Ive never had any issues at this Target. Always a great shopping experience. However, today was exceptional. I just needed to grab a few things and go to self check out. A man named Cody was assisting customers in the self check out lines and he was just over the top an absolute DELIGHT!!! Full of positivity, kindness, and radiated light. Please hire more people like Cody!! 🙏🏻 Just from my short time in line, he made my whole day! ❤️

This is a great store and huge. They have everything you need. One stop for everything even groceries.

The ambiance in Target stores is the number one reason I shop there. Staff is not the most friendly except for the greeters who are very friendly, the price is not the lowest, but the quality I find is 2nd to none. The stores are clean and I feel safe while on my shipping trip even during a pandemic.The lighting and the layout and the beauty of the stores is really what draws me in and keeps me going back. Even if I am having a bad or sad day, when I am in Target I feel better. I do 90% of my grocery shopping at Target.

I ordered something for drive-up. Because it was raining, I parked right in front of the store so the associate wouldn’t get wet. After waiting for 25 minutes I called the store and the person that does the drive-up order said she can’t go out in the rain. After I said I parked right in front of the store so she wouldn’t get wet, she said I couldn’t do that either. I asked why nobody called or let me know they couldn’t give me my items since I’d been waiting for almost half an hour and she just continued being rude. Terrible customer service!

My wife love this Target. Saw the new renovations and Target is definitely going toward the right direction. The store feel and look modern for this time of age. Very clean and well organize. I feel i step into a new store.There is full liquor store inside. Good Job.

I came to this target to purchase somethings I seen a dress that caught my eye in the clearance rack but it didnt have a clearance ticket to make sure it was placed there for that section I went up to the cashier a young guy wearing a plaid read shirt on register 7 to see if he can price check the dress I asked he tells me I dont know I cant do it I asked him would he like to attempt to try at least he just ignored me. I left the dress and walked I tried calling the store to make a customer complaint but the phone just rang and rang and no answer I will not return to this location

The staff at this store was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was clean and fully staffed.Its a super Target and the selection was fantastic.

Bright, clean, and really big. The place looks pretty amazing. There are a few departments that when you get a close look at them, are sparse and empty. Went looking for some deals on kitchen stuff and did not find much. Parking is really easy as they have a lot of spots, but everything is open and no shade. So your car/truck will be blazing hot when you get back into them. They could add some trees to offer shade.

Love Targets stores. The have been better with there stuff in stock recently.

Ignore the negative reviews. This is probably the tidiest, most organized, and most friendly Target in So Florida. Had the chance to meet GM Michelle and Mgr Hanna. Super nice ladies. They run a tight ship and all customer focused. And the bakery department tops them all. Laura is a gem!!! She bakes with a smile. Super helpful and nice. More stores need associates like her. Thank you for the continued positive experiences.

The Target on West Hillsborough Rd in Deerfield, Florida is the best run Target I have ever been in. Every employee that I have come in contact with has been nothing but friendly and willing to help in anyway that they can.

Never again will I give my business to this location. the treatment i received this evening from the shift manager sabbetth and the staff tonight was beyond unprofessional. Apparently, the phone lines at this location cut off the same time the store is meant to close and no effort was made to reach back out or inform me at the moment of my call to take down my number in the case we are disconnected because they are closing soon. That was not disclosed to me whatsoever. My purpose was to express discomfort on your cashback policy at your registers and that the only location in the store is in guest services where this action can be performed. I understand policy and it is implemented by corporate which can also be amended by corporate when experiences occur that cause such reflection to take place. The cashier at self check out was unprofessional and disregarded me. I contacted the store and explained to the manager what occurred to which she understood and proceeded to inform me that corporate sets the policy not her and as the cashier also said to me they are doing their jobs and all along I agree multiple times you are doing your jobs and i have no issue with that, all i am asking is for you to earnestly listen and take my feedback to corporate. In all my years in customer service, I have never made a customer or patient feel invalidated the way in the manner I was treated which was unwarranted. I hope that someone from corporate reaches out to me and seeks to improve how to handle such situations along their store employees and do better for the next person. I do not need to be made told why a policy was put in place, it is if youre inferring that this instance applies to me & is more information than needed when simply all that is needed to be said corporate has put this policy in place however i can listen to your concerns and forward them as a suggestion to them for review. That would have sufficed, instead i was given attitude, ignored by a staff manager towards the end of my call and never reach back out to whatsoever. Do better.

