Do not buy ANYTHING from this store. We purchased a dishwasher with an extended warranty. The dishwasher broke and we are now waiting over 3 weeks for them to repair it. They keep telling us they are waiting for a part. The warranty clearly states that if you cant fix it you will get us a new one. I highly doubt its a part they are waiting for because when the technician was on site, he said he couldnt repair the dishwasher. Had to bring it to the shop for them to find someone who knows how to repair it. Horrible customer service and definitely not honorable to their warranty commitments.

Buy a chest freezer from them,come with death, call them. Told me to call premium ( freezer company).so called company and company give work number.So someone from brandsmatk come and check and said need new compressor. Its take 2 weeks. I got business in two days. So tell them to exchange or return whatever comes first. Say to talk store manager I bought. Trying to reach him 2 day. Still trying. Each call take an hour or more to talk a human. The worst shopping experience of mine.

1 star is toooo much for this store and customer service especially! We bought 4 appliances and paid in full on July 2,2021, I’ve been told the shipping is not going take more than 2 weeks. Now is August 29 and still no appliances! Nobody called me to inform for any updates. Salesperson had no idea when appliances can be delivered… customer service representative hangs up on my husbands phone call and said “we are done here”…. Besides all of that we bought generator which is we can not start! It was broken from beginning!Oh my god, how this business is still on market I have no idea!!!! Worst WORST Worst WORST experience ever!!!! Go somewhere else if you want save your time. With these customer service you will loss your patience. In my case $40-$200 savings in each appliance is not worth the waiting time and attitude towards the buyer…..
It was time to update my household electronics, and I knew that BrandsMart was the place to begin. I had two exceptional customer service experiences during my visit. The most helpful was the sales assistant in the computer department. She was knowledgeable, answered my questions, and even checked back stock for me. The other great experience was in the television department, where I interfaced with a wonderful gentleman who sold me a 65in LG flat screen that I absolutely adore. I knew I could count on you guys, and you didnt let me down. Thanks!
The noise level is so high you cant think the choice of music is just irritating. If you are buying a large ticket item the clerks are over you like vultures on a 4 days old carcass.but as I was not no knowledge help was to be found. the same changing cable was in 6 different spots.As it always happens there you. Will be shown the most expensive item first even if it not what do want. Buyer beware !!! I abhors the place but the location was convent for me. If your not in a hurry buy from Amazon, they are cheaper quieter and not on pushy
I desperately needed a refrigerator because mine broke down. It seemed that inventory was extremely low, as each model I chose was back ordered. A very nice salesman named Sam worked with me for nearly two hours until he found something satisfactory to me that could be delivered in two days! Thank you, Sam!
Do not spend your money with this company. They sold me a lemon refrigerator that has been given problems within 2 months of purchase now it’s completely dead and all I have been getting is the run around. Poor customer service poor quality in appliances.
Just wanted to briefly share my experience. In a nutshell, I purchased a refrigerator online after going in store to make sure the dimensions would fit my space. The delivery men crammed the refrigerator into a tight area. They even measured beforehand. After their demonstration of opening both doors, I signed off because the doors were completely open. I thought that it was fine. After they left, I opened the door only to find that the door could only be cracked open, the delivery people gouged my walls during their demonstration. I went into the store for a return/exchange and was given a delivery date of October 2nd. I received a delivery text for September 30th, I called customer service and told me that my delivery date was Oct. 2nd and they said they didn’t have the refrigerator in stock and they don’t know why I was sent the delivery details. I went into the store again and the manager on duty said that she called dispatch to confirm the Oct. 2nd delivery. The dispatch dept. said they would honor that date. I never received a confirmation of delivery the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I went into the store again and the salesman and appliances manager said that I never had an October 2nd delivery, but an October 7th delivery. I said that wasn’t acceptable and they ended up scheduling it for October 4th…ridiculous, I had to miss work for this delivery. Sounds like the delivery department was overbooked and they bounced me. The 2nd pair of delivery men, ripped out a doorstop, scratched my wood laminate flooring and dinged my baseboards and doors.Oh, I was also told that Brandsmart cant provide a printed receipt of exchanges. I wanted one, so I can have the exchange/new refrigerator and delivery date in writing. They said that they would email me that information….they never did.I was without a refrigerator/freezer for nearly 10 days. After the carelessness of the delivery drivers, shady business practices (no receipts or paperwork issued, lying about deliverability and product availability) and unprofessional sales people and department managers, including intimidation and mansplaning, I am totally disgusted.I already emailed a longer explanation to their customer service department. Hopefully they will respond. My advice is to proceed with caution. Returning/Exchanging appliances is a nightmare. I have had no issues with Brandsmart prior to this purchase.
I found it very strange that after doing the return that I had to do I had to go to the cashier to get the credit issued to me credit card. If I had paid with cash then I could understand but not with a credit card.

