Had a very nice shopping experience at Walgreens on center st.in Deer Park. We were looking for a certain medicine that we could not find. We asked.an associate for help. Before we knew it there was 3 associates helping us find what we needed. Those 3 young ladies were a good example of excellent employees. Thank you young ladies..

I was prescribed Ella (emergency contraceptive) which is effective up to 5 days after failed contraceptive. This location had my prescription for 3 days before I decided I could no longer discuss this over the phone with them and went in person. This pharmacy was out of stock and had not even ordered the prescription. They placed the order that day. Here I am over a week after and the prescription still isn’t in… EXTREMELY disappointed as abortion is ILLEGAL in Texas. Walgreens took away my choice. Thanks

My prescription is wrong, pills are expired since these have not been printed in years. Even the manufacturer name is misspelled! Sloppy Work!! The pills are all chipped and messed up. Im freaking angry because they refused to do anything after I paid a fortune for them. I cant get the script re-written either. I refuse to use this aweful location again. Heartless mean people! I would rate 0 stars if possible!

Tries too hard to be a grocery store and a gift shop, pharmacy is limited as hell, 4 isles of nothing but 4 product types. Cannot find anything, hopelessly understaffed so I have no help.

Today 8/27/2020 around 1:00 pm I had bad experience with The pharmacy staff they are terrible does not want to help. They speak badly. The manager should talk to them to improve the situation and change the service the last three years I with CVS cross the street I never had any problems but unfortunately my mom insistence change from CVS to walgreen I sure if they still doing same the los to many customers every week.

Woke up today with a terrible ear infection, so bad I cried. Called everyplace in town and they were closed because it’s Sunday...however this clinic was open! Affordable price for the office visit considering it was last minute. GREAT Doctor (Julio Garza)! He was so informative, helped me get the right medications, and was very welcoming. Shared a laugh or two! He was even an ENT Dr before, so he was specialized just for my ear problem. He was so kind enough to tell me how to get insurance too as I am self pay. Highly recommend to anyone! Even the pharmacist technicians were so nice! Only had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my prescriptions and I didn’t even have to wait for the actual appointment. Again, highly recommend!!

Pharmacy is not helpful with certain prescriptions

The store is fine but the pharmacy is the worst. I gave multiple chances before reviewing, but they cant ever find the insurance, show no refills available or that I request any, call me to tell me its available for pickup and when I get there, I have to wait half an hour because it isnt, etc. Now theyve just done that to me again. I dont have these problems when I go to a different pharmacy, I tried again and again only because they were so close, but its not worth this. Multiple times Ive spoken with different pharmacists and assured things are ready, only to get to the front counter or window and be turned away for another wait. Get it together Walgreens!!

Haven’t had any experiences with the actual store or clinic but man! The pharmacy is just horrible and beyond help! I wish I could share my bad experiences here but there’s just too many and can’t chose which one to talk about. The pharmacy staff are neither knowledgeable nor friendly, they absolutely bring nothing to the table. I’m currently typing this as I wait in the drive thru for another one of their “mess ups” to be fixed. A quick $0 birth control refill pick up with no cars in front of me, just turned into a 30 minute ordeal that was initiated by their incompetence. They messed up on their side and made me pull out of the line to call my insurance, but my insurance agent couldn’t understand why they made me contact them when this is something they entered incorrectly and something they (pharmacy) should be contacting them directly about having it fixed.

Absolutely amazing job. Friendly owners and employees. Go above and beyond to make sure everything is done and working correctly. They dont try to pull your leg and replace items not needed. I wouldnt trust anyone else. Most definitely Will be recommending them to everyone

Friendly staff. Excellent Medical Assistants and Doctors in the clinic. They get rude patients but they try their best to handle the people who think theyre the more important ones there that needs to see the doctor first. Be nice to the people in the stores and theyll be nice to you as well. That goes for any company.

Always up to date on makeup, and fully stocked with merchandise! And very friendly employees. Some of the pharmacists have some attitude when you ask a question, I asked a pharmacist a question, he said hold on rudely and had someone else help me who wasnt a pharmacist, I had a question about medicine and he knew that.