Don’t do curb pick up or check your items I was missing 2 I noticed the first one before I left the general area. Then got home noticed the other item missing so had to go all the way back to the store. Should have been convenient

I called customer service this evening and they were extremely busy however David from customer service took the time out to go at the toy section to look for a specific toy for my grandson that they only had one left. He’s an amazing employee and he should be rewarded as the star employee of the month thank you so much for having a fantastic employee.

Always happy to be shopping at Target. This is a nice store with a good selection of groceries, hoishold supplies, clothing, and home goods. Employees are usually nice, too.

Austin, in the Electronics Department, went the extra mile, to help me get the new CD I wanted. I REALLY appreciated that! I had a friendly cashier named Christine. I went to tell the manager about my experiences with Austin and Christine, and she was super nice as well! Her name is Rachel. Over all GREAT experience! I was VERY impressed by Austin mainly, as I am a HUGE Stevie Nicks fan and wanted her new CD badly! The CD was released today.As it is Halloween, I got all treats and no tricks! THANK YOU!:)

David helped us to our car with two huge purchases. He stayed outside with us playing Tetris until we figured out how to fit everything so that we could drive home safely. He was so helpful and friendly. My husband and I both thought that he was such a cool person to converse with. Thank you for such a great experience today!

I went in today looking to purchase a Jersey this was the second target I went into today. I had a way better experience at this location. I just wanted to give recognition to Rae in the guest service department. She was very sweet, her kindness made my day. I found exactly what I was looking for, and there’s a lot more options to explore at this location.

I love this Target. They have great groceries selection and you can also find anything from games or toys to home improvement.You can self checkout everything and even when lines are long it doesnt take long. =)

I was there today due to a missing piece in a play set for my daughter that that was clearly a packaging error on the manufacturing side. Jon the lost prevention supervisor was kind enough to take my side and do the right thing for me in my situation being the day after Christmas and my daughter was excited about this play set. I know it was a difficult thing to break up an entire play set in order to give me a single pice that was missing but they did and I am grateful for that.

This is the nicest Target that I have ever shopped. There are 2 other locations closer to me but I will drive to this location instead. The shopping experience is pleasant. Displays look like a more expensive department store. Cashiers are friendly. Best of all it is s one-stop shop. It is clean and well organized.

Good beer selection and liquor store. Quality meats and children’s products. However, the worlds slowest cashiers! Consistently wait over 15 minutes in checkout every time I go. Doesn’t even matter the time of day

Best. Target. Around. My wife and I frequent target and have been to many different ones across Florida in general, and this one by far is the best we have been to in the SoFlo area. Huge selection. Well organized and detail-oriented areas for style/decor, electronics, clothing, appliances, etc. We bypass a closer target in order to come to this one because of how wonderful the experience is.To all the comments I read about people not liking the renovations - its a change with the exclusion of a Pizza Hut Express and the inclusion of large liquor store. If you want your traditional I take my kids and eat at Target experience then feel free to go to any of the other locations. But if you want a pleasant, upscale, well organized feel while you shop around your favorite store, this is the Target for you. At least, it is for my wife and I.

Stopped in to shop and grab a cuppa coffee at the Starbucks. There was a girl by the name of Dawn Working by herself and she was polite and efficient despite the crowd waiting for coffee. I was very impressed by her demeanor

So rude and inconsiderate!!!! Ordered my pick up items at 4:15pm. The app stated it would be 20 mins to pick up and to wait for a email to give description of car and let them know I’m here. Been waiting in this parking lot since 5pm it is now 6:55pm AND YET TO HAVE SEEN AN EMAIL. An employee approached my car and basically told me nothing he could do about it and it might not even be ready till tomorrow morning. UNACCEPTABLE. I live 40 mins away and I have a toddler I have to pick up from his grandmothers. I called guest services and they were no help to me. Any decent staff would wrap up my order and rush it out to me. I am not feeling well therefore do not want to enter the store so did them the courtesy of drive up. This is unacceptable!! AS I AM STILL WAITING AND WILL CONTINUE TO WAIT WHILE MY CHILD WAITS TO BE PICKED UP!!