I am so frustrated with brandsmart... in February I ordered four appliances, paid in full and I ordered a sectional couch that I financed through acceptance now that was paid in full in May. My fridge has still not arrived.... it’s back ordered ... I did get a loaner...My renovations are finally completed and I called to have my couch delivered and was told that somehow even thought it was tagged as sold, half of it was sold to someone else!!!!!I will never buy from them again ....I saw the reply below but the email is blocked and when I call the store I get a run around... they were very helpful when I purchased... but need to deliver my paid for items
DO NOT go to this location. What a mess of a place. I bought an oven there that was never delivered. When i asked about it i was told my oven was sold to someone else and now its on backorder. No apology, no offer to fix the issue and the manager never showed to address me. When i asked for an email to send my complaint I was given a fake email that bounced back. Ridiculous. How does a company this big do business like this? Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the time.
We had good attention at the store and the gentleman there was very courteous. What came afterwards was the real problem. Huge delay on receiving what we got, worse customer service when trying to get an update on the status of the order. More than a month afterwards, they don´t seem to know where the appliances are and when we´ll finally get it.
My experience sucked. I went to buy a washer machine and i was told i will get it saturday now they text me and said monday if i know that i wouldnt get it delivered. Then i called the store and they are no big help

I purchase a lot of stuff from this company. I always get the extended warranty on purchases. A little over a year ago I purchased a laptop, router and lorex surveillance system from them. I opted for the extended warranty and made my purchase. 7 months ago i started having issues with the cameras and dvr. I contacted lorex and thought we might get it resolved. After some attempts I pulled the system boxed it up and brought it in the exchange it. Handed the receipt and box over to find out they only put the warranty on the laptop and there was nothing they would do. I contacted lorex while in the store and was able to get an approval for a swap but the manager refused to fax a letter to them. Lorex flat out told me there never heard of this happening and that the unit was covered for 2 years and I shouldnt have any problems swapping it at the location I purchased it. The manager refused to accommodate and idea or options I came up with. I the contacted Corporate immediately once leaving and left a voicemail with this complaint. I have never heard back from them. I am not happy with any of this and might contacted the B.B.B and file a complaint
No frills appliance chain, fair prices fast delivery/installation. I did a fair amount of price comparison, they were by far the best price, This was my second appliance purchase in the last year, very happy so far.(I used to come here back in the 1990s, been out of state for 30 yrs or so) You will not be pampered or sold here. Know (pretty much) what you want before you go. Wear a mask, sanitizer available, parking is ample and the store disabled friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, attempting to order something on their website is useless and trying to call the store is a complete waste of time all they do is transfer you into oblivion put you on hold and then eventually just hang up.They advertise a ton of great deals but everything on their website is listed as backordered. I tried over and over again to talk to someone in sales each time I was transferred back and forth back and forth and then eventually rudely hung up on.After reading other reviews about folks having the same nightmare I have no choice but to go to a more reputable place to purchase my appliance package, do not waste your time with this place if you cant even have a good experience purchasing appliances imagine the nightmare you will have if anything ever goes wrong with it. Seems that people cant even get the appliances delivered in a timely manner constantly being put off and rescheduled.I cannot recommend this place to anyone I would recommend you go somewhere with a good reputation such as Home Depot or Lowes for your appliancesI realistically wouldnt even give them one star if I didnt have to put at least one to leave this review.

When you order from them you better Pray to God your appliances work correctly. After having 6 of 9 calls dropped yesterday I finally spoke with someone. Heres the summary.My broken fridge is not getting replaced like they said.Its getting serviced. Maybe...I got transferred from customer service to Deerfield from Deerfield to Hollywood back to Deerfield back to Hollywood back to Customer service while hearing I dont know why they transferred you here but... about 4 times.While speaking with a customer service representative I was told that they cannot find my purchase order at all. In the mean time I drove from southwest broward to Deerfield to speak with a manager in person. 2.5 hours on the phone in total and speaking to a manager let me know that I should receive a service stop tomorrow. I call customer Service today to confirm and confirm a time only to hear that new orders cannot see the repair orders and repair orders cannot see replacement orders. They are all different.Save the headache, shop around, find a comparable price and go to home depot or Lowes or Anywhere but here.Never again
Great store. If they have it in store, ready to go then this place is great. Dont order anything on back stock.. terrible experience with pre-order (though it was a hassle free refund... A return wasnt possible since I never received the product after weeks of being straggled along). The store is clean. No mask no service.. socially distanced. The store has a wide variety of electronics and, appliances, and even furniture like massage recliners. Like I said, if they have it when youre there to buy it, then its great.

