I use to love this place. The customer service is horrible. The same lady has horrible attitude. They should get first I can’t believe how nasty they are. Always in a bad mood and attitude

Seems to have different owners of this writing( and for the last few months). I tried to give them feedback in hopes it would help. Bagels are inconsistently made, hard bottoms some day, very chewy others etc. Old lady there is clueless and seems not to care at all. Get you act together or you wont last. I HOPE you do get things together.....need someone whos business savvy.

Went in on a Sat morning and i have noticed that yhe baskets were kind of empty for that hour. I asked if the bagels were fresh and i got a very confident answer our bagels are made fresh every morning. So i bought the last 6 everything bagels and went home. When i got home i opened the bag and took a bite of a stale, at least day old bagel.I guess making a sale is more important than honesty. Will never walk in that place again

Over price not happy about it what’s so ever it wasn’t over price like last year I loved the place but you guys drag the price sorry and take forever as well

Staff should be fired worst attitude zero customer service. bagels were ok but would not go back!!!!!!!

They no longer will have my business ever again. I guess they are using the virus as an excuse for false advertising, and would not accept the coupons the I sent out on the local business coupon booklet (I forget what its called comes in the mail, so they paid to get their coupons in it). When I handed the worker the coupon she pointed they had it taped to a little sign behind some stuff on counter, they are not accepting their own coupon. So they are no longer getting my business.

Disappointed once again. I tried giving it another shot due to it being remodeled. Bagels are still stale and disgusting and staff should be nicer to their customers.