Big thank you goes out to Linda stock clerk, Linda saved the day. New Year’s Eve I was in a time crunch and not familiar with the store layout. After asking a couple of employees where I could find something with no luck, due to the lack of helpfulness (try isle 14, you get the point) Linda stepped in and walked me over to each item and followed up with her big personality “can I help you with anything else”. Everyone is always so nice, even if I pop in 5 minutes before closing

This target is conveniently located right by my home so it’s my go to grocery store. It’s typically clean and the staff is friendly. My issue is that I’ve bough expired food items several times in the past month or so and I hate that this is overlooked by the staff. Also the grocery section seems to not be fully stocked all the time so there aren’t many options. Maybe go to Publix across the street if you need food.

Cashier refused to ring me up due to lack of separator said he is not going to lose his job because I cant follow rules ( there was only one separator @ the register and I gave it to the lady behind me) then was told by Gary that I am not in charge and he is the boss I feel bad that I left my groceries on the belt and left the store ( I know its not fair to the other employees and customers) but he wouldnt ring me up just wanted to lecture me about separator rules and make it clear he was the boss. Left and went to my usual Target. Felt awkward standing there it was busy I didnt see a manger so instead of begging Gary Lee to allow me to pay for my groceries I just left. Not cool Target!

Just remodeled or should I say demodeled? Looks nice but still has the feel of a retrofit. Used to be a nice place to grab Pizza Hut Express for a quick lunch. But they took it out for a liquor store? Seriously? Not nearly enough seating in the Starbucks. Definitely not an improvement in that corner.

Dont believe what the website tells you. We let our clicker do the shopping cause or local store was out of what we wanted. We ordered. Paid. And started driving. Drove all the way to Deerfield Beach (about 45 minutes for us) to pick up a product. The website said they had 9 of what we were looking for in stock. We bought them all. They did send an email saying that they sold out. We figured that wed check it out. After all, they said they had 9 items in stock online. Perhaps, they had a few left. When we got there they had none. Went to another store, where they said they had 3 items. When we got to the store, they only had 2.

Not as inexpensive as it once was. They hooked you and now they jack up their prices

The recent remodel has updated the store considerably. The grocery side is well laid out for items you may have forgotten on a normal run to your regular grocer with pretty good selection. The embedded CVS inside the store is super quick and responsive. I do miss the pizza shop but understand the liquor will bring in a higher sales volume and for those who drink, this is a nice addition to the stores selections. The electronics offered are a solid selection for those who cant wait for an Anazon drop ship and competitively priced. The optical center is good, I have bought corrective lenses there, and contacts. The parking is a bit crazy. Park on the fringes and avoid the craziness by the store entrance. If the parking navigation was better executed, I would give another star. Overall, good selection at good prices. Internal layout of the store is great, with themed selections.

Very difficult to order pickup.

Order pick up is so convenient. I love ordering my products and only having to go to pick up and not having to search around the store for my items.

Great target!!! Always organized, clean, and has a friendly staff. Ive been waiting for a Christmas tree to be marked down since thanksgiving. Today (the day after Christmas) I went to FOUR targets looking for this tree! A very kind employee helped me find out if the display was for sale. Then he assisted me in removing the ornaments and taking it down from high up. I was very happy with how much he assisted me when he could have simply blown me off with a no. Instead he found an answer then helped make the process as easy as possible! Wonderful customer service. Thank you, target employee!

Great selection, good prices, and clean

Love this store! I could spend hours here. Great selection and products. I would have given 5 stars but I went in there last week and the womens bathroom was not such a great experience. It was towards the end of the day so maybe they hadnt gotten to it yet but it smelled disgusting in there.