After researching best buys, no pun intended, for a new dishwasher, I ordered one online and was notified within an hour that it was ready for pickup. I was immediately greeted at the Customer Service desk and instructed to drive to the loading dock to pick it up. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I couldnt have asked for better service. Now I am just keeping my fingers crossed that the installation process goes well too!!
We went there to price a refrigerator. Even though there prices are reasonable, sadly they didnt have the size we needed. We couldnt go taller than 67 inches but every single one we looked at was over 68 plus in height, to tall to fit in my kitchen. Staff was semi friendly. In the past they were eager to assist you but sadly, none of them were eager to help in any way. Good Luck, maybe youll have better Luck with the associates than me and my mother

When I call back to speak to a supervisor they are rather busy or the ask to take my phone for a call back and I sit and wait for a call back!!! Till today no one has called us on the status of my purchase today is 6/15/21 and I haven’t received my stove!!!! This place is the worst!!!!
I bought a freezer at brandsmart Deerfield location and when i came to pick it up, they were all gone. Upon canceling the purchase an employee name NEIL gave me his freezer that he bought for himself. This made me so happy. I went from being disappointed to being elated. That is what i called superb customer Service. Brandsmart should be happy to know they have such caring employees working for their company. I would recommend people to go to this store because of my great experience that i had. Thank you NEIL for providing such superb customer service towards me.

We purchased our refrigerator from Brandsmart in Deerfield as well as the extended warranty through Warrantech. Absolutely useless... they were supposed to be at the house to repair the fridge yesterday. I confirmed with the company the date/time of service. The technician did not show up and did not have the courtesy to contact us saying he couldn’t come. I contacted the company today and they had no answers for me other than he ran late on appointments. We should have been the 1st appointment today. However they wanted to reschedule us for next Wednesday, which was completely unacceptable. Our fridge has completely shut down and the only working component is a light bulb. Now the tech is supposed to come tomorrow. As of this review, at 5:34pm, we still have not received any form of an update with the time of when he’s supposed to show up. Purchase your appliances somewhere else.**UPDATE** Saturday 6/5/21 the tech came out to the house and installed the ice maker part again (as this has been repaired numerous times). HOWEVER due to Warrantech circumventing the repair process, this tech had no idea the freezer broke and needed additional parts. So needless to say the refrigerator is still inoperable. Warrantech does this purposely and sends out different companies, who do not have any communication with one another, in order to use-up the extended warranty and then at the end of the day your appliance still does not work. Brandsmart offers Warrantech, which is part of the Amantya Group, as an extended warranty for their appliances as an FYI... the extended warranty is quite pricey $$ for one appliance by the way. Brandsmart tries to say they do not have any control over what Warrantech does however they OFFER it at their stores and Brandsmart has a complete record of the appliances repair history because you have to contact Brandsmart’s customer service in order to set up an appointment with Warrantech... again I will say to you purchase your appliances at a reputable store like Home Depot or Lowe’s not here... save yourself a lot of headaches. ***the company that has the claim for the freezer still has not showed up or returned our phone calls and this is over 2 weeks ago that they originally came out to the house to look at the freezer.***

Favorite store to go to in Florida, They have it all. I have a lot of things I bought there, even my favorite comfy chair in PA came from there, I had to bring it with me. A little crowded, but well worth it. If you cant find it here, they dont make it.
This place is a hot mess, not in the best area. You can get nice deals if you are buying appliances at this place, but I wish they were better organized.Also, I suspect there is a lot of crime in this area, because there are always police cars and armed police officers outside of the store. We went there during Thanksgiving sale, and had to go through a checkpoint to get out of there, showing our receipt. Usually I see checkpoints like that in stores suffering from shoplifters.

