremely professional and friendly and the team of guys that they have working with them are extremely professional and great they know what they’re doing they know what they talking about the only thing I have to say is I feel like Mavis needs to give them some more mechanics and possibly a bigger mavis to work out of other than that because of them two gentlemen I will be coming back

I love this place. Doug and Sergio were great and gave my car and me care, attention and expertise. You guys saved me. I am an elder female and need my car all the time for the basic necessities of daily living.They fixed two flats in last few weeks. One was done just before closing on a Thursday night. Much appreciated. I especially appreciated Sergio’s patience in explaining all the details of what my tires needed. You guys are my heroes.
