This place was rude and crude. The owner went and cussed out my father over a simple question he had about a pool and the owner went off on my dad. He then told him he will pray for him and called himself a Christian. I don’t know what kind of Christian does that but somebody better pray for him. I would NEVER buy a pool or send him any kind of busness.The most unprofessional establishment in Deer Park. He was also bad mouthing all of the other pool stores in Deer Park. If you claim you are the best and your stuff is the best you might want to work on your people skills. If anybody wants to buy a pool go elsewhere. Thanks and have a great day

My wife and I spent $8000 on a pool here about 4 years ago... I never had a thank you call or just touching base to see how everything is going call. The owners daughter was rude and never returned my calls. Recently i had some damage to my pool due to a storm that hit... I reached out on FB to them, got a return message and was told that they only do mobile calls now. no retail store front. I explained the damage, provided pictures as well. when it came time to schedule an appt to have them come out and get a parts list together and spend even more money, i dont get a reply. I regret spending my money with this company... their customer service sucks, the owner is rude and unprofessional... communication sucks as well. I wouldnt recommend this company if it were the last on earth and the pool was free. Maybe ill get a return message now that I have resorted to writing a review about them online.