You will find something interesting to buy at BrandsMart. Make no mistake. The inventory is impressive, but overpriced. I wont come here unless they have a sale going on and I cant find the item elsewhere.My biggest gripe with BrandsMart is that parking lot. Bro this store is well organized i like that but customer service needs improvement.. Jessica Jean was the cashier ..she were inpatient and rude as I tried to give her my number so that I can have an electronic receipt for future reference in case i lost my receipt and need to return an item she asked me why do i need to give my number for a receipt.. Then i had to elaborate and make it clear like im doing her job .. Now the first number i gave was wrong and she rushing me like i need to get out her face .. She turn the sign upside down like her lane is closed when there was no more customer in the lane behind us. So again had to beg her to try a different number but her inpatient and the way she looking does not welcome me . her attitude bad to me thowing receipt like a dog also i think shes judging

Not only did it break on me, but Brandsmart and the extended warranty company are refusing to do anything about it. I strongly caution anyone against buying furniture at Brandsmart. Compared to the sawgrass mills brandsmart this store is very quiet and relatively well stocked. However, it seems that store is overstaffed with respect to the number of customers in the store. A lot of the staff were socializing and conversing amonst themselves. One staff almost hit me in the face as i was walking when he extended his arms to describe something he was talking to other staff members about. He hit the drink in my hand and made me spill a bunch. Very unprofessional.

BrandSmart is great, easy in and out. Compared refrigerators, picked one,Thomas gave the ticket; paid then out the door. It took longer to get to the refrigerators than it did to buy one.
Couldn’t even walk into the store with my mother because the music was so loud.I’m not talking even loud car stereo sound loud. I’m talking LOUD. I’m younger, my mother a little older. And we both had to leave.It was at the entrance of the store. But that’s just the last bad experience.Never again
Ive always liked BrandsMart but when we were looking for a new refrigerator we narrowed it down to 3 and found we would have to wait till at least Feb for it. Thank you great appliance shortage of 2020 😞. Not the stores fault, just the way it is.
Today I went with my wife to ask about the price of some cameras and we had the worst experience we have ever had the man who was in that section does not know how to treat people and he didnt know anything about cameras he was too rude man of little class that we do not understand How can you work in this section, my wife and I have an approved credit in this store for $ 5000 but we are not going to use anything because we will not return to this place, unfortunately I do not remember the name of that old man who is in the camera section but for being Dont be disrespectful, your people should get in more and should teach them to be less pedantic, the most expensive camera he had to show was a Canon 5.. something but he said the nikon is the best I mean .. he is supposed to sell his product right? By the way teach this old sales man to show some respect to costumers .

Was very disappointed went there ordered a freezer salesman told my husband an i they didnt have it it stock so it should be no more then 2 weeks. So we waited almost 3 weeks no call no response from them there so i called them an then they proceeded to tell me oh it should be like another 2 weeks. We canceled our order. We even had to go back to the store to do that. The sad part is i went down the street to home depot an ordered the exact same freezer an im getting it this Tueday but BrandsMart couldnt do that...
Customer Service is horrible at this location since the manager left. Ive had a difficult time getting a instalation date for appliances. The call just keep on transferred and having explain 10 times and then being sent to the same person you started with. Once you make the purchase they are nice but then nobody wants to deal with the issues. Good luck
Saw range top microwave item in Ad. It said stores only had open box inventory available on the Ad item. I was happy to get a new item in the box. In and out in about 20 min, picking up at Deerfield loading dock... Happy shopper. You are losing sales if your online inventory info is inaccurate.

Its this one short, blonde hair, foreign lady who i think is one of the floor managers. Always go beyond and out her way to help me find what I need. If the other employees are acting like they cant really help you, try looking for her. Shes always willing to go out her way to help. If the others tell you they cant find what you are looking for, I bet she will. She normally works near the cameras 📷 . Other than that. Its still a great place to shop. I been coming here for years.
The salesperson sold us an insurance policy/extended warranty (whatever you want to call it) on our new furniture which would cover the fabric. We even made sure we bought the units with the fabric he said would be covered. Several years later it is literally falling apart. We called to use our warranty and they gave us a case number and asked us to email pictures in. When I did I got a return email that said they would respond in a couple days. Well weeks later no response so I resent the email. Again weeks later no response so we called. Get this - this particular fabric isnt covered. So we were lied to by the salesperson. So we will still be paying a couple more years on furniture we spent extra money on so it would last - what a crock. We were told someone from the store would call us tomorrow to talk further about it. Wanna bet they dont call?
Hey Deerfield Beach Owner Im sorry I love the store but there is a major issue with having my New $2673 Kitchen package being delivered it wasnt delivered today due to the companys work truck breaking down and now my order will be pushed back to a later date, when it was supposed to be delivered today. Iam worried because iam closing on a new Home and having this problem is very inconvenient. Not only that but due to this issue on the companys end I was told that my Kitchen stove would definitely be sold out in stores by the next delivery date. Which is outrageous and dose not make sense when I paid in full. Would i get money back, or would they upgrade the stove, what if it didnt match??Me thinking... but I already spoke with a manager at the Deerfield Beach location & now hope to get further assistance.
