Manners always matter first and foremost. Followed by I don’t like when people “act” like they don’t understand you, when every other questioned asked they were able to answer. I notice the women who worked/ owned the store just walked up and stood at the register behind me. When I turn around I said “so your just going to stare?” The response honestly made no sense. Then I notice she spoke to everyone else who came in except me. I asked her at least twice why she didn’t speak to me once again she didn’t give me any info that had to do with my question.

Employees seemed more interested in getting you to buy and get out. I completely understand that some people waste their time, but I clearly wasnt and the 3 wig limit upset me quite a bit. I ended up leaving with the second wig I chose, butif they were more helpful, I would be a return customer. Nice store with plenty of selection though

Everyone is so sweet in this store! They have a very large selection of wigs if thats what youre looking for. I give them credit for the amount of natural body and hair oils they have, its great if youre looking for a more natural approach . They have a fair amount of cosmetics ( especially their lashes). Skin care is a bit low but they do have their share. Prices are reasonable and they do carry cheap, quality products that are so hard to come by. On the service i have to give it to them, no matter how many times you ask for their help, they always meet up! no attitude, no sly remarks, so nice!

I absolutely loved Cindy. She was super cordial, attending and assisted me with my purchases. Even went the extra mile of helping me bargain with products. Wish more people were this customer service friendly.

This is one of the most racist places I’ve ever been, I’ll never go there again. They follow you around, stare at you the whole time, during your shopping experience, they also accused me of paying with fake money, in which I work very hard for mine. Don’t go here, unless you support racism. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They dont give out free samples that the hair companies send.

This is the second time I have been here and it has been a terrible experience. I went there and they had attitudes and terrible customer service. I went there 15 minutes before they closed and they rushed me the whole time and kept saying they where closing. Also be advised they dont take American express credit cards. Never will I go there again.

Did not like the atmosphere, they are very rude and racist they were quick to give us an attitude whenever you ask them a question And also they dont like when you touch the wigs
