Called this morning to schedule a service call to diagnosis a refrigerator not cooling in the fresh food area. the freezer and ice maker work. the guy showed up without a mask! did not check anything because i told him the evaporator fan was not working. he sent me an email with a quote of $344!!! again he did not test anything, did not use his meter, did not take anything apart. really? i guess i learned my lesson and im out $59.99 for a so called service call. theres no zero rating so i had to click on 1....he did show up. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

I booked an appointment to install a dryer and haul away the old one. Price was set to $175 when I booked. A few hours later, a woman called to tell me the price is $275. This is no way to do business. Stay away from this place

Both times I had them, they easily identified the issue. They were also pleasant to have at home. Both times I had them they fixed the dryer and the cooktop fast. I will use and tell to others.

Customer service was excellent and technician was super knowledgeable. He was able to correct the issue with my washer in less than 25 minutes. He replaced a part but before doing anything he explained what he was about to do and quotes the price. He was reasonable as well. I highly recommend.

We had a 25 year old Thermadore range hood that caused a significant back draft of outside air into the house. Also, the exhaust fan was misbehaving. I suppose anyone else would have thrown up their hands and advised us to buy a new one for $6K but Caesar from Deerfield Beach Appliance repair was able to engineer a damper and replace the fan motor with modern day parts and some ingenuity.

They were amazing! Fast and knowledgeable with Bosch! Bosch is a tough brand to repair, but they were able to do it in no more than two hours! Pricing was competitive!

We booked an appointment for our Subzero refrigerator 2 weeks ago. My wife and I were completely impressed with how the customer service followed up on our repairs and revisit. It was an expensive repair (understandable because it is a Subzero) but it was all worth it. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Would call them again on my future repairs!

My Scotsman nugget ice machine was fixed quickly and now it does its job very well. These people are efficient and prices reasonably. Will use again!

Their repairman told me my refrigerator would cost approximately $1000 in repairs He said it had a leak and needed to be welded.He said it needed freeon he did not have any or any tools because his partner had them. He never pulled the refrigerator out to look in the back. They just scam you for $60. I had another repairman come before buying a new refrigerator. The part to fix my refrigerator cost all of $50. He fixed it and it is working fine.

I would give this business less than one star if possible.Had them out to fix a washing machine that was vibrating badly.Repairman replaced a spring and left, the repair lasted 2 loads and then was as bad as ever.Called the repairman and never got a response.Then called the business who said they would pass my information on to the repairman (who was also an owner).Never received a call back or a follow up from the business.Paid $135 for nothing.

Was not as this store, visited the antique store a few doors away.