One of the employees Guy helped me and my family out. He is by far the nicest employee that I have met at any other Walgreens. I will defiantly come back to this Walgreens again. Great customer service

I have been coming here since my son was diagnosed with ADHD and is the only place who carries his medication. They are pretty busy but everyone here is quick and polite. Just recently got my fly shot here and the healthcare clinic was super helpful, quick, and made my experience a great one. I live 20 minutes from here and the drive here is worth it.

Had a misunderstanding, but they are nice. Its a bummer going through painful surguries and the laws to refill pain medication is so harsh 😪

Say they can let you know if they have enough medicine to fill a prescription over the phone. You will have to drive all the way there for them to tell you they cant fill it. They say it company policy to do it this way, but I never have an issue with confirming with any other Walgreens if they can fill a script or not before I waste the time and gas to go there.

Went to the RediClinic, the NP was excellent, took the time to speak with you, didnt feel rushed. The wait was not long at all, will go back, also my prescription was ready before I walked out of clinic....boy I was very impressed.

Me and my husband came to get a picture enlarged and Teresa helped us at the photo department also helped to make my DVD she was absolutely AMAZING !! Thanks for all your help and I recommend the store to everyone!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK

After waiting an hour to get my sons antibiotic and pain medicine for a severe infection and absese tooth i was told they would not give me my son pain medicine (that his own dentist prescribed after seeing his infection and how painful he knew it was) my son is 10 and his dentist made a judgement call with me his mother that the best approach would be typenol 3 because we both knew he needed something a little stronger then advil or motrin or tylenol because i have tried those all! The pharmacist said he didnt think it was a medicine for someone his age.... Now correct me if im wrong but pharmacist are not doctors nor are they dentist! You do not know my sons history or medical or dental problems! So now i had to wait another 2 hours for cvs to fill my sons medicine! You are a pharmacist please do your job if you are not a dr do not try to give medical advice. I will no longer be using walgreens. I was also told that they called mt sons dentist and he said to give him advil, that was a lie the person you talked to was an on call dentist tuat had never seen my son. Leave the decisons,You clearly arent qualifies to make, up to the dr and parent! If this was for me or an adult we woupd have sucked it up anr dealt with it but i have been watching my baby be in pain, and we finally got him help and you tried to overmine an actuall dr qualified to make those decisions!

The pharmacy workers (most of them) are always rude. I work out of town and have scheduled my meds to be due for a refill during the short time that I am home. Last thing I need is to go back and forth with them when Im home and needing my meds before I head back to work. I have been using them for a few years now and always have had my meds filled a day or 2 early due to me working out of town... Just recently, when I call to have them filled, Im getting attitude from the workers. My meds are a controlled substance and some of them seem to have a horrible attitude about it being filled a day sooner. I really hope they read these reviews and change their tones and attitudes towards customers.

Absolute incompetence. Arrived the day after Christmas and signed in and was told there would be a two hour wait. Did not get a brochure or any chance to ask what their services were. After a two hour - no, as the Nurse Practitioner corrected me - a mere 109 minute WAIT she felt that as I was non responsive to a 30 year old generic medicine she could not treat me with a stronger antibiotic. Actually she suggested I did not even have what I thought was the problem. They do not do injections, and I was never given a clear answer as to what they do feel qualified to treat. Nor does the website really explain it, nor did the 800 number personnel. The worst experience Ive ever had with a medical professional.

Dr Maria had a cold today, didnt feel like doing a health assessment for my insurance blue cross blue shield annual discount program, my company comes to cvs and Walgreens for a wellness check up every year, but for some reason Dr Maria made me wait an hour then at 6:30pm tells me she doesnt want to sign the form saying I passed a health assessment... It was late, she had a cold, and I was the last patient.... Lazy doctor.... 3/6/17 @ 5:20pm check in

The pharmacist “Deidre” was just extremely rude to me regarding a mistake on Walgreens behalf and would not even let me ask a question. I am going to be transferring all of my families prescriptions.

The worst walgreens pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. Kept telling me they couldnt find my sons insurance. Left and went to the other walgreens and they found his ins. The Walgreens on center had created a second profile

You will need to wait unless you get there early. Zero customer service at Pharmacy. Employees are rude and just want to get you out the door.
