I always do my dealings with boost there in deer Park by my phones pay my bills there Ms Letty is very respectful very nice and she takes the time to explain how your new phone works. I finally bought me a new phone my old phone was no longer in service I asked her if there was another phone just like mines but there was not so I upgraded she activated my phone and I was happy I took it home to put all my apps in but I accidentally locked myself out of the out of my phone I could not get into the Google website or other apps I had to take it back to her and she took the time to explain how things work and what buttons not to hit now I know better thanks Miss Letty for helping me keep up the good job youre very popular with all the customers thank you

My iphone 7 had been giving me so much trouble, i had experience with a couple boost stores since moving here last year, decided to take a chance and hope for better results. This store is absolutely amazing. Rashad is a rock star!!!!!! He spent a couple hrs trying to help me save my phone. As long as i live in the Pasadena, this is the ONLY Boost store i will go to.

Ive gone twice now during operation hours and one visit I waited 15 minutes and the store never opened and the other visit concluded with a sign on the door that said out for lunch 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Resulted in purchasing a phone and several accessories at another store. I DO NOT recommend this location.

Yesterday I received the best customer service, possibly in my entire life.I rushed down to this location after my phone started giving me serious problems. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and decided to purchase a new phone. I felt really bad that Rashad had to stay late to help me, but at no point did he rush me or make my feel like I was inconveniencing him. I didnt leave until 35 minutes after closing, and he even took the time to transfer all my contacts and apps. He even managed to set me up with a pretty sweet payment plan.Rashad, I dont think I can possibly communicate how grateful I am that you went above and beyond to help me. You certainly made my day.
