I went in because my phone wasn’t working at all. None of my personal used apps or business apps were working and I couldn’t send messages. I’ve had this problem before. When I went in the guy I saw, I don’t remember his name, wasn’t very helpful. He kept stating that certain apps like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp wasn’t working because their servers are down. Ok fine, but the rest of my phone isn’t working, nothing is loading and I’m trying to explain this to him and he kept stating the same thing. He was also on the phone doing something else, so it seemed like he was just trying to get done with me as soon as possible so he can continue what he was doing. As if that was the priority.

I went to get a new SIM card for my phone and they were very helpful when it came to getting me a new SIM card. Very good customer service

I purchased two T-Mobile revvl phones from metro. They didnt have the protector cases for the phones when I purchased them. Had to wait several weeks to get them from amazon. While I waited, my screen protector cracked on one of my phones. I walked into a T-Mobile and asked if they could please put the screen protector that I ordered from Amazon on my new phone for me. The young man named Matthew was very informative helped me put on the screen protector no problem. I didnt even purchase the phones from T-Mobile. They were more than happy to help me.awesome customer service.i spoke to 2 other service representatives. they were very friendly answered all of my questions while Matthew fixed my phone. I know that T-Mobile bought metro. I will never purchase anything from metro ever again. I am going to switch from metro to T-Mobile just because of the customer service in this particular store. Thanks guys

Had a great experience at the store 508 Commack Road. Noor Syed was amazingly helpful getting my mom the right phone and right plan by going through all the options and explaining everything. I am glad we walked out of the store on Deer Park Avenue where the store assistant when asked to tell us about the options on new phones proceeded to try to install a memory card on the old phone

Very pleased with customer service there. I live a few states away and couldnt assist my mother in activating/porting her phone. An associate, Chris was able to help her get things sorted out without me being there to translate in Spanish. I greatly appreciate all his help!!!

I have got to say that the customer service rep here was great. Came in for a magenta Friday deal, adding two lines for free and the rep was super friendly and quick. Came back a week later for the black Friday deal for the s7 and specifically came back to this place to see the same rep again and was glad to see he was there and available. I dont recall his name, which is unfortunate since Id like to commend him by name, but hopefully he knows who he is by the description here.

Great store and service. Brought my own unlocked device to this store and had quick and smooth activation after terminating sprint and alot better plan at a lower rate.

I needed my replacement screen protector put on phone and they did it for me.

Went in there to get a cash refund back which I was told by a CS rep over the phone that I would be able to. The manager Mike was very rude from the moment I walked in and said the word refund. First he told me he couldnt refund me at all whatsoever without even pulling up my account or looking at my receipt. Then after I complained he changed his story to being able to send me a check but he couldnt give me cash. I really am not the type to write bad reviews but I feel very strongly about this. Every time Ive encountered Mike, hes been rude. I have no idea how hes a manager but T-Mobile needs to reevaluate him!

The best team in the country ...Tmobile is very lucky to have an excellent much people working in the location they are a team if one cant resolved your issue the team will not let you go until you are 100% satisfied...great work guys ..make dumb and dumber switch to tmobile

Good people here associate Omir helped us switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. They answered all my questions which were a lot. Not too busy both times we went.
