The quality of their Grayce Hobo purse could have been better. I received this purse with thread unraveling at the pocket. I’m really disappointed in the quality of this product. I gave them 3 stars because I also ordered a coat, which I love.

Salesperson was nice and helpful. Wilsons problem has been the same for years; the cut of their coats/jackets. Boxy & square with wide, too short sleeves. Why are the sleeves so short???? Years ago they sold beautiful suede & leather pants and coats, cut in long and petite. Their true, real leather pocketbook selection has diminished, but are of great quality. I have 2 real leather tote and wallet sets, cognac & black, an ivory, red, and tan leather bags original stitching and hardware; beautiful for over 20 years. My favorite was a black, full length, butter soft, real leather Venus Williams trench coat. They just dont make their products like they used to. I may have purchased 1 item in the past 3 years. I keep hoping theyll correct their cuts.

Staff is really great. They will make sure you get what you need. Selection is awesome too. They had a crazy amount to choose from. Hard to not leave with what you want. Daniel and Nick took perfect care of me and got the exact jacket I was looking for.

I was recently looking for a winter jacket and I have to say the staff at Wilsons leather were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. one of the products was not in store and Nicholas helped me order it online so it would be shipped to my house. REI customer service and thank you Nicholas once again for being Amazing and giving me so much fashion knowledge!

Great store but the prices could be a bit better. I have bought many items from Wilsons and have my first coat bought back in 1991. Great quality.

The store manager which is a black lady was nasty and rude when I say that I we could like to return my purchase, she tried to say that it is has to be exchanged, I told her that was recently bought and I do not need anything need my money back so she made the process of the jacket but did not do it for the spray that they suggested to be use for that jacket, I said I do not need it. She cannot returned, I asked why? She just keeps says not cannot return it, I asked reason? Because when they suggested to purchase they should say that was no returnable!!I told her I am going to give you a very bad review, she responded I do not care, I answered really?!! Oh because it just a Job?.I did not want to continue with this discussion and I was forced to keep it. NOT RECOMMEND this store. Never come back.

First time here, loved the store because it had plenty of helpful staff, was clean and bright AND I thought they only sold leather, but they had a good selection of other jackets and coats. Great prices!

Been wearing their products for years. Cant help but shop in the store even when I dont intend on. Youll always find great deal on jackets.

They are 2 a deer park the one near the main office its not as nice as the other one. Some of the stuff they sell its just not of such great quality. Some of the staff is just not as good as the other location in the middle of the outlet. The leather jackets are good.

Shop early in the morning for additional savings. Got a nice jacket at a discounted price. Hard to beat the savings offered.

My experience at this location was horrible. Purchased a defective product from this place, called corporate for a resolution they advised me to simply bring the item to the store, when I arrived at the store they said too bad so sad. DONT SHOP HERE !!!