New Review* 2019..They have gotten better, hopefully using film surveillance and not following loyal customers around the store. I can always find great clothing discounts here and they Always have my nieces pamper size!!****Loved this Target! But during day hours they need more Registers open.This was 2017.*******I would like to add I have been coming to this Target for a few years now. I currently have a Target Debit Card that gets too much use. I understand that you may get a lot of shoplifters. Since I was in retail for 8 years I understand and I have seen some in your store which you left unwatched. Today there was one in Active wear that you missed. Instead of following and watching me(I look young but I am not, Black Female) a paying customer maybe you should look at a different demographic that is robbing you blind. Maybe then your inventory would get better and you wouldnt have to add Security that I was able to spot a mile away who clearly is NOT doing his job.

Carmen in the mens department was an incredible help selecting several pairs of jeans, shirts and a belt. Made my day. Thank you for having her as an associate.

This is literally the worst target ever. It’s honestly just a joke and the waiting and lines and lack of everything is just ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

PROTECTION PLAN beware!!** bought a dyson vacuum and broke after first year. purchased a square trade protection plan, and has been very difficult to file claim. I have to ship my vacuum for repair instead of exchanging it in store for another model foe equal value. For large purchases avoid Target and their protection plan. Id advise to find a store who can handle your protection plans in house. Over all nice store and friendly service.

Im a sucker for Target and this is a humongous place for me to explore! I love running around; even if Im just window shopping or want to get out of the house; everything is organized and well kept. Can get busy, but to be expected. Parking is always good here - I have never run into trouble finding parking.

Wow thats best shoping center I have seen for cruelty free milks. Even Peanut milk they had. Few brands offering cruelty free coffee creamers. Cool. The only uncool thing that they promote free flu vaccination ( Mercury dose which is 25000times bigger than safety level!!!! ) and offering 5$ coupon for doing that.

I love target but this location need some serious management. Every single time I go in the yogurt section, their products are expired. I mean not 1 day but a week or two. They also need to get something for the cashiers to wet their fingers with instead of licking them to open customers bag. How disgusting ???? Their vegetables look terrible most days. There are some friendly staff members there but need some management intervention!!!

I bought a Ninja Air fryer in cybermonday and today Tuesday i find out that target decide to cancel the order because they did not had the item in stock.. but if this was the reason why . 1.they sale something they dont have in stock and 2nd. Why they removed the money from your bank and the refund still not showing.... that said a lot from target. Not good at all. And all this information was giving by the manager. That is not the answers that i want to heard from Manager.. they suppose to be their to solve the problem.

The cashier, Janice, was so inappropriate and rude. I waited like everyone else on line, and when it was my turn, Janice asked if she could take the customer behind me in line BEFORE me. I was stunned. My time is just a valuable as anyone elses, and if the woman behind me was in a rush, she had the choice of other cashiers, or self checkout. Then the customer became rude to me. It was ugly. I will go back to Walmart.

Im not sure what Target is thinking, but this is not the store I used to love. Take out the self checkout, hire people and go back to more Target products, ie: Simply Balanced, Archer Farms. You are taking out all the items we used to love and going mainstream. You are starting to look more and more like Walmart every day. Your stores are not clean, your shopping carts are full of garbage, shopping carts all over the parking lot. This didnt happen even five short years ago.

I love this target. I am not huge on generic brands, but I really do like a lot of their house brand items. I would rate them a 5 but they never seem to have the proper amount of lanes open and the lines are always long

I love coming to this Target. I drive out of the way (even though I have other Targets closer to me) because they keep an extremely clean and organized store.The reason I am writing this review is specifically to brag about Marla’s customer service. I was running late to work and needed an emergency outfit change. Marla greeted me and immediately knew how to help- showing me all possible options of bottoms in my size. Needless to say, her friendly demeanor and ability to help me pick out what I needed made my day so much better.So glad I chose this target.

I like target, but not this location .. poorly managed.

I come to this Target regularly for specials, savings and even rewards on everyday goods. In comparison to another giant value retailer, the prices on most products are quite close. This Target is good for quick shopping visits and doesnt get very crowded. At peak hours the wait to check out is typically 5-10 mins. Theres also a big toy department with the hottest and newest merchandise.

Has everything I need. Better prices than grocery stores. I seldom find it necessary to go anywhere else. Centrally located, easy parking.
