Very cozy local atmosphere, bagels arent the best I ever had BUTTT everything else is really good my daughter loves coming here pancakes are her go to there so big and yummmyyy!

Avenue bagels is a Deer Park Staple. They greet you like an old friend while providing quick service and great food at reasonable prices.Plus, if youre not in the mood to go home to your chore of a wife and ugly kids. Plenty of room to sit down and read the paper while you eat too!

First time here for a plain cream cheese on French Toast bagel. I liked there cream cheese tasted light and didn’t leave a heavy feeling in my stomach. I like the decent seating area inside the shop with a large flat TV to watch the news in the morning. I love a place decorated with old photos too. The place is clean and bright. And it’s popular with the locals.

The ladies remember your name after the 1st visit. Very friendly staff and quick service.

I got a tuna melt on a multigrain raison bagel. It was so good. The guy was very nice. My mom loves avenue bagels.

I was there today. I ask for the egg white special. Which is egg whites,turkey and a 12 ounce coffee. $3.69. But I asked for cheese. She said if I add cheese its not the special anymore. Anywhere else cheese is 50 or 75 cents. But not here. I added cheese and the price went up $3. $3 for a slice of cheese. Ridiculous. Thats why at Wallys the line is out the door and here there is 2 people on line on a Sunday morning. Too bad too because the bagels here are excellent. But eggs meat and cheese on a bagel for over $6. Rip off.
