I had an excellent experience both yesterday and today. Ricky helped me both days. I was replacing my younger daughters phone yesterday and he was friendly, and helpful. He willingly volunteered to check if they had different cases in the back for the phone she was getting and put the screen protector we were getting on the phone for her without me having to ask. It was greatly appreciated, that kind of thing can be a nightmare. Today we went back again to replace my older daughters phone. We got the same model and had a similarly excellent experience. I was very satisfied with how nice and quickly things got done. He replaced my older daughters sim card because we were having issues with her old phone, and put the screen protector on her phone as well. I would highly recommend seeing him if you go there.

T.J. showed me phones and took the time to explain different types.He also was quite patient with me when I had extra questions since I am not technically inclined.I was very pleased with this kind service. Also I here a month ago to ask about acquiring a new phone and Shveta assisted me then and thats why I came back. Great customer service !!!

Absolutely the worst, owner shoved words down customers throats and actually over charge people on purpose bc stores sales are low. If you do in for the $50 dollar plan fight for it because they WILL charge you $60 saying it’s the first month only but that’s a lie they don’t work according to metro guidelines here. You could walk away with the $50 in a new activation, they’ll say it’s $60 but you’re really getting charged add one you know nothing about they just do it so their numbers look good ! Owners a cheap judgmental woman, often makes comments on customers with a “ smell “ she doesn’t like after they leave. Stay away from the older woman with glasses, she’s a scam artist

This is one of the best T-Mobile stores Ive ever been to. They have very friendly staff, treat you very well. The reason I like this store is because most of the other store staff dont know what theyre selling. Simple and straight. Apart from T-Mobile great service and plans they have very good collection of mobile phones accessories which makes them unique from other stores. Long story short I would love to recommend this to all my friends and people whore looking for great store service.
